Sewer cleaning device and/or street cleaning device
A sewer cleaning device and/or street cleaning device includes a dirt removal container for receiving and transporting mineral dirt residues accumulating during sewer and/or street cleaning. A removal device for clearing out the dirt removal container includes a conveying worm arrangement received on a swivel frame which is swivel-mounted on an axis extending in a longitudinal direction of the container and swivellable by a swivel drive. The conveying worm arrangement is sideways deflectable by the swivel frame relative to a center position associated with the container bottom on both sides along the container wall and a fast discharge of the dirt removal container can be achieved by two conveying worms arranged in symmetrical position relative to a central longitudinal axis of the swivel frame, the conveying worms limiting a gap therebetween and acting together for the transport of the bulk material along the inner side of the container wall.
Sweep auger apparatus
A sweep auger apparatus includes an attachment plate having a first and second sides. The first side has attachment features to attach the attachment plate to mobile equipment. A first rotatable shaft is secured to the second side of the attachment plate. A central axis of the first rotatable shaft extends in a first direction. A first motor is connected to the first rotatable shaft to cause the first rotatable shaft to rotate. An auger support member is connected to the first rotatable shaft so as to rotate with a rotation of the first rotatable shaft. A second rotatable shaft is secured to the auger support member, and a central axis of the second rotatable shaft extends in a second direction that is transverse to the first direction. A second motor is connected to the second rotatable shaft to cause the second rotatable shaft to rotate, thereby rotating an auger.
SCREW CONVEYOR ASSEMBLY FOR A COMBINE HARVESTER
A screw conveyor assembly includes a first screw conveyor with a first housing and a first conveyor screw arranged therein, a second screw conveyor with a second housing and a second conveyor screw arranged therein, a transition housing to which the first housing and the second housing are connected forming a transition angle, and a runner disposed in the transition housing and arranged to conduct material being conveyed from the first conveyor screw to the second conveyor screw. The first conveyor screw is arranged upstream of the second conveyor screw. An additional conveyor element is disposed on a helix of the first conveyor screw, such that the helix is directly adjacent to the transition housing.
Portable Grain Silo
A flexible portable silo for storing grains and bulk materials, comprising a flexible cylindrical wall and a flexible conical roof made of a flexible, foldable, tension bearing sheet membrane, and a single pressure bearing post, with outriggers installed at the top of the post. The flexible cylindrical wall and conical roof are then draped over the outriggers and post and filled with grain or other bulk material.
BIN SWEEP COLLECTOR RING ASSEMBLY
In one aspect, the disclosure describes an apparatus comprising an auger section having an auger and a drive unit containing a motor for driving the auger. A collector ring housing containing a collector ring is positioned between the auger section and the drive unit. In another aspect, the disclosure describes an apparatus for attachment to a floor grate. The apparatus includes a pivot stand attached to a top surface of the floor grate, the pivot stand defining a vertical pivot axis. A collector ring has a first stationary portion and a second rotatable portion, with the stationary portion attached to the pivot stand. A housing surrounds the collector ring, and the housing and second rotatable portion of the collector ring rotate together about the pivot axis.
Track driven sweep system for grain bins
A sweep system is presented for a grain bin. The sweep system includes an elongated body extending a length between an inward end and an outward end and having a leading side and a trailing side. The elongated body is connected to a pivot point at the center of the grain bin and is configured to rotate around the pivot point. In one or more embodiments, a tail section of the sweep system is located as the outward end of the elongated body. In one or more arrangements, a track-driven drive system is positioned in the tail section. The track-driven drive system has a continuous track formed by a continuous chain and a plurality of paddles connected thereto. The track-driven drive system is configured to move the outward end of the elongated housing around the grain bin thereby facilitating emptying of grain from the grain bin by the sweep system.
Bin wall cleaner guide attachment for sweep conveyor
A bin wall cleaner for a sweep conveyors and augers for removing residual grain located near the bin wall out of reach of the sweep conveyor and providing sweep coverage for non-uniform bin walls. The bin wall cleaner has a grain engagement member that extends outwardly from the distal end of the sweep. A biasing member maintains the grain engagement member extended toward the bin wall. A wall engagement member is attached to the grain engagement member to ensure the bin wall cleaner tracks with the bin wall. The grain engagement member extends by pivoting or telescoping at least one blade.
Bin Sweep Auger Unplugging System
A bin sweep auger unplugging system for unplugging a central unloading sump in a storage bin. The bin sweep auger unplugging system generally includes an auger having a driven shaft with auger fighting, a drive unit having a drive shaft, and a clutch connected between the drive shaft and the driven shaft. The clutch selectively transfers the rotation of the drive shaft to the driven shaft of the auger. The drive shaft includes a clump breakup component that breaks up the clump of granular material above the unloading sump when the drive shaft is rotated. The clutch is disengaged when breaking up a clump of granular material to prevent the rotation of the auger.
BIN SWEEP ASSEMBLY AND METHOD
A bin sweep system having a sweep auger and a brush, wherein the brush extends radially beyond the end of the sweep auger to contact the bin wall during operation of the bin sweep to sweep material away from the wall. The sweep auger rotates about a first axis and the brush rotates about a second axis.
SWEEP AUGER DRIVE SHIELD WITH GRAVITY RECLAIM
A sweep auger system having a driveshaft with auger flighting and a backboard extending a length from an inward end to an outward end. An input of a gearbox is connected to an outward end of the drive shaft and a sweep wheel having a plurality of notches, arms and feet is connected to an output of the gearbox. A drive shield is placed around a rearward side of the sweep wheel that forms a channel that is configured to capture grain agitated by the drive wheel. A guide plate is connected to the gearbox and covers a portion of the gearbox. The guide plate angles from an upper outward edge downward and forward to a lower inward edge that is configured to urge the grain captured within the channel of the drive shield to move in front of the sweep auger system reducing grain left in the grain bin.
