PALLET CONTAINER
A pallet container for storage and for transportation of liquid or free-flowing contents has a thin-walled, rigid plastic inner container composed of thermoplastic material, having a tubular lattice frame, which, in the form of a supporting jacket, tightly encloses the plastic inner container and which is composed of horizontal and vertical tubular bars which are welded to one another, and having a rectangular bottom pallet, on which the plastic inner container bears and to which the tubular lattice frame is firmly connected.
Gravity fed viscous liquid and food product dispensing system
A liquid and semi-liquid product dispenser that allows for gravity dispensing of product by using a product bottle that slopes downwards towards the feed valve when the bottle is placed for dispensing. This includes a long-sloped portion that extends downwards from the rear of the bottle to the front of the bottle, and a curved and sloped portion proximate to the valve. These slopes feed product to the valve under the force of gravity when the valve is opened. Installation of product bottles is aided by an interior design of the dispenser case that mirrors the bottles contours and ensures that the bottle is positioned for use when placed.
MULTI PIECE CORRUGATED BOX ASSEMBLIES, BLANKS, AND SYSTEMS FOR HEAVY BAG IN BOX DISPENSED PRODUCTS
Corrugated box assemblies, blanks, and systems for individually shipping a bag of liquid stored therein and converting an inner portion into a bag-in-box dispenser are provided. An example box assembly comprises an inner portion comprising a plurality of walls. The inner portion includes an interior configured to receive and store the bag of liquid, which may range from about 3 to 6 gallons. The inner portion further includes a removable perforation feature defined by a series of perforations on at least one of a front wall and a front top flap extending from the front wall. A top portion and a bottom portion each comprise a plurality of walls that, when formed, define an opening sized to fit around the inner portion. The box assembly may be configured to pass individual box shipping test standards, such as ISTA and SIOC test standards. Methods of forming the box assembly are also provided.
Bag side connector for a bib package
The bag side connector for a BIB package comprises: an element (10) having a longitudinal axis (12) and including a flange (14) with an upper and a lower face, wherein a first collar (16) protrudes from the upper face, so that a cylindrical chamber (18) is defined, a second collar (20) protrudes from the lower face, and the flange (14) has at least one through hole (22) in the area delimited by the second collar (20); and an internal valve device including an obturator (24) slidable along said axis (12) and a third collar (26) protruding from the lower face of the flange (14) coaxially and internally in respect of the second collar (20) and externally in respect of the area with at least one through hole (22), wherein said obturator (24) has a foot (30) suitable for contacting a distal edge (32) of the third collar (26) to form a leak-tight seal, and a top wall (34) from which an actuating pin (36) protrudes and extends through a center bore (38) of the flange (14). The connector further comprises an external valve device arranged in the chamber (18) and suitable for allowing/interrupting the fluid communication between the chamber (18) and the at least one (through hole (22) in dependence on the pressure existing in the chamber (18).
Container and set of preforms for forming a container
Container of a bag-in-container type, wherein a neck region of the container is provided with at least one opening extending substantially radially there through, into a space between the outer container and an inner container adjacent thereto, wherein the neck region is provided with coupling elements, preferably at opposite sides of the at least one opening, seen in circumferential direction, for coupling of a connecting device to the container for introducing a pressure fluid through the at least one opening into a space between the inner and outer container.
Bag in box container
A bag in box container having one or more features for lifting the bag in box, deploying the tap dispenser of the bag in box conveniently, storing a dosing cup, or conveniently using the bag in box container.
VALVE SYSTEM FOR FORMULA CARTRIDGE
A valve system comprises: a valve body; a valve cap; and a valve plug between the valve body and valve cap is compressed radially and axially, and a central bore extends wholly through the valve body and valve cap and partially through the valve plug. The valve system is welded to a packet which can contain a hair color formula. One or more of the packets are then used in a cartridge compatible with a dispensing device.
Discharge tap for liquid containers
A discharge tap (10) for liquid containers, in particular for connecting to the outlet neck or the outlet opening of a transportation and storage container for liquids, having a tap housing (11) in which a valve body being pivotable around a valve axle by means of a handle (12) for opening and closing a flow cross section of an outlet tube (13) is arranged, said handle being provided with a handle stop and a housing dome of the tap housing being provided with a housing stop, said handle stop and said housing stop being able to be locked relatively to each other via a securing device (16) for securing the locking position, the securing device (16) comprising a stop bolt (17) being able to be displaceable between a bolting position and an unbolting position in a translatory manner in direction of the valve axle.
BAG IN BOX CONTAINER
A bag in box container having one or more features for lifting the bag in box, deploying the tap dispenser of the bag in box conveniently, storing a dosing cup, or conveniently using the bag in box container.
Bag-in-box packaging
A bag-in-box packaging includes an outer box, a collapsible inner box disposed within an interior of the outer box, and a dispensing tap coupled to the inner bag. The outer box includes a side wall, a tap access feature formed in the side wall, and a removable top wall. The top wall includes overlapping first and second top flaps. The first top flap is hingedly connected to a front side of the side wall along a first tear line. The second top flap is hingedly connected to a rear side of the side wall along a second tear line. The rear side of the side wall is disposed opposite the front side. The top wall is separable from the side wall along the first and second tear lines.
