An assembly (10) is disclosed having a pallet or mobile platform (20), restraining blocks (90), a pallet tray (70) and a cover (60) for supporting, transporting, and displaying goods. The goods, preferably in displays or stacking trays (70) are supported on the pallet's base (21). The pallet (20) includes removable wheels or casters (36) and two parallel rails or guides (33) projecting from the bottom surface (26) and a perimeter wall (22,23) projecting from the upper surface (25). To the extent a forklift is used, the guides (33) provide a side-exposed space or opening between the wheels (36) permitting insertion of the forklift tines. The cover (60) and pallet tray (70) include side openings (63,73) to align with the space or openings below the pallet (20) base (21) and between the guides (33) so that forklifts and their tines may be used with the covered assembly (10).

Size adjustable assemblable pallet

A size adjustable assemblable pallet includes a central base member and multiple side base members, connecting bars, and loading plates. The central base member has a main body, which defines multiple positioning grooves that cross at a junction. Each side base member has a base body, which defines multiple fixing grooves. Each connecting bar has a main portion and multiple inserting portions. The inserting portions are bent extendingly in a same direction from respective ends of the main portion. The inserting portions are inserted into the fixing grooves of two side base members or one of the fixing grooves of one side base member and one of the positioning grooves of the central base member, in order to secure the central base member and/or side base members. The loading plates are secured to the side base members or the connecting bars.

The presently disclosed pallet is made of plastic, optionally recycled plastic, is low weight, and can handle weight up to more than 2.75 tons as a stacking load. The pallet has a unique design of ribs forming an upper deck and a lower deck to hold the required load. The upper deck and lower deck of the pallet are separated by a group of legs. Cross ribs are provided in each of the upper and lower decks and are oriented perpendicularly to reduce the weight of the pallet without significantly reducing its strength.

Exemplary embodiments of a composite pallet with augmented compression support may comprise a pallet pulp body, a multiplicity of support foot sheathes, and a support bottom plate. The pallet pulp body may be comprised of pulp and may have an upper faceplate and a plurality of support feet disposed oppositely of the upper faceplate. A foot cavity may be defined within each support foot. Each of the support foot sheaths may envelope at least a portion of a corresponding support foot. The support bottom plate may be affixed to two or more of the support foot sheaths. A plurality of arcuate stiffener grooves may be disposed in the upper faceplate. One or more of the foot cavities may have a compression column disposed therein. Each compression column may comprise one or more column layers, a compression column block, or a combination thereof. The column layers may be nested.

According to the embodiments described herein, a nestable pallet can include an upper deck and a lower deck. The upper deck can forms a product support region. The upper deck can include a plurality of foot members each formed as a cavity within the product support region of the upper deck. Each of the foot members can include a base portion offset downward from the from the product support region of the upper deck. The lower deck can be joined to the upper deck and can be disposed downwards from the upper deck. The lower deck can include a plurality of foot strengthening orifices. Each of the foot strengthening orifices can include a support rim. The foot members of the upper deck can be received by the foot strengthening orifices and constrained by the support rim.

Fork insertion structures receive forks of a lift apparatus inserted thereto from four sides of the pallet. Outer circumferential projections are formed along a peripheral edge of the upper deck surface, including an extended portion extending outward from the peripheral edge, and a support portion protruding upward from the extended portion. The support portion has a first height in an insertion-corresponding region, and a second height in a general region, the first height being equal to a thickness of the lower deck, the second height being greater than the first height.

A nestable pallet includes a deck having a plurality of openings through an upper support surface thereof. A plurality of corner columns extend downward from the deck. The plurality of corner columns are aligned with the plurality of openings through the upper support surface of the deck. The plurality of corner columns each include a front face, a rear face, an outer face, an inner face opposite the outer face, and an angled face between the inner face and the front face. The angled face includes a plurality of vertical corrugations, such as a first vertically-elongated recess between a first vertically-elongated projection and a second vertically-elongated projection.
