Package for frozen nutrient pill
A package has a plurality of seamless compartments coupled together. A different one of the plurality compartments each includes a different respective one of a plurality of respective void spaces and a different respective one of a plurality of respective void space delimiting surfaces. A different one of a plurality of fill entries each forms a fluent entry into a different respective compartment's void space. At least one fill entry of said plurality is in an elastomeric portion of said package, and the at least one fill entry has a largest cross sectional area which is equal to or less than 25% of a largest cross sectional area of the compartment having the respective void space for which the fill entry forms the fluent entry. Each void space delimiting surface follows an outline of a separate 3D pill shape.
Reel for taping electronic component package
A reel for a taping electronic component package with a tape including multiple recesses and electronic components housed in the respective recesses includes a core around which the taping electronic component package is to be wound, a pair of flanges that are located at respective ends of the core and that face each other across the core in an axial direction, and a separating portion that irreversibly separates the flanges.
PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING A BLISTER STRIP FOR A DRY POWDER INHALER
A process for producing a blister strip is provided. The blister strip contains two or more different formulations of powdered medicament for inhalation. The blister strip has a base in which blister cavities are formed. A first set of cavities each contain a first medicament formulation and are covered by a first lid material. A second set of cavities each contain a second medicament formulation and are covered by a second, separate lid material.
Medicine container, method of assembling the container, and method of dispensing the medicine from the container
A child-resistant medication container assembly that includes a blister card including a plurality of compartments each configured to support a dosage of medication, and a puck including a body portion, a recess that defines a partition wall in the body portion, and a plurality of openings defined in the partition wall. Each opening corresponds to one of the plurality of compartments in the blister card. The assembly further includes a carton including a first wall opposite a second wall. An access opening is defined in the first wall and a plurality of perforations are defined in the second wall. The access opening is sized to provide access to the plurality of compartments, and each perforation corresponds to one of the plurality of compartments in the blister card.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR HEAT RESISTANT COATINGS
A blister pack includes a housing having a plurality of cavities and a multi-layer film sealed to the housing and enclosing the cavities, the multi-layer film including a base layer, at least one security element, and a heat protective layer. The heat protective layer is comprised of one of an amorphous polymer material or a semi-crystalline polymer material and is positioned to insulate the at least one security element from heat applied to the heat protective layer during heat sealing of the multi-layer film to the housing, the heat protective layer functioning as a heat sink for protection of the at least one security element during heat sealing of the multi-layer film to the housing.
Aseptic cartridge and dispenser arrangement
A cartridge for use with a beneficial agent delivery device having a fillable reservoir. The cartridge includes a reconstitution, unit dose package having first and second compartments, and a fitment. The first compartment contains at least a first constituent of the beneficial agent. The second compartment contains at least a second constituent of the beneficial agent. The fitment is disposed on the package for interfacing the package to the fillable reservoir.
PROTECTIVE RAZOR PACKAGE
A package includes a first member and a second member. The second member and the first member define a first cavity. A periphery of the first member is joined to a periphery of the second member to define a sealed portion, such that respective perimeters of the first member and the second member cooperate to define an outer edge of the sealed portion. The second member includes a ridge at least partially circumscribing the first cavity while remaining inward of the outer edge. The ridge includes an inner wall, an outer wall, and a rim. Both the inner wall and the outer wall extend rearward from and substantially perpendicularly relative to the first member and are connected by the rim. At least a portion of the rim, over a length of the ridge, is substantially parallel to the first member.
Packaging for oral care tool
A package for enclosing an oral care device includes a first layer and a second layer removably coupled to the first layer. The second layer includes a first section configured to enclose a first portion of an oral care device, a second section configured to enclose a second portion of the oral care device, and a formed region disposed between the first section and the second section, wherein the formed region is configured to prevent the first portion from moving from the first section into the second section.
Aseptic cartridge and dispenser arrangement
A cartridge for use with a beneficial agent delivery device having a fillable reservoir. The cartridge includes a reconstitution, unit dose package having first and second compartments, and a fitment. The first compartment contains at least a first constintuent of the beneficial agent. The second compartment contains at least a second constituent of the beneficial agent. The fitment is disposed on the package for interfacing the package to the fillable reservoir.
PATTENRED FILM FOR FORMING FLUID-FILLED BLISTER, MICROFLUIDIC BLISTER, AND KIT AND METHOD OF FORMING
A patterned thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) film for fabricating a liquid-filled blister, has a blister-sized cavity in fluid communication with a microfluidic channel via a gating region. The gating region is defined by a relief pattern that has at least one of the following: at least 5 separate compartments defined by respective recesses in the first side, each of the recesses bounded by walls that separate the compartments from each other, the recess, or the channel; at least 5 walls defined by the patterning of the first side, the walls separating a plurality of compartments from each other, the recess, or the channel, wherein the walls have a mean thickness that is less than a mean height, and each pair of walls has a mean separation greater than twice the mean thickness; an array of separate compartments bounded by walls defined by the patterning of the first side that collectively define a polygonal regular planar tiling with at least 50% of the surface area of the gating region being open spaces; and a focusing region in fluid communication with the cavity, and a seal region having at least one wall defined by patterning of the film, wherein the at least one wall separates the focusing region from the seal region, and a shape of the at least one wall tapers the focusing region towards the seal region.
