Container for consumer goods with reclosable flap
A container for consumer goods, such as smoking articles, has an outer housing with a hinged lid that houses an inner package of consumer goods. The inner package has an access opening that is covered by a reclosable flap, which is attached to a first lid panel that is relatively movable to a second lid panel throughout rotation of the lid between lid open and closed positions. The hinged lid is connected to the reclosable flap. The reclosable flap moves relative to the access opening during movement of the hinged lid. The reclosable flap carries an indicium such that the indicium is not visible when the lid is in the closed position and such that the indicium becomes visible during movement of the hinged lid from the closed position towards the open position at an intermediate position in which the reclosable flap covers the entire periphery of the access opening.
BOX BLANK
A box blank useful for forming a container includes a first layer comprising paperboard, a second layer comprising a paper layer and a foil layer, and an adhesive layer adhering the first layer to the second layer, wherein the foil layer is between the paperboard and the paper layer.
Cigarette pack comprising an RFID/NFC tag
A cigarette pack (1) comprising a box body (2); an inner wrapper (15), comprising an aluminium layer, is arranged on the inside of the box body (2); a lid (8) connected to the box body by a hinge (9) and capable of opening and closing the upper end of the box body, the lid having an open lower end (10), front wall (11), a rear wall (12), a pair if side walls (18) and a top wall (13, 14) having an outside (13) and an inside (14), which inside (14) faces against the open upper end (3) and the inner wrapper (15) when the lid is in a closed position; an RFID/NFC tag (16) and a distance layer (20), which is arranged on the inside and that the RFID/NFC tag is arranged on the distance layer. The distance layer forces the RFID/NFC tag close to the wrapping material.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A COLLAR PIECE COMPRISING AN RFID TAG
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a collar piece (2) comprising an RFID tag (3), which collar piece is intended to be arranged as an inner frame in a cigarette pack (1). The method is characterized in that it comprising the steps of providing a roll of collar material web; forming an RFID antenna directly onto a surface of the collar web material; attaching an RFID IC onto the antenna, such that, an electrical connection between the IC and the antenna is established, such that the RFID tag (3) is formed; and cutting out a single collar piece (2) from the collar web, wherein the collar piece (2) comprising the RFID tag (3).
CHILDPROOF CONTAINER AND PROCESS OF MAKING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a childproof container (1) comprising a store (2) and a closure system (7) and defining a compartment (8). The container comprises a safety device (11) with a first coupling portion (12) and a second coupling portion (13) configured to engage each other stably in an internal volume of the container (1) in a closing condition of the closure system (7) to define a locking condition wherein they prevent the closure system (7) from switching from the closing to the opening condition. The closure system (7) comprises an unlocking portion (18) configured to define a through access (19) that allows, in the locking condition of the safety device (11), the insertion of an opening device (20) into the internal volume of the container (1) that allows the disengagement between the first and second coupling portions (12, 13). The container comprises a guide body (24) carried by at least one between the second coupling portion (13) and the closure system (7). The guide body (24), in the closing condition of the closure system (7), is placed in the internal volume of the container (1) and is configured to guide the opening device (20) towards the safety device (11).
Sliding Packs With Flip Top Hinged Lids
In an example embodiment, a slide-action hinged-lid pack comprises a hinged-lid inner pack configured to hold consumer items, the hinged-lid inner pack including a front wall, a back wall, a left side wall, a right side wall, a bottom wall and a hinged-lid pivotally connected to an upper end of the back wall for movement between an open position and a closed position, and an outer shell, and wherein the hinged-lid inner pack can slide from a first position at which the hinged-lid is in the closed position to a second position at which the hinged-lid is in the open position, the outer shell including a first stop tab on an inner side of the back wall, the hinged-lid inner pack including a second stop tab on a tongue extending from the hinged-lid, and the hinged-lid inner pack including a third stop tab on the back wall of the hinged-lid inner pack, the second stop tab operable to engage the first stop tab during movement of the hinged-lid inner pack from the first position to the second position, and the third stop tab operable to abut the second stop tab when the hinged-lid inner pack is moved to the second position.
Method for manufacturing a three-dimensional object
A method for manufacturing a three-dimensional object by a layer-by-layer application and selective solidification of a building material in powder form in a device. The method includes applying a powder layer of the building material to a build area on an application surface of the device by a recoater moving in a movement direction across the application surface, selectively solidifying the applied powder layer at positions corresponding to a cross-section of the object to be manufactured, and repeating the steps of applying and selectively solidifying until the object is completed. A height of the applied powder layer is varied at least across a section of the powder layer along the movement direction of the recoater.
RIGID PACKAGE FOR TOBACCO ARTICLES WITH A HINGED LID AND WITH A WRAP PROVIDED WITH A RE-STICK SEALING FLAP
A rigid package for tobacco articles with a hinged lid and having: at least one group of tobacco articles; at least one wrap, which encloses the group of tobacco articles and has a tobacco article extraction opening closed by a re-stick sealing flap; an outer container, which houses the wrap; a lid having a rear wall, which is hinged to the rear wall of the outer container so as to allow the lid to rotate relative to the outer container; an inner container, which houses the wrap and is arranged inside the outer container in a sliding manner; and a lifting mechanism, which moves the inner container relative to the outer container, using the rotation movement of the lid, between a lowered position, in which the inner container is completely inserted into the outer container, and an extracted position, in which the inner container is partially extracted from the outer container.
