A shipping tray for a bench system and method of use are provided. The shipping tray may include a front support, rear support, first side support, and second side support. The shipping tray may further include a first front holder, a second front holder, a third front holder, a first rear holder, a second rear holder, and a third rear holder, all configured to receive one of a plurality of legs of a bench. The shipping tray may further include a central brace, a first X-brace, and a second X-brace. There may be a network of ribbing on the underside of the shipping tray. The shipping tray may be used for stacking a bench, or multiple benches, onto the shipping tray. The shipping tray may also be stacked on top of another shipping tray.

Modular shipping base

A re-usable, returnable, stackable, modular shipping base that incorporates replaceable components to make the base relatively quick and cost effective to repair. The shipping base is formed from a number of stamped or cut sheet materials (e.g., sheet metal) that are then folded and attached to one another using a tab system. When a component is damaged, the damaged component may be removed from the base and replaced with another mass produced, stamped sheet material component. Components are attached to one another via adhesive, rivets, stitch welding, spot welding, or any other applicable process.

A collapsible container that includes a base, a first side panel hingedly attached to the base, a second side panel hingedly attached to the base, a first end panel hingedly attached to the base, with the first end panel including a door, and a second end panel hingedly attached to the base. The collapsible container can further include a top cover. The collapsible container is configured to be positioned in a collapsed position and an assembled position. In an assembled position, the collapsible container is configured to hold items during a domestic or international move.

There is disclosed a module for a modular transport & display unit for transporting products to a store and for then displaying said products in said store. The module comprises a shelf adapted to receive said products thereon and at least one reconfigurable support structure. Said at least one reconfigurable support structure is adapted to be deployed to support one or more additional modules that will collectively form, when so supported, together with the initial module, the modular transport & display unit. Said at least one reconfigurable support structure is also adapted to be stowed away within said shelf, so that each module, and, therefore, the modular unit, can be straightforwardly disassembled by a store operator for return to a logistics centre, without damaging any components.

A metal reinforcement is embedded in the panel, each of the plurality of support legs is in a cuboid, four sides of each of the plurality of support legs is recessed inward to form a first groove, four sides of each of the plurality of support legs is formed with a reinforcing rib, and the reinforcing rib is smoothly transitioned to a bottom of the first groove with an arc. An assembled plastic pallet provided in this disclosure can be freely assembled as required and has high bearing capacity.

A pair of flanges may extend perpendicularly from outer edges of the lower wall section and the upper wall sections. An upper door may be hingeably connected to one of the flanges of the second wall section. A lower door may be hingeably connected to one of the flanges of the lower wall section.

The container further includes connecting members provided on both side edges of each side panel. The two adjacent side panels are operatively connected to each other by means of cooperation between the corresponding connecting members, and the sum of the width of each side panel and the width of the connecting members provided on this side panel is less than the distance between the inner wall surfaces of a pair of adjacent side panels.

A spill pallet including: a continuous, unitary, liftable sump-defining base having a bottom, side walls extending from and surrounding the bottom and terminating in an upper edge, a plurality of risers extending from the bottom, and a rim formed in the side walls below the upper edge; and at least one drum-supporting grate that is supportable on the plurality of risers and the rim of the base. Two fork channels that are accessible from a side of the base have a fork cavity height and a fork cavity width sufficient to permit the spill pallet to be lifted by a standard fork lift truck or by a standard pallet jack. The bases are configured such that they are stackable on and partially nestable within identical bases to form stacks, which can be shipped side-by-side as a partial load within a truck, trailer or container.
