In a method for emptying the bin, the base is supported by a forklift, after the bin has been loaded with desired products. Following a material handling operation by the forklift, a tilting device carried by the forklift is operated to sufficiently change a disposition of the bin such that the loaded products are caused to be emptied while a side panel remains engaged with the central and corner columns.

The present invention discloses a cover device used to cover the built-in valve mounting channel port of IBC and a container. The IBC comprises a side plate, a base and a channel located in the base and used to receive the built-in valve. The cover device comprises a cover and structures or components used to detachably connect the cover to the side plate over the channel. The cover can be installed on the base at the position adjacent to the side plate, and can be rotated around a rotational axis of the cover itself, so as to open or cover the channel port. The cover is further provided with a lock hole, and the base is provided with a locking slot, so that the cover can be locked to the base by a disposable lock. The cover device of the present invention has a simple structure and is easy to operate. Further, it can well achieve the effect of dust-proof and/or thief-evident.

The two pairs of side plates (2) are hingedly connected to the edges of the base (1) and capable of being folded relative to the base (1). The foldable container further comprises connecting rods (5). Extending portions (21) are provided at the lower edges of at least one pair of the two pairs of side plates (2), protruding portions (13) which extend perpendicular to the base are provided on the corresponding edges of the base (1). The protruding portions are provided with opening portions (11). The opening portions (11) are opened facing the interior of the container and facing upper ends of the protruding portions (13). One end of the connecting rod (5) is pivotally connected to a bottom end of the opening portion (11), and the other end of the connecting rod (5) is slidably and rotatably connected to an upper end of the extending portion (21) in a direction perpendicular to the base. According to the foldable container, the opposite side plates can be conveniently and rapidly placed on the base horizontally by means of simple and reliable hinging structures, and the foldable container can be made into a thin-walled foldable container.

Each of the top panel components slides outward towards one of the pair of side wall panel components and pivots into a vertical position and slides downward parallel to its corresponding side wall panel component; each of the wall panel components pivots inward one at a time until on top of the container base; and each of the side wall panel components with its corresponding top panel component in its vertical and parallel orientation pivots inward one at a time on top of the pair of end wall panel components.
