Liner sheet, replacement liner, conveyor pan, conveyor, and liner replacement method
The present invention pertains a replacement liner (10) for insertion in a conveyor pan (100) of a chain type conveyor (200), comprising a floor part (12) having a left connection surface (14) and a right connection surface (16), a left side part (18) having a left side part connection surface (20) connectable to the left connection surface (14), and a right side part (22) having a right side part connection surface (24) connectable to the right connection surface (16). The connection surfaces (14, 20, 16, 24) are configured to form, in a connected state, a form-fitted connection with their complementary connection surface (14, 20; 16, 24). The present invention further pertains to a conveyor pan (100), a chain type conveyor (200) comprising such, a liner replacement method and a liner sheet.
Belt conveyor capable of conveying oilseed products
A belt and a belt conveyor are provided for transporting particulate material and especially oilseeds up the belt conveyor. The belt conveyor can include an intake end having a hopper, a discharge end, a body extending between the intake end and the discharge end and a belt. The belt travels along a travel path in the belt conveyor; the belt traveling through the hopper, up an upper run in the body to the discharge end, down a return run in the body, and back through the hopper. The belt can have a top surface having pairs of adjacent ridges provided on the top surface, each ridge having a pair of arms extending from a point, in a travel direction of the belt, wherein each pair of adjacent ridges define a v-channel on the top surface of the belt.

Conveyor belt system
A conveyor belt system includes a frame with a conveyor belt driven by at least two rollers so that an upper belt functions as transport surface and a lower belt functions as return, wherein the frame has an upper segment extending substantially above the upper belt and a lower segment extending substantially under the upper belt, wherein the upper segment has at least two upper standing walls with a mutual spacing which, at least at the position of the upper belt, is smaller than the width of the conveyor belt, and wherein the lower segment has at least two lower standing walls with a mutual spacing which is greater than the width of the conveyor belt, wherein the upper belt is supported on either side by a plate extending respectively from below the upper belt to an outer side of the lower standing wall.
Metal chip conveyor having internal chip removal structure
A metal chip conveyor having an internal chip removal structure includes an endless conveyor belt. An accommodating room of a machine body is divided into an inner space and an outer space. Two sides of the conveyor belt are provided with chains each having chain links. Each chain link has a first opening facing the inner space and a second opening facing the outer space. Two support bushes are disposed at opposite sides of the casing. The conveyor belt passes around the support bushes and is supported by the support bushes. The support bushes cover the first openings of the chain links corresponding in position to the support bushes when the conveyor belt is running, thereby preventing the metal chips in the chain links from falling back into the inner space through the first openings and ensuring that the metal chips in the inner space to be discharged stably.
Endless maceration conveyor assembly with juice deflector
A maceration conveyor assembly feeding into a first mill of a milling tandem, where output from the mill is delivered onto another conveyor and carried to the next mill in the tandem. Low pol maceration liquid is returned to the conveyor via return lines to respective distribution weirs. Weirs include overflows which extend across the conveyor. The conveyor assembly includes an inlet end and an outlet end all supported on a supporting framework so that the assembly is inclined from the inlet end to the outlet end. The frame supports respective side walls of a conveyor trough between which travels an endless plate conveyor. The endless plate conveyor comprises interconnected perforated plates adapted to pivot relative to each other in chain like fashion so that the endless plate conveyor effectively functions as a belt conveyor having rigid plates interconnected in pivotal fashion.

Plant for dry conveying of slag and / or heterogenous materials
A transport system for the transport of combustion waste, comprising:a belt conveyor for transporting the waste, arranged at the bottom of a combustion chamber and apt to transport the waste onto a transport surface (311) movable along a longitudinal direction of advancement; andside boards (81, 82) for containing the waste in a transport region (80), arranged above said transport surface, ratably connected to a casing of the conveyor and bearing wearable members (811, 812) apt to establish a sliding seal with lateral fins (312, 313) of the movable transport surface of the conveyor belt, so that the transported material be confined in the transport region defined by said movable transport surface and by said boards bearing the wearable members.
Hopper
The invention relates to a hopper, in particular for a rock-crushing plant, a screening plant or the like having a side wall that bounds the hopper space, a wall broadening portion being pivotably coupled to the side wall, an auxiliary means for positioning in an upright state being assigned to the wall broadening portion in order to move the wall broadening portion from a folded-down transport position to an upright working position, and wherein the auxiliary means for positioning in an upright state has an actuator that is coupled to a pivotably mounted lever. In the context of such a hopper, in order to be able to easily move the wall broadening portion in a controlled and reliably manner between the transport position and the working position, it is provided according to the invention that the lever is pivotably coupled to an equalizing lever, and that the equalizing lever is pivotably coupled to the wall broadening portion.
