Repairable plastic pallet with carvings in the top deck and associated methods
A pallet includes a top deck, a bottom deck, and spaced apart support blocks coupled between the top and bottom decks and forming an opening therebetween for receiving a lifting member. The top deck includes at least one deck scoop area on an underside thereof. A thickness of the top deck is reduced in the at least one deck scoop area to reduce influence of top deck deflection on ability of the lifting member to pass through the opening between the top and bottom decks.
ALUMINUM ASSEMBLY PALLET
Disclosed herein is an aluminum assembly pallet. This includes a plurality of upper plates each having a predetermined length, a binding device coupled at an upper end thereof to a lower portion of each upper plate, with a sliding protrusion formed on a lower end of the binding device, and a middle plate disposed under each of the upper plates to be perpendicular thereto and assembled with the binding device. The middle plate includes a sliding groove formed to allow the sliding protrusion to be movable inwards in a longitudinal direction of the middle plate, a plurality of entrance holes formed in an upper end of the sliding groove to allow the sliding protrusion to go in and out, and a connecting hole connecting the entrance holes to each other and having a width that is smaller than a diameter of each of the entrance holes.
STACKABLE PALLET DISPLAY
A stackable pallet display system includes a tray portion having a rectangular bottom wall, corner posts extending upward from corners of the tray portion and an interior divider panel extending upward from the tray portion. The tray, corner posts and interior divider wall of the system can be folded from blanks of material.
Securing device
A securing device includes a base and a sheet placed on the base. The sheet includes a hole. A securing support is disposed opposite the hole of the sheet. A coupler secures the sheet to the base through the securing support. The securing support includes a contact face that contacts the coupler. The contact face includes a notch through which the securing support is removed from the coupler to separate the base from the sheet without removing the coupler.
EQUIPMENT PLATFORM
Improved equipment bases and methods for making and using same are disclosed herein. The equipment base can include a first coated substrate including a first part having a first thickness sized to provide the load-bearing support for the equipment, a first elastomer coating the first part, a second coated substrate positioned adjacent to the first coated substrate, the second coated substrate including a second part having a second thickness sized to provide the load-bearing support for the equipment, and a second elastomer coating the second part. A first seam can be formed between the first and second coated substrates to allow for moisture to pass between the first and second coated substrates so that moisture is allowed to seep away from the bottom of the equipment.
Repairable plastic pallet with grommets in the top deck and associated methods
A pallet includes a top deck having an upper surface and an opposing lower surface. The top deck includes grommet openings extending therethrough, and grommets are inserted into the grommet openings. Each grommet includes an upper section having an outer exposed surface extending above the upper surface of the top deck, and at least one lower section having an outer exposed surface extending below the lower surface of the top deck.
Pallet and container kit
A foldably constructed pallet includes a top member forming a top surface of the foldably constructed pallet and a bottom member forming a bottom surface of the foldably constructed pallet. The bottom member includes, extending from the bottom surface, a plurality of outer sidewalls, and a plurality of internal sidewalls. An outer sidewall of the plurality of outer sidewalls and an internal sidewall of the plurality of internal sidewalls cooperate to define a cradle configured to hold a structural insert such that folded panels of the structural insert may be engaged with each of the outer sidewall and the internal sidewall. The top member may be connected to the bottom member and covering the cradle.
COLLAPSIBLE REUSABLE PALLET
A pallet for supportively carrying and transporting goods as a unit load in a stable efficient manner is disclosed. The pallet can be configured as a rigid or easily disassemblable compact collapsed structure. Interlocking frame members form an upper planar surface with one or more gap or void areas. A sheet of flexible material operatively secured to the frame is tautly stretched to overlie the void areas and forms a structural part of the upper planar surface to counteract downward load forces applied to the fabric over the pallet surface void areas. The sheet material preferably comprises woven polypropylene material.
Removal tool for agricultural bin runners and methods for using the same
A tool for removing a runner from an agricultural bin having a lever arm and a plurality of crossbars. The lever arm may be directly, or indirectly, engaged with a rotatable crossbar which may have a plurality of protrusions for engaging corresponding tabs of a runner. To use the tool, a user may align the protrusions of the rotatable crossbar with the corresponding tabs of a runner engaged within a leg of an agricultural bin, then the user may press down on the lever arm, causing the crossbar to rotate and engage the tabs. As the user continues to press down on the lever arm, the tabs eventually disengage from corresponding openings in the leg of the agricultural bin, allowing the user to remove the runner from the bin.
Molded plastic pallet having a snap in signal transmitter and method of making same
A twin-sheet, thermoformed pallet is configured with a bottom-opening recess shaped to receive and hold in place a signal transmitting device. The recess has undercuts that allow the device to be snapped in and held against the floor of the recess and well above the bottom surface of the pallet body. The recess is provided with access for a tool to pry the device out for replacement or servicing.
