STACKABLE FRACTIONAL PLASTIC PALLET
A pallet includes a top deck that includes a product support surface and an opposing underside, and with the product support surface including a pair of pallet support leg receiving areas. A pair of pallet support legs is on the underside of the top deck and aligned with the pallet support leg receiving areas. Each pallet support leg including a center leg section having a first end adjacent the underside of the top deck and a second end opposite the first end, and a pair of leg extensions extending outwards from the second end of the center leg section. An underside of the center leg section and the pair of leg extensions are configured to engage one of the pallet support leg receiving areas of an identical pallet when stacked thereon.
RECONFIGURABLE PALLET/DOLLY PLATFORM
A reconfigurable pallet/dolly platform includes a top deck that includes a product support surface and an opposing underside. The underside includes pallet support leg attachment areas for receiving pallet support legs when configured as a pallet, and dolly wheel attachment areas for receiving dolly wheels when configured as a dolly. The product support surface includes pallet support leg receiving areas aligned with the pallet support leg attachment areas and configured to engage the pallet support legs from an identical platform stacked thereon when configured as a pallet. The product support surface also includes dolly wheel receiving areas aligned with the dolly wheel wells and configured to engage the dolly wheels from an identical platform stacked thereon when configured as a dolly.
GUIDING RAIL PROVIDED WITH INTERMEDIATE MATERIAL AND CONTAINER PROVIDED WITH SUCH GUIDING RAIL
The present invention provides a guiding rail which can be used in storing and transporting devices provided with dunnage, which can be moved along the guiding rails. In a first aspect, the present invention discloses guiding rails (1) with a recess which is at least partially provided with an intermediate material. Said intermediate material can be in the form of a polymer insert (2) or in the form of a coating added during a painting and/or anodization process. The intermediate material allows to easily manipulate the flexible dunnage (9) along the guiding rails by pulling or pushing the dunnage, even when the force is applied centrally on the dunnage. Said insert can be divided in several components along a transversal line (8), allowing easy installation. In a second aspect, the present invention presents a device for storing and transporting goods, provided with guiding rails (1) with an intermediate material as described above.
Assembly box for transportation
An assembly box for transportation is disclosed. The assembly box for transportation may comprise: a vertical corner frame arranged at a corner portion; first and second horizontal frames arranged perpendicularly, with the vertical corner frame interposed therebetween, so as to constitute upper and lower edge portions of a side wall; and corner brackets connecting the upper and lower ends of the vertical corner frames with ends of the first and second horizontal frames, respectively.
NESTABLE PALLET WITH RUNNERS
A nestable pallet having three rows of feet extending downward from a support surface is provided. In one aspect, the outer rows of feet are attached by runners at a bottom portion of each foot and the middle row of feet does not include runners. The support surface includes openings to accommodate the outer rows of feet with runners, and the middle row of feet of a like pallet. The absence of runners in the middle row and a corresponding larger opening, allows for greater support area in that portion of the pallet. The pallet can also include reinforcements extending perpendicular to the runners.
Shipping frame for jet aircraft engine transportation
The disclosed invention comprises screw jacks and supporting rollers mounted on a base frame. A rotating cradle with rolling plates are attached to the engine. The rolling plates are set on the support rollers and the rotating cradle is rotated by the manually operated screw jacks. The curvature and position of the rolling plates are carefully chosen to provide the needed rotation and horizontal/vertical movement of the engine, so as to fit within a small transport doorway. Additionally, important features are included that secure the cradle from rotating when transporting, secure the cradle to the support rollers for safe movement, and provides a simplified horizontal and vertical movement.
Reusable container
An object to be packaged is positioned and secured on a set rack, and the set rack is placed on a buffer material provided on a bottom plate of an inner packaging cover. Right/left cover portions of the inner packaging cover are folded up at folding lines so that the inner packaging cover covers the set rack, and the set rack is placed on a bottom panel of the outer packaging case with the inner packaging cover therebetween. Thereafter, an open/close panel is slid along a guide groove formed on a side opening of the outer packaging case so as to close the side opening by the open/close panel, and an upper opening is covered by a top plate panel to thereby store the object to be packaged in the outer packaging case using the inner packaging cover and the set rack.
PALLET FOR TRANSPORTING CARGO
A pallet for transporting cargo on an inclined conveyer belt with a surface texture including a plurality of recesses. The pallet comprises an upper surface for supporting the cargo and a bottom side supported by the included conveyer belt. The bottom side has a plurality of protrusions distributed across the area of the bottom side for engaging the plurality of recesses and arresting the pallet when the pallet is transported on the inclined conveyer belt.
QUARTER PALLET WITH PRODUCT TAB RECEIVING AREAS FOR PRODUCTS CARRIED THEREON
A pallet includes a top including a product support surface and an opposing underside, with outer sides extending between the product support surface and the underside. Four feet each extend away from the underside of the top, and each foot has a first opening facing out through the product supporting surface of the top. The feet thus allow stacking of such pallets with the feet of a first such pallet extending into the first openings of a second such pallet. Product tab receiving areas are for receiving respective product tabs, with each product tab receiving area having a slot within the top adjacent a respective outer side of the top. The slot has a pair of spaced apart opposing long sidewalls and a pair of spaced apart opposing short sidewalls adjacent to the pair of long sidewalls, with one of the long sidewalls including a laterally extending tongue for engaging an opening in one of the product tabs.
Quarter pallet with product tab receiving areas for products carried thereon
A pallet for transporting products thereon includes a top having a product support surface and an opposing underside, and with outer sides extending between the product support surface and the opposing underside. Four feet each extend away from the underside of the top. Each foot has a first opening facing out through the product supporting surface so that the feet allow stacking of such pallets. At least one product tab receiving area is adjacent an edge of the top and has a parent slot within the top with a partially closed bottom forming a shelf and an opening adjacent the shelf. An inner slot extends through the opening adjacent the shelf so as to be recessed below the parent slot. The inner slot has a pair of spaced apart sidewalls, a closed bottom, and with one of the sidewalls having a projection extending towards the other sidewall.
