Top door system for a top-loadable cargo container
An automated top door system is provided for selectively closing and opening a cargo container for top loading of cargo. The top door system includes: a door panel, a rotary actuator driven by a motor, and a coupling means connecting the door panel and the rotary actuator. The door panel is a self-supporting structural lightweight door panel, and the coupling means, which is a separate part or is part of said door panel, is configured to provide rotational movement of the door panel around a rotational axis of the rotary actuator, in response to the rotary movement provided by the rotary actuator, when in use. A top-loadable cargo container includes an automated top door system; and uses of the automated top door system in transport vehicles.
TRANSPORT AND STORAGE CONTAINER AND METHOD FOR UNLOADING A TRANSPORT AND STORAGE CONTAINER
A transport and storage container includes a container base surface for holding cargo, end walls and side walls which surround the container base surface, and a container roof which closes off the transport and storage container at the top and is arranged spaced apart from and parallel to the container base surface. At least one side wall has an unloading door and at least one arrangement point for further cargo is provided on a door surface of the unloading door that faces a container interior. A method is disclosed for unloading the transport and storage container and an arrangement including at least two transport and storage containers.
Shipping and stocking container
A shipping container is configured to transport goods from a distribution center, to a retail location, and onto the sales floor of the retail location. The shipping container glides on wheels and is stackable. The shipping container is configured to receive forklift forks from multiple sides. At least one of the channels includes a surrounding framework to safeguard against tilting. The lid is selectively mountable in two orientations to close the container or to provide handles for propelling and/or steering the shipping container. An expandable storage location for empty packaging is provided at an exterior of the shipping container.
