Boxing apparatus
A boxing apparatus erects packages that can be erected along a limited section of a conveyor, without having to erect them all at once, even with individual packages that are long in the feed direction. The boxing apparatus has a fourth conveyor belt that blocks the front of a line of incoming packages and exerts an upward force on the front package. The front package is raised up by this upward force, so the following package rides up onto the package in front, and the packages are erected successively. Consequently, even individual packages that are long in the feed direction can be erected at a limited section of a third conveyor belt.
Method and system for packaging products belonging to the fruit and vegetable group
A method is provided for packaging objects which are included in a plurality of objects belonging to the fruit and vegetable group and the shape of which is such that the objects included in the plurality of objects can roll along a surface. The objects included in the plurality of objects are deposited onto a solid surface of a system for packaging the objects. The deposition surface is substantially horizontal, suitable for receiving the objects included in the plurality of objects and elastically deformable such that the deposition of each object on the deposition surface creates, under the weight of the object concerned, a recess in the deposition surface. This tends to wedge the object in the recess, then the objects included in the plurality of objects deposited onto the deposition surface and held in a position relative to the deposition surface which position is fixed during deposition and held subsequent to deposition due to the deposition surface, are removed from the deposition surface for the purpose of packing in a packaging container.
Capsule processing plant with pneumatic gate
A plant for processing packaging sealing elements having a peripheral edge includes a processing area and a device for transporting the packaging sealing elements. The device includes a slide having two opposite longitudinal rims slidingly receiving two opposite portions of the peripheral edge of each sealing element, and a means for moving the sealing elements along the slide. The device includes at least one transverse blowing nozzle mounted in a hole of one of the rims of the slide in order to eject a flow of air towards the opposite rim. The transverse nozzle is associated with a control element for selectively authorising or interrupting the air supply of the transverse blowing nozzle. The slide has a first section upstream of the processing area, a second section in the processing area, and a third section downstream of the processing area. The transverse blowing nozzle is mounted on the second section.
CONVEYOR, SYSTEM AND PROCESS FOR HANDLING ITEMS
A conveyor configured including a de-stratifying module having a first sector with an upper surface receiving items and a second sector with an upper surface receiving, wherein the second sector is consecutive to the first sector; a sorter moving items and sorter is consecutively to the de-stratifying module; a converging module moving items and is consecutive to the sorter; a descent connecting the sorter with the converging module.
DEVICE FOR ORDERLY TRANSFER OF PRODUCTS
A device (10) for the orderly transfer of products (T), comprising a continuous conveyor belt (12) closed on itself having an upper transport branch for a plurality of products (T) defining an advancement path wound around a central point starting from a radially internal portion (Ai) to a radially external portion (Ae), wherein said upper transport branch comprises a plurality of curvilinear sections comprising a first curvilinear section (26) and a second curvilinear section (28) radially more external with respect to the first curvilinear section (26), wherein the first curvilinear section (26) and the second curvilinear section (28) are side by side and adjacent to each other in the radial direction (R).
CONTAINER DISCHARGE APPARATUS FOR DISCHARGING CONTAINERS FROM A MASS-FLOW CONVEYOR AND FOR SEPARATING THE CONTAINERS, AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THE CONTAINER DISCHARGE APPARATUS
A container discharge apparatus for discharging containers from a mass flow conveyor and for separating the containers, the apparatus comprising the following: adjoining a mass flow conveyor, a first group of a plurality of first conveyors arranged in parallel which can be driven in a first direction transverse to the transport direction of the mass flow conveyor and are designed to separate containers and to convey them in the first direction; adjoining the first group so as to be parallel therewith, a second group of a plurality of parallel second conveyors arranged in parallel which can be driven in a second direction and are designed to convey the separated conveyors in the second direction opposite the first direction; one or more third conveyors, the third conveyor(s) being designed to transport away the separated containers. The invention also relates to a method for operating the container discharge apparatus.
Machine for supplying containers
A machine for supplying containers that comprises: a hopper (10) configured to contain a plurality of containers (100) arranged randomly; a transfer station (20); and a first elevator (30) that has first horizontal blades (31) longitudinally, each of said first blades (21) being configured to collect a first container (101) from the hopper (10) and lift the same in a horizontal position to the transfer station (20). Said machine (1) comprises a second elevator (40), parallel to the first elevator (30), that has second horizontal blades (41) longitudinally, each of said second blades (41) being configured to collect a second container (102) from the hopper (10) and lift the same in a horizontal position to the transfer station (20); and an alignment station (50) configured to receive the first (101) and second containers (102) coming from the transfer station (20) and supply the same horizontally in an aligned manner.
U-shaped board unscrambler
A board unscrambler for sorting a plurality of boards comprises a frame having an entrance and an exit. The frame comprises a U-shaped accumulator near the entrance and an upwardly substantially longitudinal slope connecting the U-shaped accumulator portion to the exit. The board unscrambler further comprises a powered conveyor which substantially adopts the shape of the frame, comprising driving chains and a plurality of spaced apart catches mounted on the driving chains for mating with and displacing the boards along the frame from the U-shaped accumulator portion toward the exit. Accordingly, the board unscrambler features accumulation capability, thereby increasing efficiency and regulating performance.
Accumulating device
A device for accumulating articles within a system may include a frame, a mass-flow infeed conveyor supported by the frame for receiving articles from the system, and a mass-flow outfeed conveyor supported by the frame for receiving articles from the infeed conveyor and returning the articles to the system. A single-filing device is supported by the frame and includes a plurality of parallel endless loop conveyors. The endless loop conveyors each have an upstream end located laterally from and between upstream and downstream ends of the infeed conveyor.
Transport device and method for distributing a plurality of similarly shaped and dimensioned articles
The invention relates to a transport device (1) and a method for distributing a plurality of similarly shaped and dimensioned articles (10). The transport device (1) comprises an infeed (2) for conveying articles (10) in a mass flow, and a distribution section (3) downstream of the infeed (2), where the distribution section (3) leads into a row transport (4), where the articles (10) are conveyed in at least two separate parallel rows (5). The transport device (1) also comprises at least one sensor device (6, 8, 11) signal-coupled to a motor-driven actuator (14) assigned to the distribution section (3) In the event of detected gaps, interruptions, or in the event of a detected termination of the mass flow within the infeed (2) or within the distribution section (3) or within the rows (5), the actuator (14) moves a movable steering device (16) adjoining the mass flow.
