A lid for outfitting a container is provided. The lid includes a cover shell defining a first cavity, a first lid rim defining an opening, and a hinge member constructed to pivotally interconnect the first lid rim with the cover shell. The cover shell releasably lockable to the first lid rim.

The present invention provides a storage tank which comprises a tank body and a sealing cover. A top of the tank body is provided with a tank mouth; the sealing cover can seal the tank mouth; the sealing cover comprises a main cover, a cover plate, a sealing ring, an annular extrusion part and a sealing switch; a top of the main cover is provided with an accommodating groove; the cover plate is covered on the accommodating groove; an edge of the cover plate is covered on the tank mouth; the sealing ring is sleeved and fixed on the outer circumference of the main cover; the annular extrusion part is slidably sleeved on the main cover below the sealing ring ; the sealing switch is located in the accommodating groove. The storage tank has good sealing effect, simple operation and convenient use.

A container system with an interlocking mechanism is disclosed. The containers of the system have interlocking components that securely interconnect the individual containers vertically, so that groupings of containers can be transported easily. The containers can be water tight and air tight. The container can be modular and form infinite combinations of stacked and interlocked groupings.

A pot for a cosmetic product including a base topped by a substantially cylindrical neck defining an opening, and a lid equipped with a seal having top and bottom surfaces. The neck of the pot has a rim with an inner periphery having a shoulder forming a concave surface. The bottom surface of the seal includes a flexible annular lip that has a convex shape on an outer peripheral wall which, when the lid is tightened on the base, matches the concave surface over at least a portion of the height of the shoulder and presses sealingly against the rim around the entire inner periphery of same to sealingly close the pot. The flexibility of the seal and the shape of the lip thereof, which complements that of the rim, allow it to be deformed to be able to compensate for dimensional irregularities during at manufacture ensuring tight sealing.

In an embodiment, the invention comprises a container apparatus with a lateral stability rail system. At least one rail extends within the lid portion and at least one track extends through the base portion. The rail terminates in a tooth and the track terminates in a pocket. When the container is in a hingedly closed position, the at least one rail nests within the at least one track and the at least one tooth nests within the at least one pocket.

The present application is directed to a double seam modification tooling apparatus for double seam modification and the double seam modification process. More particularly, a tooling apparatus for double seam modification is provided which adds a third modification operation to the first and second double seam operations which form the finished double seam, as well as a process for modifying double seams to include patterns of integral slots, notches or threads, or the like, after the double seams have been previously completely formed by the double seam modification tooling apparatus. Child resistant lids can then be configured with mating tab notches or tab threads to allow for opening or closing the lid when the tabs are properly aligned with the notches and threads on the can rim modified double seams.

A spill-preventing lid for a container comprises a lid body having a top, a bottom, a peripheral flange and a drink opening through the body from the bottom to the top, and a spill-preventing baffle, the baffle comprising a wall extending downwardly from the bottom of the lid body, the baffle having a top and a bottom, the top of the baffle communicating with the drink opening, at least one opening in the bottom, and a passage leading from the at least one opening in the bottom to the top, allowing liquid to flow from the container into the baffle, though the passaged defined by the baffle and to the drink opening, the at least one opening in the bottom being substantially smaller in dimension than the dimension of the drink opening.

There is disclosed a magnetic tray having a first tray and a second tray connected to each other and which are the same or substantially the same. The first and second trays are collapsible and expandable. The first and second trays each include a body member adapted to be collapsible and expandable; a base member adapted to fit in the bottom of the body member and having a magnet on a first side of the base member and one or more magnets on a second side of the base member; and a collar member having a hinge member and a lock member. The first tray and the second tray are connected to each other by the hinge members. The first tray and the second trays are adapted to be separable by the hinge members.

Device containers, such as therapeutic kit containers, are disclosed. In one embodiment, a device container comprises a first member configured to releasably hold a syringe barrel, a second member configured to releasably hold a vial, wherein the second member is coupled to the first member by a first hinge, and a third member configured to releasably hold a vial adapter, wherein the third member is coupled to the second member by a second hinge.

Disclosed herein is an injection molded lid for use with a container. The lid includes a lid body and a securing member, respectively made of a first material and a second material. The lid body includes a cover portion and a flange portion disposed around the periphery of the cover portion. One side wall of the flange portion has one or more notches. The securing member includes at least one tab and a frame disposed at the flange portion. The tab extends from the top or bottom of the frame and covers the notch. Also disclosed herein is a container and lid assembly that includes a container and an above-described injection molded lid.
