CONTAINER HAVING SHOCK ABSORBER
A container has a bottom and side walls extending from the bottom towards a circumferential container edge. The container edge is provided with a damping portion on at least one container corner. The damping portion is designed and adapted to at least partially dissipate an impact acting on the container corner while undergoing elastic and/or plastic deformation.
ASSORTMENT OF PALLET MODULES, AND PALLET ASSEMBLY BUILT OF THE SAME
An assortment of pallet modules configured to allow formation of a nested pallet assembly of at least two pallet modules, which nested pallet assembly is configured to act as a self-supporting platform allowing the handling and transportation of goods, each pallet module including a main structural body exhibiting a generally quadrilateral peripheral border with first to fourth lateral sides extending between upper and lower sides of the main structural body, a mating system provided on the first to fourth lateral sides and configured to allow nesting of the pallet module within a corresponding part of the mating system of another pallet module of the assortment, a securing system configured to allow the pallet module to be secured to or released from another pallet module of the assortment, and a foot structure disposed on the lower side of the main structural body.
Shipping pallet and/or deck useful for such
A single deck pallet comprising a deck having a top for supporting a load and a bottom, at least four sides, the at least four sides comprising a first pair of opposed sides and a second pair of opposed sides. A plurality of intermediate spaced apart beams of the deck extending between at least a first pair of opposed sides. A plurality of distributed primary props dependent from the deck and projecting below the bottom of the deck to aid in supporting the pallet on a surface. Preferably the primary props are horizontally spaced apart from each other and from said at least one beam so as to allow a tine of a forklift to pass in a linear direction parallel to the at least one beam between adjacent primary props to reach at least partially under and bear on the bottom of the deck and bear on the beam.
INTERLOCKING STACKING AMMUNITION CONTAINERS
An ammunition container can include a bottom wall, a first side wall and an opposing second side wall, and a front wall and an opposing rear wall. An interior volume can be formed from the five walls. A top lid can be removably engaged to one of the first side wall, the second side wall, the front wall, and the rear wall, opposite the bottom wall. The lid encloses the interior volume. A first interlocking stacking element can have a first raised protrusion forming a first shape and disposed on the top lid or the bottom wall. A second interlocking stacking element of second raised protrusions forming a second shape on the opposite wall. It can be sized or shaped to interlock with the first interlocking stacking element. The first and second interlocking elements can prevent movement along at least one axis or two axes (i.e. sliding or disengagement).
CONTAINER VALVE NODE SYSTEM
A container system includes a container that includes a container chassis that defines a container volume and a container outlet having a first aperture. The container system includes a valve system is coupled to the container outlet and a container valve node system. The container valve node system includes a valve system coupling device coupling the container valve node system to at least one of the container outlet or the valve system, and includes a node device coupled to the valve system coupling device. The node device includes a node chassis that houses a communication system, a processing system coupled to the communication system, and a memory system that is coupled to the processing system and that includes instruction that causes the processing system to provide a container engine configured to communicate container system information associated with the container system via the communication system.
Pallet
A pallet having excellent thermal insulation performance and cushioning property with respect to goods-conveyed while ensuring the strength of the outer surface of the pallet. The pallet includes a plate-like pallet body made of foamed resin, the plurality of legs provided on the bottom surface of the pallet body, and the resin sheet integrated from the bottom surface side of the pallet body by vacuum-forming. Further, the top surface of the pallet body includes the loading surface on which goods-conveyed are placed, and the step portion formed in a shape down-step from the outer peripheral edge of the loading surface to the side surface of the pallet body. The resin sheet covers the bottom surface of the pallet body, the legs, the side surface and the step portion of the pallet body, and the loading surface is not covered with the resin sheet.
FLOOR DECKER
Disclosed is a floor decker, which includes: a first metal plate, a plurality of first protrusions are formed on the first metal plate by stamping; and a second metal plate disposed below the first metal plate, a lower end surface of each of the plurality of first protrusions is attached to an upper end surface of the second metal plate, and the first metal plate is fixedly connected to an edge of the second metal plate, and a plurality of supporting legs are provided at a lower end of the second metal plate.
Pallet, pallet stacking system and pallet stacking method
A pallet that is stackable in an up-down direction in which upper end portions of a plurality of columns of a pallet disposed in a lower stage are inserted into inserted portions provided in lower end portions of columns of a pallet disposed in an upper stage. A height of at least one column is higher than heights of other columns.
FLEXIBLE EXTENDED-LENGTH BULK BIN
The invention is directed to a flexible and collapsible extended-length bulk bin. The bulk bin includes two molded plastic end pieces that are connected at each side to each by metal rails. A bottom panel and two side wall panels are also positioned between the two molded plastic end pieces.
MODULAR CARGO SYSTEM
A system for palletizing cargo includes a number of components that may be combined to produce an assembled pallet of cargo. A pallet base provides a cargo area where a payload may be stacked. The pallet base includes protective features such as feet that raise the payload above surface level, bumpers that prevent and absorb impacts to the pallet base, and a rim that encircles the cargo area. A pallet top is placed on top of the payload, opposite the pallet base, and a set of straps are used to connect the pallet base to the pallet top and friction fit the payload therebetween. Each of the base and top include a series of holes and spacers that allow airflow to pass around the bottom and top of the payload, while the bumpers allow airflow around the sides, even when the assembled pallets are surrounded by other cargo.
