REINFORCED PALLET
A pallet assembly has a reinforcement structure, a top deck, and a bottom deck. The reinforcement structure is formed substantially of a first material. The top deck is formed substantially of a second material, and has a generally flat platform for receiving, storing, or transporting one or more goods. The top deck also has a top pedestal portion including an upper receiving track. The bottom deck is formed substantially of a third material. The bottom deck has a generally flat base. The bottom deck also has a bottom pedestal portion including a lower receiving track. Together the upper receiving track and the lower receiving track define a channel for receiving the reinforcement structure. The top deck and the bottom deck define a plurality of apertures.
Size adjustable assemblable pallet
A size adjustable assemblable pallet includes a central base member and multiple side base members, connecting bars, and loading plates. The central base member has a main body, which defines multiple positioning grooves that cross at a junction. Each side base member has a base body, which defines multiple fixing grooves. Each connecting bar has a main portion and multiple inserting portions. The inserting portions are bent extendingly in a same direction from respective ends of the main portion. The inserting portions are inserted into the fixing grooves of two side base members or one of the fixing grooves of one side base member and one of the positioning grooves of the central base member, in order to secure the central base member and/or side base members. The loading plates are secured to the side base members or the connecting bars.
PALLET AND PALLET FORMING SYSTEM AND METHOD
The present disclosure generally relates to elongate pallet runners, pallets comprising a plurality of elongate pallet runners and methods, systems and apparatuses for forming said elongate pallet runners and pallets. The elongate pallet runners each comprise a plurality of panels, where each panel is bent relative to an adjacent panel to form a continuous spiral structure having a cross-sectional profile that is nested. Each panel has a planar surface that abuts against a planar surface of another panel.
CARRIER PLATFORM FOR HOUSEHOLD DEVICES
A carrier platform, particularly a pallet for supporting a household appliance, has multiple parallel and spaced-apart support structures and one or more upper plate parts that extend in a depth direction and connect the support structures to each other. The support structures have a couple of spaced-apart planar lower plate parts parallel to the ground. Reinforcement support parts are disposed in a space between the lower plate parts of the support structures and separated from each other at the mutual end sides in a width direction of the carrier platform. The support structures have an intermediate support part disposed in the space between the lower plate parts and between two of the reinforcement support parts.
