Prefabricated pallet
Provided is a prefabricated pallet including a vertical member having a first coupling part formed in a longitudinal direction in which first side holding plates are formed on an upper or lower surface of the vertical member so as to be directed toward the center thereof and provide a first insertion space and a first holding space; a horizontal member having a second coupling part formed in a longitudinal direction in which second side holding plates are formed on a lower surface of the horizontal member so as to be directed toward the center thereof and provide a second insertion space and a second holding space; and a bracket that includes upper and lower insertion plates inserted into the first insertion space and the second insertion space and column plates inserted into the first holding space and the second holding space and formed between the upper and lower insertion plates.
RETURNABLE SHIPPING RACK
A shipping rack for transporting rolls of flexible material includes a generally flat base for supporting a lower end of the rolls of flexible material thereon. A lid is spaced from the base for supporting an upper end of the rolls of flexible material, and a plurality of upright columns extend vertically between the base and the lid at a perimeter of the base. At least two hinges are defined in each of the upright columns to permit each of the upright columns to be moved between a vertical extended configuration wherein lower, intermediate and upper portions of the upright column are aligned and a collapsed configuration wherein the lower, intermediate and upper portions are obliquely arranged with respect to one another. A latch is associated with each of the hinges to selectively maintain the upright columns in the extended configuration.
Panel and support structure for collapsible container, and collapsible container
This invention relates to a collapsible container and more particularly, but not exclusively, to a collapsible container for use in packaging and transportation. The collapsible container includes a number of panels each having a panel body, with elongate tubular members secured to edges of the bodies. Each of the tubular members has at least one recessed section that forms interlocking engagement means.
PREFABRICATED PALLET
The present invention relates to a prefabricated pallet including: a prefabricated pallet of the present invention includes: a vertical member having a first coupling part formed in a longitudinal direction in which first side holding plates having a shape of and
are formed on an upper or lower surface of the vertical member so as to be directed toward the center thereof and provide a first insertion space and a first holding space; a horizontal member having a second coupling part formed in a longitudinal direction in which second side holding plates having a shape of
and
are formed on a lower surface of the horizontal member so as to be directed toward the center thereof and provide a second insertion space and a second holding space; and a bracket that includes upper and lower insertion plates inserted into the first insertion space and the second insertion space and column plates inserted into the first holding space and the second holding space and formed between the upper and lower insertion plates, and third insertion spaces are provided on both sides of the vertical member in the longitudinal direction.
Collapsible superstructure
In summary, this document describes a collapsible superstructure 1 for a pallet 15, wherein the superstructure 1 comprises: four corner profiles 10, a first pair of opposite sides 11 of the superstructure 1, a second pair of opposite sides 12a, 12b of the superstructure 1, wherein at least one of the sides in said first pair of opposite sides 11 or said second pair of opposite sides 12a, 12b is provided with an openable portion 16 in an opening. Moreover, the openable portion 16 is designed such that displacement, in a horizontal direction H along said side provided with an opening, of a first abutment portion relative to a second abutment portion, substantially diagonally opposite the first abutment portion, is counteracted, and such that displacement, in the horizontal direction H along said side provided with an opening, of a third abutment portion relative to a fourth abutment portion, substantially diagonally opposite the third abutment portion, is counteracted, whereby a unidirectional angle setting of the two corner profiles 10, connected to the side provided with an opening, along said side provided with the opening, is counteracted.
Re-usable crate system
A re-usable crate system has a frame removably coupled to a pallet and extending above the pallet to form a crate to receive cargo over the pallet and at least partially between the frame. The frame has corner brackets at each corner of the pallet. Each corner bracket comprises a bottom plate proximate a bottom of the pallet, a top plate proximate a top of the pallet, and a pair of contiguous side walls extending between the top and bottom plates. The pair of side walls adjoin one another and forms a box with a pair of contiguous side openings opposite the pair of contiguous side walls. Each corner bracket has a pocket to receive a respective corner of the pallet.
Container
A container. The container is provided with a base and two pairs of opposing side panels, each side panel being foldably connected to the base. The container further includes connecting members provided on both side edges of each side panel. The two adjacent side panels are operatively connected to each other by means of cooperation between the corresponding connecting members, and the sum of the width of each side panel and the width of the connecting members provided on this side panel is less than the distance between the inner wall surfaces of a pair of adjacent side panels.
Method for assembling a foldably constructed pallet
A method of assembling a pallet using a machine includes folding a first portion of a pallet support column to define a vertical support structure. The method further includes folding a second portion of the pallet support column to engage the vertical support structure. The method further includes gluing at least a portion of the second portion to the first portion. The method further includes coupling the pallet support column to at least one of a bottom member or a top member of the pallet.
