Modular deck system for use with movable platforms
Disclosed herein is a modular deck system that utilizes a combination of a movable platform having a plurality of vertical posts with engagement members. Decks, filled with freight, can be placed onto the vertical posts at various heights at different sections of the movable platform using a conveyance vehicle. Further, the height of the vertical posts can be extended using an extension post for securing tall cargo. The decks can also be locked to the vertical posts to prevent dislodgement of the deck during transport of the movable platform.
STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS AND ASSEMBLIES FOR CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL PACKAGING
Disclosed is stack support assembly. The stack support assembly includes at least one binding element to press and bind at least one support leg to a material stack; and at least one elongated and partially hollow support leg composed of a shaped polymer. The elongated and partially hollow support leg includes vertically oriented side walls connected to one another with a repeating pattern of interconnect structures, thereby forming hollowed channels extending between a top plane and a bottom plane of the support leg.
PRESSURE RELIEF PIVOT ATTACHED OR INTEGRATED TO AN UNDERSIDE BALANCING POINT OF A PALLET
A pivot point for pallets is provided to enable rotation of the pallet rotation about the pivot point when loaded and seated on a floor. The pivot point may be a pressure relief pivot spherical cap or spherical dome that is attached or integrated to a balancing point along an underside of the bottom deck of the pallet.
Stackable rack for irregularly shaped products
A welded steel rack has angular protrusions on the top that engage matching recesses on the bottom for stacking, and has offset front posts that form a flue gap when arranged side-by-side. A deck is perforated.
Repairable plastic pallet with removable support blocks and associated methods
A pallet top deck, a bottom deck, and spaced apart support blocks coupled between the top and bottom decks. Each support block includes an inner wall surrounding an interior opening, an outer wall surrounding the inner wall, and a plurality of ribs extending between the inner and outer walls. First and second upper tabs extend outwards from upper surfaces of the inner wall, with each upper tab comprising an angled contact surface for engaging the top deck. The angled contact surfaces of the first and second upper tabs are oriented in a first direction. First and second lower tabs extend outwards from lower surfaces of the ribs, with each tab comprising an angled contact surface for engaging the bottom deck. The angled contact surfaces of the first and second lower tabs are oriented in a second direction that is orthogonal to the first direction.
Multiconfigurable, collapsible, modular tote container
A modular, multiconfigurable container adapted to collapse for stowability and portability which is capable of being arranged in several geometries; whereby the container is operable to enable a user to assembly the container without tools, screws or external fasteners, and customize the container with minimal effort and skillset requirements for assemblage, so as to enable a user to customize said container for optimal stowing of categorized items in multiple interior bins, the container further configured to facilitate disassembly and stowage, one-man portability, and minimal tool and skillset requirements for assemblage. In various embodiments, the side panels and base panel are affixed together using a live hinge. The tote container further operates to allow a user to apply labels forwardly and rearwardly on the container within a recess adapted for that purpose.
Apparatus for Holding a Crane Block
A crane block holder includes a base made of steel of a thickness of at least ½ inch with several holes cut or formed therein. Each hole has an inner dimension. There are several crane block support arms, each of which has an arm portion connected to a peg that has a shoulder. An outer dimension of the peg is less than or equal to the inner dimension of the holes allowing snug insertion. An outer dimension of the shoulder is greater than the inner dimension of the holes such that upon insertion of the pegs into the holes, the shoulder limits how far the peg can be inserted. By inserting two or more crane block support arms of the plurality of crane block support arms into selected holes of the base, the two or more crane block support arms support a selected crane block.
UNIVERSAL PALLETS FOR STORAGE AND DISPLAY
Described is a pallet including a base having a length extending between a first end and a second end opposite the first end and a width transverse to the length; and a cage removably coupled to the base.
PALLET FOR TRANSPORT OF DRUMS
The patent application concerns a drum pallet (10) suitable for positioning one drum or a plurality of drums thereon, wherein the pallet has a deck (11), skids (2) and a plurality of blocks (12), coupling the deck with the skids, thereby forming a gap (5) therebetween for receiving a lifting member. The deck and the plurality of blocks form one monolithic body (1). The skids are connected below the blocks to the blocks. The body consists of a compression molded thermoset composite. The upper surface (13) of the deck comprises vertical protrusions (14A, 14B) adapted to avoid shifting of the drum along the surface, if the drum is positioned on the deck and aligned with the protrusions.
SHIPPING CONTAINERS WITH INTERCHANGEABLE FEET
A shipping container comprising a basket, a plurality of feet, and a plurality of removable corner columns. In some embodiments, the shipping container comprises a basket, a plurality of feet, and a plurality of foot pads. Further embodiments include foot pads with drill release locks.
