PALLET
A pallet comprising at least three upper carrier plates (3) and at least three carrier supports (5), in which the bottom of each upper carrier plate (3) is provided with first snapping portions (11) in an array manner, the top of each carrier support (5) is provided with first snapping grooves (4), and the upper carrier plates (3) are snapped with the first snapping grooves (4) on the top of the carrier supports (5) through the first snapping portions (11), and which reduces space occupation and facilitates storage and transportation.
NESTABLE PALLET
A nestable pallet includes a deck having opposed side edges and opposed end edges. A plurality of feet extend downward from the deck. The feet are hollow and elongated in a direction parallel to the side edges of the deck. The deck includes openings therethrough that lead into the feet for receiving the feet of an identical nestable pallet nested thereon. A half pallet includes a half deck and a plurality of feet extending downward from the half deck. The feet of the half pallet extend into half of the plurality of feet of the nestable pallet. Optionally, the deck further includes a handle opening having at least one handle wall adjacent the handle opening. A plurality of ribs extend upward from the handle wall.
Quarter pallet with hand access hole
A pallet for transporting products thereon includes a top having a product support surface and an opposing underside, and with outer sides extending between the product support surface and the opposing underside. The top includes a hand access hole extending through the top and located at a center of gravity of the pallet. Four feet each extend away from the underside of the top. Each foot has a first opening facing out through the product supporting surface for allowing stacking of such pallets.
SPRAY COATING PROCESS, ARTICLE AND ASSEMBLY FOR APPLYING ANY OF A POLYURETHANE OR POLYUREA COATING TO A WIRE HARNESS, FLAT OR IRREGULAR METAL SURFACE OR PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDED PALLET
A process and related assembly for applying a fast curing plastic spray coating to a substrate article having a specified shape and size with an exposed surface. The coating can include any polyurethane or polyurea composition and incorporating a fast curing catalyst which, upon delivery to a pneumatically charged nozzle, providing for aerated application from the nozzle upon the exposed surface. The spray coating further includes a cure time of between 5-10 seconds from aerated delivery and can be applied to any of a wire harness, metal surface or injection molded plastic pallet. In the specific instance of a wire harness coating. In the instance of a wire harness article, a plurality of branches terminate in end connectors, the coating providing insulating and fire-protection to the underlying harness.
Multiple seat shipping container
Disclosed is a multiple seat shipping container (100) that includes a bottom base structure (101) configured to attach one or more first seats (120), a forward wall (103) with a lower portion (103a) pivotally attached to a forward side of the bottom base structure, a top wall (104) pivotally attached to an upper portion (103b) of the forward wall, the top wall configured to attach one or more second seats (121), and a rear wall (105) attached to a rear side of the bottom base structure. The multiple seat shipping container is configured to fold into a box shape configuration such that the one or more second seats are suspended from the top wall adjacent to the one or more first seats.
PLASTIC PALLET WITH HANDLE
The invention relates to a plastic pallet having an underside provided with skids and an upper side, wherein one skid runs along the centre of the plastic pallet and the skid along the centre has a handle which may be gripped from the underside of the pallet, The handle is preferably arranged on the underside of the central skid preferably parallel to the surface of the upper side and preferably along the central longitudinal axis of the central skid,
PALLET WITH PRINTED IMAGES
A system and technique has been developed to print graphics on a pallet. In one form, the graphics are printed on one of the decks of the pallet. The graphics in one variation are printed on a deck that is in the form of a flat, contiguous surface via a flatbed printer. The flatbed printer has a printer head that forms a gap that is able to accommodate the deck of the pallet. After printing, the deck is assembled with the rest of the pallet. The graphics can include text and images. In one form, the graphics include a packing template that shows how at least one packing layer should be packed on the pallet.
Pallet cover and transport container
A pallet cover and transport container includes a container body having a top end, a plurality of side walls, and an interior space. The bottom end of the container is open to the interior space and includes complementary dimensions to a shipping pallet. A first plurality of grooves are disposed along the bottom end of the side walls at locations complementary to the side channels of the shipping pallet. Connectors are disposed along the side walls to removably secure the container to a pallet. The connectors including a sliding shaft having an aperture for receiving a lock. A second plurality of grooves are disposed along the closed top end of the container body to allow the container to be used while inverted and transported by a forklift.
Food Product Mat Assembly
A food product mat assembly for supporting a delivered food product above a support surface includes a mat that is positionable on a support surface in front of an entry of a building to have a delivered food product positioned thereon. The mat is foraminous to facilitate water to drain therethrough thereby inhibiting the delivered food product from being exposed to the water. A plurality of ridges each extends upwardly from the mat to support the delivered food item above the mat.
Modular reusable shipping crate
A system, method, and device for shipping, transporting, storing, and managing logistics of a variety of cargo. A crate is disclosed that allows for easy and inexpensive return shipment (reverse logistics) after use through a collapsible, interlocking system of a pallet base, foldable side wall assemblies, and a lid that can be removably connected to one another. The crate can utilize guide protrusions and corresponding guide recesses to fit the components together. The height of the crate can be increased by additional tiers of side walls. Latch assemblies can be utilized to fasten adjacent components together. The crate may include a tracking or monitoring device that can monitor one or more of humidity, temperature, tilt, impact, vibration, and variety of desired conditions. The system may include Bluetooth beacons on each of the components and a Bluetooth sensor in the monitoring device in the pallet base to monitor disassembled components.
