Half-size plastic pallet with grommets in the top deck
A pallet includes a top deck that includes grommet openings extending therethrough, with each grommet opening including a recessed shelf. Pallet support legs are coupled to an underside of the top deck. Grommets are inserted into the grommet openings. Each grommet includes an upper section that includes an upper lip resting on the recessed shelf, and an outer exposed surface of the upper section extends in height above the top deck. At least one mid-section is adjacent the upper lip and extends from the upper section to an underside of the top deck. At least one lower section extends from the at least one mid-section, and includes a pair of spaced apart lower lips resting on the underside of the top deck. An outer exposed surface of the at least one lower section extends in height below the underside of the top deck.
Stackable half-size plastic pallet
A pallet includes a top deck having a product support surface and an opposing underside. The product support surface has grommet openings extending therethrough, with each grommet opening including a recessed shelf. Grommets are inserted into the grommet openings. Each grommet includes an upper section comprising an upper lip resting on the recessed shelf, and an outer exposed surface of the upper section extends in height above the top deck. Pallet support legs are coupled to the underside of the top deck and are aligned with the grommets. Each pallet support leg includes a base extending across a width of the top deck. An underside of the base is configured to engage the upper sections of the grommets of an identical pallet when stacked thereon.
NESTING TRANSPORTABLE WINE BARREL RACK
A wine barrel rack system may include single barrel cradles (500) (or alternatively hardware for constructing such single barrel cradles), which may include two wedge plate bodies (504), each having upper barrel contact surfaces (508a, 512a, 430) configured to contact and support a single barrel (BA) in an upper tier at two or more locations. The wedge plate bodies (504) also include lower barrel contact surfaces (510a, 514a, 430) configured to contact and be supported by two barrels in a lower tier relative to the single barrel cradle. The wedge plate bodies (504) can be curved upward to cause the upper barrel contact surfaces to both contact a same upper tier barrel and to orient the lower barrel contact surfaces to contact the two lower tier barrels when the upper and lower tiers are offset in a staggered stacking configuration. Methods and systems are described.
PALLET WITH THERMAL ENERGY STORAGE
A pallet for shipping goods, the pallet having a rigid member, a phase change material, and a temperature indicate. The rigid member includes a phase change material compartment. A phase change material is disposed in the phase change material compartment. The temperature indicator indicates a thermal state of the pallet.
MOUNTING PLATE FOR FIXED, TRACK, AND SWIVELING CASTERS
A transport container, featuring a bottom plate with at least two holes for accommodating means of attachment for affixing fixed, track, or swiveling casters, a plate (1) affixed from the inside to the bottom plate for affixing fixed, track, or swiveling casters on the bottom plate of the transport container. The mounting plate (1) features a base plate (2) with a contact surface (1a), which faces the inside of the transport container in its assembled state, for placement onto the transport container. At least two means of insertion (3) are evenly distributed along the perimeter of the base plate (2), which protrude with an insertion area (7) from the contact surface (1a) of the base plate (2) and which each respectively feature an internal thread (5) and/or an external thread for affixing of the fixed, track, and swiveling casters in or on the insertion area (7), wherein the means of insertion (3) are disposed in the holes of the bottom plate.
Pallet
A pallet comprises a deck. The deck comprises a product supporting surface and one or more load bearing features. The load bearing features are configured to receive lateral projections of support members.
Method and Apparatus for Collapsible Container
A hollow container or box formed from a roof, a first side (i.e., or first upper and lower sides), a second side (i.e., for second upper and lower sides), a rear side (i.e., or rear upper and lower sides), a door (i.e., or upper and lower door), and a base placing the container or box in a fully assembled position. Unique side and end access doors are provided. Each of the sides are releaseably coupled or hingedly connected to one another and the adjacent sides are hingedly coupled to the base. Upon releasing the sides from one another and rotating each relative to one another in a particular order along various axis rotation, the container or box is transitioned from a fully assembled position into a flat, parallel orientation, fully collapsed position
Load bearing structure
The present invention provides a thinner, movable load bearing structure having indentations, grooves, valleys, channels or other similar depressions on its underside. These depressions are mated with corresponding features for improved loading bearing capabilities. The load bearing structures also includes roughened side edges for improving the strength of the edges. The load bearing structure may be a dunnage platform or a container for storing and/or shipping cargo.
PRODUCT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM
The present invention provides a system for transporting products including a pallet consisting of a deck having an upper surface and a pattern of recesses formed in the upper surface including sets of recesses deployed for receiving a footprint of a layer of crates. A stacking element for deploying on the upper edges of the layer of crates consisting of a board including a surface, and a pattern of recesses formed in the surface including sets of recesses for receiving the upper edges of the layer crates.
