DOSING UNIT FOR AUTOMATIC WEIGHING SYSTEMS
A dosing unit, for the controlled delivery of a solid material, including a silo, for containing the material to be delivered, having on the bottom a discharge mouth, said discharge mouth being circular, at least one extraction auger arranged inside said silo and operable in rotation around a vertical axis, at least one scraper member, located inside said silo and associated with said discharge mouth operable in rotation around said vertical axis, first actuation means of the extraction auger and second actuation means of the scraper member, at least one shutter component positioned below the discharge mouth, and moving means operatively connected to the shutter component to move it with respect to the discharge mouth.
SWEEP AUGER DRIVE SHIELD WITH GRAVITY RECLAIM
A sweep auger system having a driveshaft with auger flighting and a backboard extending a length from an inward end to an outward end. An input of a gearbox is connected to an outward end of the drive shaft and a sweep wheel having a plurality of notches, arms and feet is connected to an output of the gearbox. A drive shield is placed around a rearward side of the sweep wheel that forms a channel that is configured to capture grain agitated by the drive wheel. A guide plate is connected to the gearbox and covers a portion of the gearbox. The guide plate angles from an upper outward edge downward and forward to a lower inward edge that is configured to urge the grain captured within the channel of the drive shield to move in front of the sweep auger system reducing grain left in the grain bin.
Independent floor storage system
An unloading system for use in a storage structure having a sidewall that contains granular stored material. A reclaiming portion is spaced from the sidewall and has a floor portion that extends from a discharge opening toward the sidewall. The floor portion of the reclaiming portion is supported above the floor of the storage structure. The reclaiming portion may move with respect to the sidewall and is isolated from movement with respect to the sidewall of the storage structure. Seals between the reclaiming portion and the sidewall prevent the stored material from bypassing the reclaiming portion so that any discharge of the stored material occurs through the discharge opening.
INDEPENDENT FLOOR STORAGE SYSTEM
An unloading system for use in a storage structure having a sidewall that contains granular stored material. A reclaiming portion is spaced from the sidewall and has a floor portion that extends from a discharge opening toward the sidewall. The floor portion of the reclaiming portion is supported above the floor of the storage structure. The reclaiming portion may move with respect to the sidewall and is isolated from movement with respect to the sidewall of the storage structure. Seals between the reclaiming portion and the sidewall prevent the stored material from bypassing the reclaiming portion so that any discharge of the stored material occurs through the discharge opening.
BULK LOADER SYSTEM FOR THERMOPLASTIC PELLETS
A bulk loader system is disclosed that may include a conveyor unit in connection with a fuel-powered engine powering a hydraulic motor. The hydraulic motor may be used to operate the conveyor unit. The system may be configured to function while being mounted on a bed of a truck or be operated as a stand-alone unit. The unit may be sized such that an operator can stand on the deck of the truck along with the unit. The fuel-hydraulic powered motor can enable the conveyor unit to operate at variable speeds. The conveyor unit can be adjustable to facilitate controlling the direction of the material being transported via the conveyor. Some embodiments can include operating the hydraulics of the motor from the Power Take-Off (PTO) of the truck. Some embodiments can facilitate operation of the system in a hot or other harsh environment.
Sweep auger drive shield with gravity reclaim

DEVICE FOR DISPENSING FOOD SUBSTANCES
Dispensing device (1) for the controlled dispensing of food substances contained in a container (2) which can be associated with the dispensing device (1) in correspondence with a mouth (20) of the container through which the substance to be dispensed passes; the device (1) comprises: a screw element (10) comprising a hollow cylindrical body (12) with an inlet (11) connectable to the container (2) and a dispensing outlet (14); a helicoid (13) disposed internally and coaxial with respect to the cylindrical body (12); a support base (3) comprising motor means (4, 5) connected and acting on the screw (10) to activate on command the controlled rotation of the helicoid (13) and obtain the consequent controlled transfer of the substance to be dispensed from the container (2) towards said dispensing outlet (14); the screw element (10) can be connected to the base (3) by means of a quick release connection.
MOBILE STORAGE CONTAINER FOR BULK GOODS
The invention relates to a mobile storage container for bulk material in the form of a container unit which is dimensioned such that it can be transported on public roads and in public areas without requiring special permits for said transport. The container unit has a container with sidewalls, an underfloor, and an intermediate bottom arranged above the underfloor. The container has a stiffness that allows for the container to be set up even in the filled state on any essentially level ground without pillar mounting and without a foundation. A discharge device for the bulk material and a cross conveyor are integrated into the container, and a vertical conveyor connected to the discharge device is integrated into the container unit. By means of the discharge device, the bulk material is dispensed at a discharge height from the container unit and transferred to the vertical conveyor. From the vertical conveyor, the bulk material is dispensed at a drop height, which is higher than the discharge height.
POWDER SUPPLY DEVICE
A powder supply device includes: a hopper that stores powder; a tubular chute that extends in an axial direction, includes one end connected to a lower end of the hopper, and discharges the powder supplied from the hopper from a discharge port provided at an opposite end thereof; an auger screw that is rotatably provided in the chute and includes a helical blade for transporting the powder toward the discharge port; and at least one strip-shaped portion which is provided on an inner wall surface of the chute and has an elongated recessed or protruding shape and of which a longitudinal direction extends in a direction intersecting with at least a part of the blade.
