SPECIALTY INTERMODAL CONTAINER HAVING A ROLL COVER ROOF, METHOD OF USE AND MANUFACTURE
An intermodal container includes first and second ends, joined by first and second sides in a generally rectangular configuration. A generally continuous floor cooperates with the first and second ends and the first and second sides to form an open top container. A plurality of roof overhangs extend adjacent a top of the open top container, generally parallel to the floor. The intermodal container includes a roll cover having a first position in which the open top container is substantially open to the ambient environment to allow for loading from above the first and second sides and first and second ends of the open top container. The roll cover has a second position in which the open top container is substantially closed to the ambient environment to prevent any contents of the open top container to be ejected from the open top container during transport. A plurality of top reinforcement rails are disposed adjacent upper portions of the first and second sides, and extends from the first side to the second side.
Sequencing bulk material containers for continuous material usage
In accordance with presently disclosed embodiments, systems and methods for sequencing portable containers of bulk material to provide continuous bulk material usage at an outlet are provided. The disclosed sequencing techniques may involve identifying a sequence for opening different portable containers of bulk material (or identifying the “next” portable container to open) and automatically actuating the discharge gates of the portable containers in the desired sequence to provide a continuous flow of bulk material to the outlet (e.g., blender unit). The identified sequence may be executed through a control system communicatively coupled to actuators used to open/close the discharge gates of the portable bulk material containers. A GUI may be communicatively coupled to the control system to allow an operator to select the desired sequence for execution by the control system and to display information regarding the portable bulk material containers.

TOP DOOR SYSTEM FOR A TOP-LOADABLE CARGO CONTAINER
An automated top door system is provided for selectively closing and opening a cargo container for top loading of cargo. The top door system includes: a door panel, a rotary actuator driven by a motor, and a coupling means connecting the door panel and the rotary actuator. The door panel is a self-supporting structural lightweight door panel, and the coupling means, which is a separate part or is part of said door panel, is configured to provide rotational movement of the door panel around a rotational axis of the rotary actuator, in response to the rotary movement provided by the rotary actuator, when in use. A top-loadable cargo container includes an automated top door system; and uses of the automated top door system in transport vehicles.
Receptacle cover
A cover assembly for a container including a frame having a rail, a cover coupled to the frame, a first opening mechanism including a first pivot and a first slide housing, and a second opening mechanism including a second pivot and a second slide housing, the rail of the frame being selectively and slidingly receivable in the first and second slide housings. The cover and frame are movable between three positions, a closed position, a first open position wherein the rail is partially disposed in the first slide housing and is disengaged from the second slide housing, and the frame, cover and first slide housing are rotated about the first pivot, and a second open position wherein the rail is partially disposed in the second slide housing and is disengaged from the first slide housing, and the frame, cover and second slide housing are rotated about the second pivot.
DUAL STORAGE AND DISPOSAL DEVICE AND METHOD OF USE
A dual storage and disposal device with components combined in a specific way to provide a device capable of providing both on-site storage and disposal capability. The device includes a front wall with attachment apparatus, side walls, bottom, and a rear wall capable of opening as a door and a dividing wall. The device achieves its dual roles by comprising both a storage facility portion and a dumpster portion capable if independent operation.
CARGO CONTAINERS HAVING MULTI-LEVELS AND MULTIPLE INDEPENDENTLY OPENED AND CLOSED SIDE DOORS ENABLING PARALLEL MERCHANDISE LOADING
A cargo container is disclosed which contains a bottom side; a front side; a back side; a central frame connected to the front side, the back side, and the bottom side, dividing the cargo container into a multiple storing areas; a left top wing-shaped door, hingedly connected to a top of the central frame, operable to open and close down to one and a half height to the central frame; a left bottom wing-shaped door, hingedly connected at a one and a half height of the central frame; a right top door, hingedly to the said half height distance to the mid-section frame; and a right bottom door, hingedly connected to the central frame at the one and a half height of the central frame and close down to the bottom side.
Container, container construction, handling method and apparatus
The present invention provides a lid (400) for an open container (100, 13.10), a lid lifting system (13.100), a tippler (13.200) with the improved lid lifting system (13.100) and a method of lifting a container. The lid and lifting arrangement includes an apertured receiving formation (401) on an upper side of a lid (100) to receive a lift member (13.40). The lift member (13.40) can do one or more than one of the following: engaging the formation (401) will unlock a locking mechanism (13.42,458) holding the lid (400) to a container (100); or allow the lift member (13.40) to be rotated to thereby unlock the locking mechanism (13.42, 458) which locks the lid (400) to the container (100), while simultaneously locking the lift member (13.40, 458) to the lid (400). A lifting device which is able to perform such actions is also disclosed, and a method to operate the lifting device.
Method and Apparatus for Collapsible Container
A hollow container or box formed from a roof, a first side (i.e., or first upper and lower sides), a second side (i.e., for second upper and lower sides), a rear side (i.e., or rear upper and lower sides), a door (i.e., or upper and lower door), and a base placing the container or box in a fully assembled position. Unique side and end access doors are provided. Each of the sides are releaseably coupled or hingedly connected to one another and the adjacent sides are hingedly coupled to the base. Upon releasing the sides from one another and rotating each relative to one another in a particular order along various axis rotation, the container or box is transitioned from a fully assembled position into a flat, parallel orientation, fully collapsed position.
