Container having at least one lockable crossbar assembly movable along tracks
A container for holding product therein during shipment and being returned for reuse has at least one track supported by each side of the container. The container has dunnage supports extending between corresponding tracks at the same level. At least one lockable crossbar assembly has one or more locking assemblies to fix the position of the lockable crossbar assembly relative to the tracks. Dunnage may hang from the dunnage supports for supporting products during storage or shipment.
Foldable container
Disclosed is a foldable container (100), comprising a base (100), side plates (2,3) and a small door (31). The side plates are connected to the base (1). The small door (31) is arranged on the side plates. The small door (31) at least comprises a first part (312), wherein the width of the first part (312) gradually reduces from the upper end to the lower end, first meshing portions (315) are provided on the left end wall and the right wall of the first part (312), and first meshing structure (342) matching the first meshing portions (315) are provided on the side plates. When the container overall has a full load, the outward deformation of the small door is small when the small door is extruded by goods, thereby saving on conveyance or stacking space of the container, and the reliability of stacking and conveyance is improved.
Folding box
A folding box (100), comprising: a bottom plate (1), and a pair of first side plates (2) and a pair of a second side plates (3) capable of being folded with respect to the bottom plate (1). The first side plates (2) and the second side plates (3) are releasably interlocked via a locking mechanism (4). The locking mechanism (4) comprises a handle (41), a locking member (42), and a guidance feature (31). When the first side plates (2) and the second side plates (3) are in a locked state, the handle (41) restricts the position of the locking member (42), thus limiting the movement of the locking member (42), when the handle (41) restricts the position of the locking member (42), thus limiting the movement of the locking member (42), when the handle (41) moves and provides the locking member (42) space required for movement of the locking member (42), the locking member (42) cooperates with the guidance feature (31) to drive the locking member (42) to move so as to unlock the same. When the folding box is empty and recycled, the side plates are easy and convenient to unlock, and are difficult to be unlocked by an accidental triggering when using.
Collapsible bulk material container
A collapsible, reusable bulk material container assembly, kit and method for assembling and using same are disclosed. Upper ring and base members are locked together by peripheral post members, forming an upright rigid framework that operatively supports a woven fabric bulk material receiving sleeve. A cover connected to the upper ring seals the container. Intermediate support bands may be attached to and along the post members to resist outwardly directed forces applied to the post members through the sleeve by contained bulk material. The container is reconfigurable to a collapsed storage or shipping module that retainably contains the post members, support bands and woven fabric sleeve. The post members may be segmentable or collapsible for containment within the collapsed module. Component parts of the container assembly are detachable, reusable and recyclable. One configuration of the container is sized to replace a conventional 55-gallon drum.
PALLET AND PANEL STORAGE SYSTEM AND RELATED METHODS
Disclosed are systems, apparatus and methods for transporting a palletized stack of bottles or other similar bulk-produced containers using a unique pallet base and a unique set of side panels that may be engaged with the base and with each other in order to protect the stacks of bottles on the pallet base during shipping and transport. Embodiments of the invention dampen vibrations, protect the bottles from exterior contaminants, and allow the bottles to be viewed from the outside. Embodiments of the invention also provide reusable pallet systems that are easy to assemble and disassemble, and ship back for reuse.
Transport container
A transport container for carrying objects includes a base for supporting the objects. Opposing first and second side walls are operatively connected to the base. At least one of the side walls is movable between an extended position and a contracted position. The transport container has a first width between the first and second side walls when at least one of the side walls is in the extended position and a second width between the side walls when at least one of the side walls is in the contracted position. The second width is different from the first width. The first and second side walls are also movable between a deployed position and a collapsed position. The transport container has a first height when the side walls are in the deployed position and a second height different than the first height when the side walls are in the collapsed position.
STACKING EFFICIENT DRY FLOW BIN
The invention is directed to a stacking efficient dry flow bin. The bin can be configured in a nested configuration for transport and in an expanded configuration for use in holding and dispensing a flowable material. The bin is configured to stack with other like bins so that a stack three bins high will fit in the compartment of a standard shipping truck.
Plastic container with lift handle for fork truck transport
A plastic tote style container having a first handle connected to an upper portion of a first end wall and a second handle connected to an upper portion of a second side wall is provided. The first and second handles are sized and positioned to form openings between the handles and the end walls that can accept a single tine of a fork truck or other similar device. This allows for carrying heavier loads in the tote style container.
SHIPPING CONTAINER AND SAFETY CATCH THEREFOR
A safety catch for preventing a drop-down side door from separating from the sidewall of a shipping container in the case of a hinge failure and a shipping including at least one safety catch.
Shipping container and safety catch therefor
A safety catch for preventing a drop-down side door from separating from the sidewall of a shipping container in the case of a hinge failure and a shipping including at least one safety catch.
