The invention relates to a plastic pallet (1) with an upper part (2) provided with female foot parts (4, 4′) and skids (3, 3′) provided with male foot parts (5, 5′). The male foot parts (5, 5′), together with the female foot parts (4, 4′), form feet (21, 21′), with the foot parts (4, 4′) of the upper part and the foot parts (5, 5′) of the skids (3 3′) being fastened to one another by means of snap connections (6). Each male foot part (5, 5′) includes at least two snap hooks (8), which are arranged with mirror symmetry in pairs and which each have a hook head (9) with undercut (91), a snap arm (8′) and a rear side (10), the undercuts (9′) of the hook heads (9) facing away from one another and the rear sides (10) of the snap hooks (8) facing towards one another. Each female foot part (4, 4′) includes at least one latch element (7), into which the hook heads (9) are engaged, forming a snap connection (6) in each case. The female foot parts (4, 4′) are integrally connected to the upper part (2). Each female foot part (4, 4′) includes at least one securing element (12), each with at least one free end (13), the securing element (12) being integrally connected to the female foot part (4, 4′), and the securing element (12) protruding into an intermediate space (24) between the rear sides (10) of the snap hooks (8) so that the snap hooks (8) remain in the engaged position.

HEAVY-DUTY FOLDABLE STORAGE BIN
20170313498 · 2017-11-02 ·

A heavy-duty, thermoplastic storage bin comprises a rectilinear base, spaced columns integrally formed with the base, and rectangular end and side panels that are foldable and erectable with respect to the base. At least one of the panels is detachable from the base. At least one central column having an integral portion protrudes upwardly from an upper base surface and is interlockable with a corresponding side panel at a bottom center region, for generating a sufficiently high sagging resisting moment. In a method for emptying the bin, the base is supported by a forklift, after the bin has been loaded with desired products. Following a material handling operation by the forklift, a tilting device carried by the forklift is operated to sufficiently change a disposition of the bin such that the loaded products are caused to be emptied while a side panel remains engaged with the central and corner columns.

Modular pallet system

A modular pallet system utilizes a plurality of modular pallets that are configured to engage along sides of the pallet to form an interconnected array of coupled pallets that may be moved by a pallet truck and wherein the individual pallets are configured for detachment and transport with a hand-truck. A quad array of coupled pallets may be formed that is about a conventional pallet size and configured to receive the two forks of a fork truck into fork truck openings. One of the modular pallets of the quad array of coupled pallets may be disengaged or disconnected by use of a hand-truck, wherein the tongue of the hand-truck extends in the fork truck opening between the feet of a pallet and engages with hand-truck notches configured on feet. An interconnecting feature of a modular pallet may include a dovetail and dovetail recess.

Metal pallet with assemblable components
