Packaging part for securing an item to be packed in an outer packaging
A packaging part (1) for securing an item to be packaged in an outer packaging, has at least one supporting body (2, 16) that acts as a decoupling element. The supporting body is formed as a hollow body and projects from a bearing base. The supporting body (2, 16) has a base with a relatively large cross-section in the area of the bearing base and tapers in a direction away from the bearing base. The supporting body (2, 16) further has in its shell surface at least one line of weakness (14) that divides the supporting body into an upper part and a lower part. The upper part of the supporting body (2, 16) can be pressed along the line of weakness (14), preferably completely, into the lower part under load.
Cushion package box and electronic product cushion package assembly
A cushion package box includes a box body, a first cushion member and at least one paper tube. The first cushion member is disposed in the box body and has a porous structure. An opening direction of the porous structure is different from an opening direction of the at least one paper tube. The at least one paper tube is disposed in the box body and in contact with the first cushion member.
CUSHIONING MATERIAL, PACKING MATERIAL, AND PACKAGE
A cushioning material includes cushioning sheets stacked on top of another and configured to reduce an external force acting on an electrical device. The cushioning sheets include a first cushioning sheet that is positioned to intersect a direction of the external force acting on the electrical device and a second cushioning sheet that has a higher strength in the direction of the external force acting on the electrical device than the first cushioning sheet and is positioned to intersect the direction of the external force acting on the electrical device.
CUSHION MEMBER
A cushion member includes a tubular cushion and an inner cushion. The tubular cushion is in a tubular form having a tubular axis extending in a first direction. The tubular cushion makes contact with an article to be packed from one side in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The tubular cushion deforms to damp a first impact applied from the second direction. The inner cushion is disposed in the internal space of the tubular cushion. The inner cushion deforms to damp a second impact when, after the first impact, with the tubular cushion deformed, the second impact is applied from the second direction. The lateral direction of a cardboard sheet constituting the inner cushion is the second direction.
BOTTLE INSERT ASSEMBLY
A bottle insert includes an insert body defining a bottle opening, the bottle opening configured to receive a portion of a bottle therethrough; and an insert partition disposed substantially within the insert body, the insert partition defining a partition wall, the partition wall aligned with and spaced from the bottle opening, the partition wall configured to confront an end of the bottle.
Product packaging system
A product packaging system in one embodiment includes a stack of products defining a pair of opposing major side surfaces, a top surface, a bottom surface, and pair of opposing end surfaces; protective corrugated sheets covering two or more of the stack side, top, and bottom surfaces; and a protective end pad covering each of the stack end surfaces. Each protective corrugated sheet includes a pair of longitudinally-extending and protruding corner reinforcement structures disposed along corner regions of the stack. The reinforcement structures are three-dimensional structures having different possible configurations which provide crush-resistance in the assembled product package. The product package collectively comprising the foregoing components is insertable into an outer shipping carton for transit. Some embodiments include banding which holds the stack of products together. In one embodiment, the products may be mirrors.
Multi-point load tub support
A tub support that fits inside the top opening of a washing machine to prevent the wash tub from moving relative to the cabinet during shipping and handling, and a blank for making a tub support. The tub support may comprise a rear folded portion having a plurality of rear tub contact points that contact the wash tub, and a sidewall configured to contact the top edge of the wash tub along a plurality of tub contact points and to contact the rim of the washing machine cabinet along a plurality of cabinet contact points.
SUPPLY OF CUSHIONING MATERIAL FOR WRAPPING AT LEAST ONE OBJECT
A supply of cushioning material for wrapping at least one object comprises a stack formed of a multitude of prefabricated sheets of three-dimensional cushioning material. The invention proposes that adjacent sheets are connected to each other by means of a releasable adhesive system, the adhesive system being designed such that the connection can be released without auxiliary means, i.e. without special heat exposure and without chemicals and without special tools simply by mechanical action, and non-destructively, i.e. without damaging the cushioning material.
THERMAL REGULATING LAY FLAT BEVERAGE CONTAINER PACKAGING
Beverage container packing trays, systems, and techniques of packing beverage containers include at least a beverage container tray including beverage container contoured compartments configured to receive one or more beverage containers in a lay flat configuration. The beverage container contoured compartments include at least a cradle element, a conical element, and a neck support element. The beverage container tray includes thermo pack compartments that house transport thermo packs adjacent to at least a portion of the beverage containers.
PACKING DEVICE
A packing device includes an object to be packed, a packing box, and a cushioning part arranged between the object to be packed and an inner wall of the packing box. The cushioning part is formed of first to fourth cushioning elements assembled together. The cushioning part in an assembled state can be disassembled by having the first to fourth cushioning elements move in a direction of disassembly. The second cushioning element and the third cushioning element forming the cushioning part have a multilayer structure formed of plate-like members stacked on each other. The first to fourth cushioning elements forming the cushioning part are in contact with the object to be packed or the inner wall of the packing box and thus have their movement in the direction of disassembly regulated.
