With the lid covering the container, the lip sections overlay the top edges of the container, the slide lock latches overlay a portion of the lip sections, and track slider members in each slide lock latch move along the lip sections to lock and seal the lid to the container.

A configurable storage container system for storing items includes a tote, an insulated shell with a lid, and an insulated divider configured to divide the internal cavity of the tote into two sections. The insulated shell is configured for receiving the tote. The insulated shell includes a base and a plurality of side walls and is foldable between an expanded configuration and a collapsed configuration such that the tote fits inside the insulated shell when the insulated shell is in the expanded configuration. The lid is configured for closing the tote inside the insulated shell when the insulated shell is in the expanded configuration.

The inner liner, outer shell, and the lid can be made entirely of a compostable, recyclable, and/or biodegradable material. An air gap may be formed between the inner liner and the outer shell is certain embodiments.

The collar element having a peripheral collar sealing shoulder that includes a collar groove and wherein the lid portion is connected to the collar portion through a hinge element. The lid portion, collar element and hinge portion are formed as a unitary structure and the lid portion articulates from an open positon in which it is spaced apart from the collar element to a closed position wherein the peripheral bead sealing shoulder of the lid portion engages with the peripheral collar sealing shoulder of the collar element.

A food container with vents on handles includes a box and a cover. The box includes a box wall and a receiving room. Two opposite sides of the box wall are provided with a pair of handle portions. Each handle portion is extended with a bent section from the box wall toward a direction which is bent away from the receiving room. An upper portion of each bent section is formed with a venting space communicating with the receiving room. The cover is removably fastened to the box to cloak the receiving room and includes a cover plate, a pair of handle lids and sliding seals. The handle lids can be fixed to the handle portions to cover the venting space. Each handle lid is provided with vents. The sliding seals are separately disposed in the handle lids to be capable of selectively cloaking the vents.

The first compartment (300) comprises a first compartment storage portion (302) comprising silicone and a first compartment band (304) positioned around a mouth end (306) of the first compartment storage portion. The mouth end comprises a mouth lip (310) configured to be sealingly retained between the junction member planar portion (202) and the one or more extensions of the junction member (212). The first compartment storage portion (302) is configured to be folded via one or more predetermined pleats (312) so that at least 85% of a height (332) of the one or more predetermined pleats is within a volume of the junction member band portion when the first compartment (300) is coupled to the junction member.

A container system includes a container having a plurality of sidewalls and a rim extending from the sidewalls at a top of the container. The rim of the container includes a first sealing part and a second sealing part. Parts of the rim extend along arcs as viewed from above the container. The container system also includes a lid for sealing the container, with the lid having a rim that includes a first sealing part that is configured to contact the first sealing part of the rim of the container to form a first sealing area, and a second sealing part that is configured to contact the second sealing part of the rim of the container to form a second sealing area. Parts of the rim of the lid extend along arcs as viewed from above the lid. The container may be tightly sealed by the lid.

The present disclosure relates to a paperboard packaging container comprising a sealing arrangement comprising a lid and a sealing rim. The packaging container comprises a circumferential lid sealing member applied in the lid. The sealing rim forms a closed loop extending around the container opening. The sealing rim further comprises a first sealing surface arranged at an upper end edge of the sealing rim and is arranged to seal against a second sealing surface constituted by the circumferential lid sealing member when the lid is in a closed position. The sealing arrangement furthermore comprises a frame structure forming a closed loop extending around a periphery of said container opening and is connected to the sealing rim. The lid is connected to the frame structure by a hinge member and a locking arrangement.

Stackable and Ventable Containers

The containers may be configured to be vertically stackable in an closed position and still permit venting via vents in the lid of each container. The containers may also be nested in an open position with indentations in the base to facilitate separation of the containers. The indentations may be in one of two positions with an alternating pattern when the containers are in the nested arrangement.
