DRINKING CONTAINERS AND RELATED METHODS
A drinking bottle assembly includes a lid assembly with a lid housing having a top wall, a flap rotatably coupled to the top wall, and a gasket secured to the flap. A drink opening extends through the top wall. A rim extends above the top wall. At least one notch is located in an inner surface of the rim. The flap includes a flexible portion or extension and at least one locking lug projecting from the flexible portion. The locking lug engages the at least one notch in a closed position. The flap is rotatable from the closed position to a fully open position. The gasket is configured to seal the drink opening in the closed position.
CHILD RESISTANT AND SENIOR FRIENDLY CAN LID
The present invention is directed to a can lid that is child resistant, and at the same time senior friendly, and can be initially installed on a can to be removed by an adult, especially a senior adult, and be put back on the can in the same condition where a child could still not be able to easily remove it. The child resistant and senior friendly can lid provided has a replaceable can lid and a locking member, such that when a can is initially opened, it may be readily resealed. The child resistant and senior friendly can lid has tapered, smooth sides to make the lid difficult to grasp and a sealing ledge on the inside surface to grab the seam roll of the upper edge of the can. The lid sealing ledge is relieved in two areas ninety degrees apart leaving a ridge to maintain a seal when the lid is attached to a can. The can lid will be flexible enough to bend for removal by seniors but resistant to removal by children.
LID ASSEMBLY FOR A FLUID VESSEL
A valve for a lid of a fluid vessel includes a valve body having an adapter portion coupling first and second opposite ends of the valve body. The first and second ends are rotatably fixed to each other and have an angle formed therebetween. The adapter portion is configured to be rotatably coupled to the lid about a first axis. The first end of the valve body is configured to be coupled to a button for rotating the first end about the first axis. The valve includes a stopper coupled to the second end of the valve body and configured to cover an opening in the lid. The stopper is configured to be separated from the opening when the first end of the valve body is rotated in a first direction about the first axis.

A paper lid for a container includes a body portion, a top lid portion having an outer periphery surrounded by the body portion, and an engaging portion in the body portion that includes a tapered portion tapering in the same direction as the container taper and engages with the container curl portion. The body portion has a first end portion for mounting on the container and an opposite second end portion. The outer periphery is bent toward the first end portion, and has a bent portion bonded to the body portion. A part other than the outer periphery is between the engaging portion and the second end portion. An inner diameter of a tip of the tapered portion is smaller than an outer diameter of the container curl portion. Where the lid closes the container opening, the container curl portion contacts an inner part of the tapered portion.
A Rotary Lid and a Drinking Cup Thereof
The present invention discloses a rotatable lid and a drinking cup having the rotary lid. The rotatable lid comprises a lid body (1), a rotating knob (2), a water stopper (3), a moving component (4); the lid body (1) has a shaft hole (11), a water outlet (12), and an air inlet (13); and the water stopper (3) has a water outlet sealing portion (32) and an air inlet sealing portion (33). Pushing the rotating knob (2), the moving component (4) can move together with the rotating shaft (21) of the rotating knob (2) relative to the water stopper (3), the locking portion of the moving component (4) driven by the rotating shaft (21) can move on the locking track (34) to press upward the water stopper (3). Therefore, the water stopper correspondingly seals both of the water outlet and the air inlet on the lid body. In this way, the water outlet on the rotary lid is closed. It is convenient for a user to operate.

A cup lid includes a lid body and a label placement structure. A sip hole structure and a through hole are formed at different positions on a top surface of the lid body, and the sip hole structure includes a flip-top lid, a protruding buckle formed on the flip-top lid, and a buckle groove located on one side of the flip-top lid; and the label placement structure is disposed on the top surface of the lid body, where the label placement structure includes a plurality of clamping arms protruding from the top surface of the lid body, and when a label is inserted into the label placement structure, the clamping arms clamp two sides of the label. A buckling structure includes a cover and a box, wherein the cover and box are each made of paper, plastic, or a combination thereof. In one embodiment, the box includes a box body and a straight line part extending out of an edge of the box body; and the lid is configured to cover the box and includes a lid wall extending out of an edge of the lid body, and a flange arranged on an inner side wall of the lid wall, wherein the flange and the lid body are spaced apart, and wherein in a cross section along a central axis of the box body, the angle between the straight line part and the central axis is smaller than or equal to 90 degrees, wherein in the cross section along the central axis of the box body, the flange comprises a section of lead-in part, a section of smooth part connected to the lead-in part, and a section of buckling part connected to the smooth part, the maximum diameter of the straight line part being greater than or equal to the minimum diameter of the lid wall, the buckling part is arc-shaped and has a central angle that is greater than 90 degrees, and when the lid is disposed over and fitted to the box, the straight line part is configured to be clamped between the buckling part and the lid body.
Drinking Cup
A drinking cup includes a container and a detachable closure. The closure has a connection end for connection to the container, the connection end being open for receipt of liquid from within the container. The closure has a closed end opposite the connection end and a drinking rim formed at the peripheral edge of the closed end. The closure has a side wall extending between the connection end and the closed end, and at least one opening that facilitates the passage of liquid from within the container to the drinking rim. A seal is supported by the closure and extends around an outside surface of the side wall, sealing the drinking rim against the passage of liquid through the drinking rim. The seal is flexible and responsive to pressure to lift away from the drinking rim to allow passage of liquid through the drinking rim for drinking from the cup.
IMPROVED THREE-PIECE CONTAINER ASSEMBLY
The present disclosure relates generally to containers and container lids. In at least one embodiment, the disclosed containers and container lids provide a liquid-tight seal with the inclusion of a separately attached ring that generally eliminates material-trapping seams. For example, in certain embodiments, a container and a container ring for attaching to the rim of the container is disclosed. In these embodiments, the container ring attaches to the rim of the container such that a liquid-tight vertical seal is formed, thereby reducing or eliminating material-trapping seams.
