INTERLOCKING STACKING AMMUNITION CONTAINERS
An ammunition container can include a bottom wall, a first side wall and an opposing second side wall, and a front wall and an opposing rear wall. An interior volume can be formed from the five walls. A top lid can be removably engaged to one of the first side wall, the second side wall, the front wall, and the rear wall, opposite the bottom wall. The lid encloses the interior volume. A first interlocking stacking element can have a first raised protrusion forming a first shape and disposed on the top lid or the bottom wall. A second interlocking stacking element of second raised protrusions forming a second shape on the opposite wall. It can be sized or shaped to interlock with the first interlocking stacking element. The first and second interlocking elements can prevent movement along at least one axis or two axes (i.e. sliding or disengagement).
Flat rack for transporting cargo
A flat rack comprising, a cargo platform for carrying a load, terminal bulkheads for enclosing the cargo platform and two intermediate bulkheads positioned between the terminal bulkheads at equal distance from the center of gravity of the flat rack. Each of the intermediate bulkheads is equipped with lifting points suitable therefore. Optionally, the distance between the intermediate bulkheads is between 20 and 40. More specifically, the distance between the intermediate bulkheads may be 34. A method for loading or offloading a cargo vessel loaded with a plurality of flat racks. The method comprises operating a crane adapted to lift at least one of the plurality of flat racks as described herein above.
KEG PALLET
A pallet includes a deck having center portion and two outer portions spaced outward on either side of the center portion. A plurality of keg supports extend from each outer portion to the center portion. Each keg support has a concave upper surface. A large opening is defined between each adjacent pair of keg supports. Outer middle recesses are formed on each outer portion adjacent each large opening. Center middle recesses are formed on the center portion adjacent each large opening. A plurality of column portions protrude from the deck. The pallet accommodates both straight kegs and belly kegs at the same height. The pallet may be formed in two identical halves.
Palletized Container Assembly with Multi-Purpose Adapter
A palletized container assembly comprises a pallet base of substantially conventional design, a four-walled sleeve and a pallet adapter providing in one location an interface between the bottom edge of the sleeve and the pallet base and in another location providing a cover for the container assembly by being inverted and placed over the top edge of the container sleeve. Various reinforcement structures can be molded into the pallet adapter.
Container
A container. The container is provided with a base and two pairs of opposing side panels, each side panel being foldably connected to the base. The container further includes connecting members provided on both side edges of each side panel. The two adjacent side panels are operatively connected to each other by means of cooperation between the corresponding connecting members, and the sum of the width of each side panel and the width of the connecting members provided on this side panel is less than the distance between the inner wall surfaces of a pair of adjacent side panels.
