PRODUCT PACKAGING SYSTEM
20180305107 · 2018-10-25 ·

A product packaging system in one embodiment includes a stack of products defining a pair of opposing major side surfaces, a top surface, a bottom surface, and pair of opposing end surfaces; protective corrugated sheets covering two or more of the stack side, top, and bottom surfaces; and a protective end pad covering each of the stack end surfaces. Each protective corrugated sheet includes a pair of longitudinally-extending and protruding corner reinforcement structures disposed along corner regions of the stack. The reinforcement structures are three-dimensional structures having different possible configurations which provide crush-resistance in the assembled product package. The product package collectively comprising the foregoing components is insertable into an outer shipping carton for transit. Some embodiments include banding which holds the stack of products together. In one embodiment, the products may be mirrors.

ANTI-SLIP PAD AND TRAY INCLUDING SAME

A tray assembly includes a base tray, and an anti-slip pad disposed on the base tray, wherein the anti-slip pad has a friction coefficient in a range of about 0.5 to about 20 based on ASTM D1894, and a surface resistance in a range of about 10{circumflex over ()}6 ?/cm.sup.2 to about 10{circumflex over ()}9 ?/cm.sup.2 based on ASTM D257, and the anti-slip pad includes at least one of a thermoplastic olefinic elastomer (TPO), natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), and polypropylene (PP).

Method and Apparatus for Secured Packing of Objects
20240336386 · 2024-10-10 · ·

A packaging block that includes a body section having a aperture defined therein. A hinge defines a first portion of the body section and a second portion of the body section. The first portion is rotatably coupled to the second portion via the hinge. A plurality of selectively removable sections are removably coupled to the body section. The aperture receives at least a portion of an article to facilitate securement of the article during packaging and transport.

Packaging structures

The present disclosure provides a packaging structure. The packaging structure may include a sheet and a film. The sheet may include a base plate and a first side plate, a second side plate, a third side plate, and a fourth side plate. The film may at least include a first fixed part and a second fixed part. The first fixed part and the second fixed part may be fixedly connected with at least two side plates of the first side plate, the second side plate, the third side plate, and the fourth side plate, respectively. The packaging structure may achieve the purpose of stretching the film through the folding of the plurality of side plates, so that the film and the bottom plate may form a packaging space to effectively package and fix an object, thereby improving the reliability of transportation.

EXPANDABLE CORNER CUSHION FOR PROTECTING ARTICLES DURING TRANSPORTATION AND RELATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS

A corner protector for protecting a corner of an article includes a first side panel lying in a first plane, and a second side panel lying in a second plane. The corner protector also includes an accordion-like connection structure interconnecting the first side panel and the second side panel such that inner surfaces of the first and second side panels define an adjustable article receiving cavity therebetween.

PRODUCTION METHOD FOR HEAT INSULATION BAG
20180229911 · 2018-08-16 ·

A production method for a heat insulation bag with a more regular shape and less heat transfer, the method includes preparing a bag cover, an inner bag and an outer bag; placing a heat insulation layer between the inner bag and the outer bag; and then welding the heat insulation layer, the inner bag and the outer bag together. Improvements of the present invention include the steps of first preparing an inner bag periphery before preparing the inner bag, then welding an inner bag top sheet, welding an inner bag enclosure, cutting off the middle portion of the inner bag top sheet, and then welding a bottom surface of the inner bag, thereby forming an inner bag platform in the inner bag. Thus, heat transfer between the bag cover and the bag body after the production of the heat insulation bag is reduced and the heat insulation effect is improved.

CUSHION STRUCTURE AND PACKAGING ASSEMBLY

A cushion structure for use with a packaging case provides cushion and protection of an object. The cushion structure includes a first member and a second member. The first member is configured to snuggly receive the object; the second member is configured to be mounted onto a case body of the packaging case; and the first member and the second member are detachably coupled.
