Child-resistant containers
09926118 · 2018-03-27 · ·

The present disclosure is directed to a child-resistant container which includes a lid having a peripheral flange which defines a lifting tab having top and bottom surfaces. The lid includes a protrusion extending downwardly from the bottom surface of the lifting tab. The container includes a base having an upper peripheral rim and a surface formed in a corner portion of the base between two adjacent sides of the base. The surface includes an aperture to receive the downwardly extending protrusion of the lid when the container is closed forming a child-resistant opening mechanism. The surface is uninterrupted but for the aperture.

Welding wire accommodation-container cover

One embodiment of the present invention provides a welding wire accommodation-container cover comprising: a blocking part which has a shape corresponding to a transverse cross section of a container body part, and which covers the opening of the container body part; side-forming parts which are connected to the blocking part, and which are bent from the blocking part so as to be fitted to encompass the outer side surface of the upper portion of the container body part; side-fixing parts which are alternately provided with the side-forming parts along the side of the blocking part, and which fix neighboring side-forming parts; and a cut part which is formed at the blocking part, and which can be cut so that a welding wire wound around the container body part can be withdrawn to the outside.

CONTAINER ASSEMBLY

A container assembly includes a first component, a second component, and a third component. Each component has an outer wall, a side wall extending upward from the outer wall, and a lip extending outward around a perimeter of the side wall. Each of the lips of the components are releasably lockable with another lip to form a modular container assembly.

CAP

A cap adapted to cover an end of a cask for maturation of a spirit, comprises a body having an outer plate and a flange extending from the outer plate, and an inner plate spaced from the outer plate. The inner plate lies between the outer plate and the end of the cask when the cap is in place on the end of the cask. A layered or ridged spacer can separate the plates, and can permit fluid transfer in the space between the plates. The inner plate can be resistant to vapour transfer, and can be pressed against the outer surface of the end of the cask when the cap is in place on the end of the cask, and leaves an annular area of the end of the cask uncovered.

Tamper-evident closure assembly including outer shell, and related systems and methods

A tamper-evident closure assembly for a container includes a cap configured to be secured with the container to cover the opening. A tamper-evidencing member is carried by the cap and is configured to provide an indication when the cap is removed from the container. The closure assembly further includes an outer shell having a central aperture through which the cap is received. The outer shell and the cap may be configured to cooperate with each other such that the cap is operatively secured to, and mounted so as to be non-rotatable relative to, the outer shell. A system for storing material and a method of closing a container are also provided.

A container with an opening for receiving items for later disposal is disclosed. The container includes a container body with a bottom and a sidewall extending upwards from the bottom, as well as a removable lid to close the container. The container also includes a lock to lock the lid to the container. An engagement structure is provided on a side opposite the lock to prevent separation of the lid from the container body. The container may be stackable by including complementary male and female structures on the bottom and the lid. The container may also include a handle adjacent the bottom that contacts the ground when the container rests on the ground.

Container for oral products

The present disclosure relates to containers and methods of making same for oral products made or derived from tobacco, incorporate tobacco, or may be tobacco-free and are intended for human consumption. The disclosed containers incorporate one or more of an alignment mechanism, a seal arrangement, a retention mechanism, or a tamper-evident feature to suit a particular application.

BOX-SHAPED BODY

A box-shaped body includes: a case having a tubular peripheral wall; and a cover. The cover includes an engaging portion extending in an attachment direction in which the cover is attached to the case. The peripheral wall has a multilayer wall structure including an inner wall and an outer wall, and includes a connecting wall and an engaged portion, and the engaged portion being configured to be engaged with the engaging portion. An end surface of the connecting wall facing the cover is located at a position, closer to the cover in the attachment direction than an end surface of at least one of the inner wall and the outer wall facing the cover, or the same position, in the attachment direction as the end surface of at least one of the inner wall and the outer wall facing the cover.
