An insulating container may include an opening, which can be sealed by a closure. The closure may have an upper portion with a handle that has a circular curvature equal to the cylindrical portion of the closure. The closure may also have a lower portion that is joined to the upper portion by an injection molded polymer element. The closure may also be in the form of flip type of closure such that the lid can be selectably opened or closed by the user by rotating a flip closure into either the opened or closed position. The closure may also be a two-part lid having a lower cap that may be configured to be removably-coupled to the container and an upper cap that may be configured to be removably-coupled to the lower cap.

This invention is a tamper evident container having a base and removable lid comprising a pull tab and a lid surface, wherein the base and lid fit together with an interference fit. The pull tab extends toward the center of the lid surface and away from a base portion of the pull tab, the base portion being located at an edge of the lid. The pull tab further comprises a pull tab portion having a first side that is attached to a first tab marker by a first frangible line, and a second side that is attached to a second tab marker by a second frangible line. The pull tab portion overlays at least one detent that marginally biases the pull tab portion away from the lid surface.

The sidewall-suspended boat cooler is a cooler comprising a container and a lid. The container has an asymmetric layout comprising a front compartment and a rear descending wall overhang where the front compartment and the rear descending wall overhang are separated by a U-shaped space that mates with a gunwale or sidewall of a vessel. The lid is hingedly coupled to the rear of the container and a seal provides an airtight barrier between the container and the lid. The container and the lid are insulated to maintain the temperature of items stored within the cooler. Handles on the side of the cooler allow it to be conveniently carried. The sidewall-suspended boat cooler may further comprise an organizer on the exterior front wall and a cargo net the hangs adjacent the front of the container.

A package having an internal divider seated within a base and an outer closure. The divider defines a first compartment within an internal volume of the base, and the outer closure defines a second compartment between the divider and the outer closure. The base and divider are configured so that the divider snap-locks into the base.

A food and beverage Appliance enables storage and consumption of a food and beverage meal, such as cereal and milk, in a portable form factor allowing consumption of the meal while in motion or during or after travel. The Appliance stores the food and beverage separately, and dispenses the food and beverage separately and non-simultaneously to preserve the crispiness and freshness, and to allow the user to control the size of each portion dispensed. The Appliance prevents leakage of the beverage out it its compartment, whether during filling, storage, traveling, or dispensing, to prevent getting the food soggy prior to dispensing and to prevent messes. The Appliance enables a revolution in healthy snacking and quick and easy mobile meals. Features make the Appliance either reusable or disposable. It also can create a new revenue category for takeout restaurants, and ideal for pre-packaged retail applications.

A lid for a drinking vessel is described. In one embodiment, the lid is an insulated lid configured to engage an opening of a container, where the lid is configured to at least partially retain the liquid within the container. The lid may further include a first opening for exposing the contents of the container to the atmosphere and for drinking from the container if desired. Additionally, the first opening may include an insert designed to reduce the heat transfer between the interior and exterior of the container, while in other embodiments aiding in the equalization of pressure between the interior and exterior of the container. A container apparatus having at least one containment member is disclosed that may include a bottom and at least one sidewall, an interior and an open end. The container may also include a flange that extends around a free end of the at least one side wall, and a plurality of wall members (or castellations) connected to/formed with/that extend from the flange. The plurality of wall members may be separated by ventilation apertures, with the plurality of wall members and the ventilation apertures extending around the perimeter of the free end. A sealing material, such as a removable film, may extend over the open end to enclose the containment member.

A lid for use with a beverage container. The lid has a body with a drink opening, a drink opening stopper operable to transition between a closed position and an opened position, and a lock actuator manually rotatable between a locking position preventing the drink opening stopper from transitioning from the closed position to the opened position when the lock actuator is in the locking position and an unlocking position permitting the drink opening stopper to transition from the closed position to the opened position when the lock actuator is in the unlocking position.

The present disclosure provides a lid that has a design that is configured to enable drinking from any point along the perimeter of the lid while at the same time preventing liquid to escape from the lid when a user is not drinking (i.e., spill proof). The lid has a plurality of slits around at least a portion of the lid.
