Machine for Manufacturing Pallets
The machine comprises a rotary feeder configured to receive the first tubular body and the second tubular body; wherein the first tubular body and the second tubular body are secured to one another separately in a single coaxial direction in the rotary feeder; and wherein the two tubular bodies make up separators of the pallets. The machine also comprises a robotic arm configured to transfer the two tubular bodies in pairs from the rotary feeder to an area above a transport table on which a first base of the pallet rests; so that one of the end portions of the second tubular body fits into an opening of the first base; wherein the robotic arm places the first tubular body around the second tubular body.
Bulk material shipping container
A bulk material shipping container including a pallet, a compartment configured to receive, hold, and release materials and connected to and supported by the pallet, a material unloading assembly positioned under a bottom portion of the compartment, configured to facilitate the release or unloading of materials from the compartment, and connected to and supported by the pallet, and a material loading assembly configured to facilitate the loading of material into the compartment and connected to and partially supported by a top wall assembly of the compartment.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CORRUGATE PALLET MANUFACTURE
Stringers 12 for a pallet 10 constructed from corrugate are disclosed. The stringers 12 are manufactured from corrugate sheets 30 that are die cut and laminated into corrugate stringer blocks 40, in various aspects. The corrugate stringer blocks 40 include a plurality of stringers 12 connected by a shear bridge 34 die cut into the corrugate sheets 30 when forming the stringers 12 from the corrugate sheet 30 to retain the stringer 12 on the corrugate stringer block 40 until a separating force is applied to the block to separate the individual stringers 12 from the corrugate stringer block 40, in various aspects.
Modular pallets
A modular pallet formed from a plurality of frame members and a plurality of deck members. The deck members extend between the frame members to define an upper deck surface and optionally a lower deck surface of the pallet. A plurality of spaced-apart channels are formed in at least an upper surface of the frame members to receive the deck members. In some embodiments the pallet may be configured as a stringer pallet and in other embodiments the pallet may be configured as a block pallet. In some embodiments the frame members are unitary stringers. In other embodiments the frame members are modular structures each comprising a block pallet subassembly and a deck support panel. The number, size, orientation and spacing of the channels formed in the frame members and the corresponding arrangement of the deck members may vary in different embodiments of the pallet. Once assembled, the frame members and deck members may be integrally connected, such as by heat welding. In some embodiments the pallet is formed from readily recyclable plastic.
CRANE MAT STAND DEVICE
A crane mat stand device comprises a base component with integrated moveable support components. The crane mat stand device organizes and stores a plurality of crane mats, minimizes damage to the load or forklift machine, and maximizes safety during transport.
CARDBOARD PALLET
Methods, devices, and systems for assembling a pallet are provided. In particular, a pallet is provided that is made from multiple pieces that are bent from an initial planar shape to a final shape. In some embodiments, a transverse piece locks at least one longitudinal piece in the final shape without the use of fasteners or adhesives. The resulting pallet can be loaded with materials and then maneuvered and transported using a forklift. In addition, the pieces can be made from cardboard which significantly reduces the weight of the pallet.
EQUIPMENT PLATFORM
Improved equipment bases and methods for making and using same are disclosed herein. The equipment base can include a first coated substrate including a first part having a first thickness sized to provide the load-bearing support for the equipment, a first elastomer coating the first part, a second coated substrate positioned adjacent to the first coated substrate, the second coated substrate including a second part having a second thickness sized to provide the load-bearing support for the equipment, and a second elastomer coating the second part. A first seam can be formed between the first and second coated substrates to allow for moisture to pass between the first and second coated substrates so that moisture is allowed to seep away from the bottom of the equipment.
Collapsible reusable pallet
A pallet for supportively carrying and transporting goods as a unit load in a stable efficient manner is disclosed. The pallet can be configured as a rigid or easily disassemblable compact collapsed structure. Interlocking frame members form an upper planar surface with one or more gap or void areas. A sheet of flexible material operatively secured to the frame is tautly stretched to overlie the void areas and forms a structural part of the upper planar surface to counteract downward load forces applied to the fabric over the pallet surface void areas. The sheet material preferably comprises woven polypropylene material.
CARGO PALLET HAVING A PALLET EXTENSION
A cargo pallet is disclosed. The cargo pallet may have a pallet base. The cargo pallet may also have a pallet liner. The pallet liner may have a pallet liner base. The pallet liner base may be positioned on the pallet base. The pallet liner may also have a pallet extension, which may be fixedly attached to the pallet liner base. The pallet extension may project outwardly from the pallet liner base. The pallet extension may also have a support surface that may at least in part extend outwardly beyond a footprint of the pallet base.
Polymeric formed structural components for pallets
A pallet comprising upper and lower platforms connected by a plurality of blocks. The upper platform includes a plurality of upper platform pedestals and the lower platform includes a plurality of lower platform pedestals. The lower platform pedestals are aligned with the upper platform pedestals such that the lower platform pedestals and the upper platform pedestals extend towards one another. The plurality of blocks interlockingly engage with and extend between the upper and lower platform pedestals to connect the upper and lower platforms. Each block includes an upper recess and a lower recess. The upper recess matches the shape of and receives one of the upper platform pedestals. The lower recess matches the shape of and receives one of the lower platform pedestals. The upper platform, the lower platform, and the plurality of blocks are made of a polymeric material.
