Bin riser

Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a bin riser positionable between different types of shipping bins to enable these shipping bins to stably stack atop one another in a way that inhibits an adjacent stack of shipping bins from toppling over during transit.

Apparatus for construction of a stringer of a corrugate pallet
11623786 · 2023-04-11 ·

An apparatus for construction of a stringer of a pallet is disclosed herein. In various aspects, the apparatus includes a corrugate sheet (30) cut to form a stringer shape sheet (32) with the stringer shape sheet (32) having a plurality of parallel stringer sections (33) defined by cuts from an upper surface through a lower surface of the stringer shape sheet (32). Each stringer section (33) on the stringer shape sheet (32) may be linked to an adjacent stringer section (33) by a plurality of shear bridges (34).

PACKAGING CONTAINER, PACKAGING METHOD, AND METAL FOIL TRANSPORT METHOD

Provided are a packaging container, a packaging method, and a method for carrying metal foil, which can suppress damage and deformation of the packaging container and enable stable carrying even if the packaging container is carried while suspending it in the midair. A packaging container made of corrugated cardboard includes: a pallet 2 having leg portions 21; a body frame 3 arranged on the pallet 2, the body frame 3 having bearing grooves 31 at end wall portions 32 opposing to each other; and a lid portion 4 provided on the body frame 3, wherein each of the leg portions 21 is arranged on an inner side than each of the end wall portions 23 of the pallet 2.

RECYCLABLE SHIPPING CRATE

A shipping crate is provided having multiple walls. In each wall, a first wall layer has sides and a first thickness and a second wall layer has sides extending past each of the sides of the first wall by the first thickness. The crate also has a back panel having a first back panel layer and at least a partial second back panel layer. The first back panel layer has sides and a thickness substantially similar to the first thickness and the second back panel layer extends past each of the sides of the first back panel layer by the first thickness. When assembled, the first wall layers of each of the walls combine to form a post and lintel assembly. The second wall layers of each of the plurality of walls combine to form a second post and lintel assembly distinct from the first post and lintel assembly.

Transportable rack for pressure safety/relief valves

A transportable valve rack for securing a plurality of pressure safety or pressure relief valves in an upright position. The valves of the type having a bolted flange-type connection and the rack comprises a base assembly and a top plate mounted on the base assembly. The top plate includes a plurality of areas, with each area comprising a plurality of holes arranged on a circumference of two or more concentric circles. The plurality of holes extends through the top plate and at least four holes are on the circumference of each concentric circle. The holes are sized and arranged to align with bolt holes of pre-selected flanges of particular size and pressure rating. Nuts and bolts extended through aligned holes secure the valve to the valve rack.

WHEELED SHIPPING CART WITH STACKABLE TRAYS
20170369087 · 2017-12-28 · ·

A wheeled shipping/transport cart includes a cart frame that supports a plurality of wheels. The cart frame supports a plurality of stackable trays. The trays include a tray frame with opposed end members, a plurality of longitudinal support members disposed between the opposed end members, and a plurality of upright members nesting with upright members of an adjacent tray. A support structure is disposed between the opposed end members to form an arc corresponding to a curved surface of an article to be supported by the support structure. A pin is received through each of the upright members of the plurality of stackable trays to retain the stackable trays in a stacked configuration.

Structural Element

A structural element (10) for forming a panel, with an upper plane (12) and lower plane (14) which are parallel and deformed along their plane at intervals by pods (16) which extrude toward the opposing plane with their internal faces mating to one another.

Offshore cargo rack for use in transferring palletized loads between a marine vessel and an offshore platform
09834333 · 2017-12-05 ·

A cargo rack for transferring loads between a marine vessel and an offshore marine platform (for example, oil and gas well drilling or production platform) provides a frame having a base, a front, a rear, upper and lower end portions and side walls. The lower end of the frame has a floor. Openings in the base align with forklift tine tubes or sockets. The frame includes a pair of fixed side walls extending upwardly from the base that include at least left and right side walls. A plurality of gates are movably mounted on the frame including a gate at least at the front and at least at the rear of the frame, each gate being movable between open and closed positions. The gates enable a forklift to place loads on the floor by accessing either the front of the frame or the rear of the frame. Each gate can be pivotally attached to a corner column.

Wedge dissectors for a medical balloon

A cage can be positioned around a medical balloon, such as an angioplasty balloon, to assist in a medical procedure. The cage can include a plurality of strips, each extending between a set of rings including first and second rings. As the balloon expands, the first and second rings move closer together and allow the strips to expand outward. The cage may have wedge dissectors on the strips.

Method and apparatus for constructing pallets
09809351 · 2017-11-07 ·

A pallet, including a plurality of spaced apart stringers defining a pallet width and a plurality of slats extending lengthwise across the stringers corresponding to the pallet width. The slats have upper surfaces that are coplanar, and at least two of the slats have a length that is less than the pallet width and define undersized slats having upper surfaces that are coplanar with the upper surfaces of the slats to define a planar upper load support surface of the pallet. A slat splice connector bridges between adjacent ones of the undersized slats so that the undersized slats are spliced together to provide a spliced slat have a length corresponding to the pallet width. The slat splice connector has an elevated surface between and supported by a pair of spaced apart legs. The undersized slats of the spliced slat are supported by and attached to the legs of the slat splice connector, and the elevated surface of the slat splice connector is coplanar with the upper surfaces of the spliced slat.
