RECYCLABLE PACKAGE FOR DISPOSABLE WIPES
The present disclosure is related to for disposable wipes. The packages comprise a dispensing fitment and a flexible package body. The packages comprise at least 80% by weight of the total package of one polymer type selected from the group consisting of polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP); and exhibits a recyclability of at least 80% in either the HDPE stream and/or the LDPE stream; or the PP rigids stream and/or the PP flexibles stream.
Beverage distribution assembly
A system for providing a pre-mixed beverage from a distribution device includes a first container including a first consumable material and a second container including a second consumable material. A mixing block is arranged in fluid communication with the first container, the second container, and the distribution device such that a mixture of the first consumable material and the second consumable material is formed within the mixing block. At least one pump is operably coupled to first container, the second container, and the distribution device.
Recyclable metallized barrier films and bags for packaging flowable materials
The disclosure provides co-extruded, multi-layer films, including metallized barrier films and non-barrier films, and articles of manufacture that include the films, such as flexible bags and containers for flowable materials. The films and articles that include the films have good heat retention, and barrier properties, as well as good flex-crak resistance and toughness. The films and articles that include the films have a metallized barrier core layer of ethylene-vinyl alcohol (EVOH) copolymer wherein both the metal and EVOH are in amounts that achieve the heat retention, flex-crack resistance, toughness, and barrier properties, while allowing for the recycling of the films and articles of manufacture.
Cursor mode switching
Methods and systems for processing input from an image-capture device for gesture-recognition. The method further includes computationally interpreting user gestures in accordance with a first mode of operation; analyzing the path of movement of an object to determine an intent of a user to change modes of operation; and, upon determining an intent of the user to change modes of operation, subsequently interpreting user gestures in accordance with the second mode of operation.
REMOVABLE SPOUT ASSEMBLY AND PLUG THEREFOR
A spout assembly to be installed on a coffee bag, the spout assembly including an inner portion to be at least partially disposed within the coffee bag, the inner portion including a gripping portion, and an insertion body to extend laterally from the gripping portion, and an outer portion to be at least partially disposed outside the coffee bag, the outer portion including another gripping portion, a receiving body including an aperture to receive at least a portion of the insertion body therein, and a spout protrusion to extend from a front surface of the receiving body.
SEALING CONTAINER
A sealing container is designed to enable a user to adjust the timing of discharging the contents. The sealing container includes: a bag-shaped member for accommodating the contents therein, a sealing film for sealing the bag-shaped member, an opening means so configured that at least a part of which is movable toward the sealing film and is capable of opening the sealing film, an operation unit for performing an operation of moving the opening means, and a discharge means configured to be capable of discharging the contents from the bag-shaped member at a timing different from a timing at which the opening means penetrates the sealing film by operating the operation unit. It is possible for the user to perform only the operation of opening the sealing film by operating the operation unit, so that the user is able to arbitrarily adjust the timing at which the content is discharged from the bag-shaped member of the sealing container.
Squeezable container
A squeezable container is disclosed for holding and dispensing a flowable product like yogurt. The container generally includes a flexible and collapsible pouch body having an internal space for storing the flowable product, an external spout fitment attached to the outside of the dispensing end of the pouch body and through which the product can be dispensed, and a cap on the spout fitment, which can be opened by the user to dispense the product and closed to reseal the container. The cap includes a self-closing valve, and is configured to support the container in a cap-down orientation.
Procedure for manufacturing a laminated package for solid products in powder or grain form, as well as a package obtained by this procedure
A laminated package for solid products in powder or grain form, includes a set of stiffening notches, a dispensing mouth with a seal, valves for loading inert gas, in which the lateral folds of the upper face are folded inwards under the front and rear flaps, and the lateral folds of the lower face are folded outward and folded and stuck on the lower face over the front and rear flaps, and a method for forming the package.
FLEXIBLE, FLAT POUCH WITH PORT FOR MIXING AND DELIVERING POWDER-LIQUID MIXTURE
A pouch for mixing and dispensing a composition including a pouch body and a port body. The pouch body includes opposing, first and second major flexible walls sealed to one another along respective peripheries thereof to define an internal chamber and a pouch perimeter. The pouch body has a C-like shape. The port body projects from the first wall and is fluidly open to the internal chamber. With this configuration, various components, such as a powder component and a liquid component, can be mixed by a user's hand(s) in pressing the walls in a kneading fashion, with the resultant composition being dispensed through the port body. In some embodiments, the pouch is provided to a user with a powder component pre-loaded in the internal chamber.
Fitment with Propylene-Based Blend Component and Flexible Container with Same
The present disclosure provides a fitment. In an embodiment, the fitment includes a top portion, a base, and a channel extending through the top portion and the base for passage of a flowable material. The fitment is composed of a polymeric composition. The polymeric composition comprises: (i) from 60 weight % to 90 weight % of a propylene-based polymer having a density of 0.900 g/cc and a melt flow rate greater than 10.0 g/10 min; and (ii) from 40 weight % to 10 weight % of a propylene-based plastomer or elastomer (PBPE) having a density less than 0.900 g/cc, and a melt flow rate (MFR) from 5 g/10 min to 30 g/10 min. The present disclosure also provides a process for sealing multilayer films to the base of the fitment and the resultant flexible container formed from the process.
