Pallet having posts and stacking bells to allow stacking while loaded with steel sheets
The present invention provides a system for stacking, storing, and loading metal sheets. In accordance with a preferred embodiment, the present invention provides a pallet which includes multiple posts that allow alignment of sheets of material on the pallet. Preferably, the pallet further includes posts which include stacking bells which allow the pallets to stack together while preventing damage to loaded materials. In accordance with one preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pallets may be stored in a specially designed rack.
PAPER-CORE-BASED PALLET AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING THE SAME
A pallet includes a plurality of supports which define a base of a pallet and a plurality of deck rings that are interlocked with the plurality of supports and define a surface of the pallet on which goods in need of transport can be stacked, wherein each support and each deck ring of the pallet is a paper core or a section of a paper core. The supports of the pallet are spaced as to define a base of the pallet and one or more channels for receiving a fork of a lifting device. The supports of the pallet also support the deck rings of the pallet in an elevated position above a ground surface when the supports of the pallet are resting on the ground surface. A method for constructing a pallet is also disclosed.
METALLIC PALLET WITH AN RFID TAG FOR TRANSPORTING GAS CYLINDERS, ARRANGEMENT AND METHOD THEREFOR
A gas cylinder pallet, including a base, an attachment frame placed on the base, two receptacles arranged below the base and configured to interface with a respective fork tine of a transport device, and an RFD tag arranged below the base between the receptacles. Wherein the gas cylinder pallet is at least 90% formed from metal.
Support unit and floor plate
Disclosed are a support unit and a floor plate. The support unit includes a first plate and a second plate which are spaced apart from each other, one end of the first plate is provided with a plurality of first ring walls at intervals, one end of second plate facing the first plate is provided with a plurality of second ring walls at intervals, the plurality of second ring walls are arranged corresponding to the plurality of first ring walls, each of the second ring walls is sleeved outside and matched with a respective one of the first ring walls to form a support structure that supports the first plate and the second plate.
PALLET APPARATUS
A pallet for carrying an object. The pallet may include a receiving surface to support the object. The pallet may include a socket and may be part of a pallet assembly including a rotationally asymmetrical positioning rod operable to be selectively repositioned within the socket with a main body extending above the receiving surface to restrain a lateral movement of the object. The pallet may include a support frame to support the plurality of objects thereon. The support frame may including a plurality of post supports. The pallet may include a plurality of stacking post assemblies each including a first post having a bottom end pivotally secured to the support frame and a second post operable to move between an extended position engaged with the post support and the first post and a retracted positon engaged with only one of the post support and the first post.
METAL PALLET
A sheet metal pallet assembly includes a deck and an undercarriage. The deck is reinforced about its outer edges by perimeter under-girding. The interior of the deck is further reinforced by one or more reinforcement ribs and interior longitudinal girding. The undercarriage is composed of left and right fork tube risers joined together by bridges. The fork tube risers are configured to receive the tines of a forklift truck. Each fork tube riser has inner and outer legs, each splayed at an angle. In some examples, the splay angle of the outer leg is greater than the splay angle of the inner leg, but in other examples the splays are equal. The ends of each fork tube riser may be folded over with a hem to improve strength and present a blunt edge. The undercarriage may be fabricated from a single monolithic piece of sheet metal or multiple pieces.
Pallet
A support module for a platform comprises a body and a lower surface. The body defines an opening configured to receive a pallet support. The lower surface is configured to abut a top deck of the platform.
Interlocking pallet with wheels and braking system
A pallet with wheels and braking system, that can be interlocked with other pallets. The pallet has wheels underneath that allow the pallet to move in all directions. The pallet's braking system slows and stops the wheels on the pallet. There is interlocking connection capabilities on all four sides of the pallet that interlocks and connects multiple pallets together, and synchronizes the interlocked pallet's braking systems. There is also forklift access on all four sides of the pallet that allows the forklift to push, pull or lift the pallet, and operate the pallet's braking and interlocking systems. The pallet further includes corner bumpers to protect pallet, load stabilizers that prevent pallet from moving during transit, shelf rack bars that are installed or extended for additional support of goods and shelving, and wheel insets that prevent wheels from moving when pallets are stacked.
Modular shipping base
A re-usable, returnable, stackable, modular shipping base incorporates replaceable components to make the base relatively quick and cost effective to repair. The shipping base is formed from a number of stamped or cut sheet materials (e.g., sheet metal) that are then folded and attached to one another using a tab system. When a component is damaged, the damaged component may be removed from the base and replaced with another mass produced, stamped sheet material component. Components are attached to one another via adhesive, stitch welding, skip welding, spot welding, or any other applicable process. Some components (e.g., a center support) may also be assembled using a tab (from the center support) and slot (in a deck pan) system.
