The invention relates to a composite sandwich base panel for a Unit Load Device. The panel comprises an upper surface layer comprising fibre reinforcement material, a lower surface layer comprising fibre reinforcement material, and a central core section where at least the majority comprises a plurality of particles bound in a matrix material. The upper surface layer and lower surface layer are provided with a matrix material to bind them to the central core section.

The folded corrugated pallet includes a body defined by a single sheet of corrugated cardboard. The sheet includes a plurality of scored lines extending parallel with respect to each other. The sheet is folded along the scored lines to define a plurality of legs extending in the direction of the scored lines. The sheet further includes at least one base wall extending between each of the legs, and a pair of wings. Each of the wings defines terminal edges that extend parallel to the scored lines and lie adjacent to each other when the wings are folded over the base wall. A planar interior panel of corrugated cardboard is disposed between the wings and the base wall.

A platform comprising a deck, wherein the deck comprises a product supporting surface for supporting an article thereon. The deck is defined by a plurality of sidewalls which extend from a periphery of the product supporting surface. The platform further comprises an attachment feature arrangement disposed along one or more of the sidewalls. The attachment feature arrangement comprises an inner slot and an outer recess. A corrugated pallet produced from two flat blanks is provided. The pallet may include a pallet top, a pallet bottom, and a plurality of corner straps locking the pallet top to the pallet bottom. Each of the pallet top and the pallet bottom may include folded portions, the folded portions of the pallet top interlocking with the folded portions of the pallet bottom when the pallet top and the pallet bottom are assembled to each other in nested relation. The pallet top may define a top surface of the pallet. The pallet bottom may define a bottom surface of the pallet. The corner straps may lock into one or both of the pallet top and the pallet bottom from the top or bottom surfaces of the pallet.
