BONDING MACHINE FOR NEW AND OLD SMT SPLICING BELTS
The present invention relates to the field of SMT splicing belt processing equipment, in particular to a bonding machine for new and old SMT splicing belts, comprising a supporting plate, in which a new splicing belt conveying device and an old splicing belt conveying device which are opposite are arranged on the supporting plate; both sides of the two groups of conveying devices are equipped with limiting blocks which are matched with splicing belts; a jacking device matched with the splicing belts is arranged on the top of the supporting plate; a bonding mechanism matched with the splicing belts is arranged above the jacking device; and the new splicing belt conveying device, the old splicing belt conveying device, the jacking device and the bonding mechanism are connected to a controller. The present invention aims to provide the bonding machine for new and old SMT splicing belts; new and old splicing belts are conveyed to the center through the new splicing belt conveying device and the old splicing belt conveying device, and the new splicing belts and the old splicing belts are bonded and sewed through the bonding mechanism, so that the old splicing belts can be recycled without damaging the splicing effects of the splicing belts, and therefore, the splicing cost is reduced to certain extent.
UNWINDER AND OPERATING METHOD FOR UNWINDING WEB MATERIALS FROM PARENT REELS
Method for unwinding web materials from two parent reels (1, 2), wherein a first parent reel (1) in a depletion phase is replaced by a second parent reel (2), wherein during said replacement a first and a second web material (N1, N2) are unwound from both parent reels, wherein before the completion of said replacement the first web material (N1) is joined to the second web material (N2) and then it is cut, wherein the joining of said web materials (N1, N2) is preceded by the insertion of the second web material in an area where the two web materials are joined, and during the step of inserting the second web material in said joining area the second web material is guided on a guide surface (41, 44) which guides it towards the joining area. In said insertion step, the second web material adheres pneumatically to guide surface.
Splicing method and unit for splicing two packaging films for a horizontal packaging machine
Splicing method and unit for a packaging machine, whereby a first film is spliced to a second film which is a spare film. The splicing is performed by means of an adhesive element with two opposing adhesive surfaces, one for each film, and a longitudinal adhering element. First an adhesive surface is adhered to the adhering element and said adhering element moves so that the other adhesive surface comes into contact with the second film and adheres to it. Then the adhering element is separated from said second film, the adhesive element being adhered to said second film, and the first film is caused to come into contact with said adhesive element already adhered to the second film.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR JOINING THE PLY OF A REEL OF PAPER IN DEPLETION WITH THE INITIAL FLAP OF A NEW REEL
The present invention concerns a method for joining the ply of a reel of paper in depletion with the initial flap of a new reel, as well as an apparatus adapted for carrying out such a method.
Thanks to the method according to the present invention, and to the apparatus suitable for carrying it out, the joining of the reels takes place without using gluing means, like for example the double-sided tape used in known methods, avoiding the relative drawbacks, the adhesion between the plies of the reels to be joined taking place by electrostatic attraction.
AUTOMATIC LAPLESS BUTT MATERIAL SPLICE
Devices, methods, and systems for splicing a trailing edge of an outgoing roll with a leading edge of a replacement roll with a lapless butt splice on-the-fly during converting and printing production. A first strip of adhesive tape may be placed partially under the leading edge, such that a portion of the adhesive tape remains exposed beyond the leading edge. The replacement roll may be accelerated to match the speed of the outgoing web's movement, a trailing edge of the outgoing web may be cut free from the outgoing roll, and the trailing edge of the outgoing roll may be positioned over the exposed portion of the adhesive tape. A second strip of adhesive tape may be applied over the leading edge and trailing edge using a splicer roller timed to apply the tape when the edges pass proximate to the splicer roller.
Methods and apparatus for forming disposable products at high speeds with small machine footprint
The present invention provides machinery used to create products (for instance disposable products). The machinery is operated at high speed, with the machine occupying a small footprint. Materials can be fed into the manufacturing process vertically (from above or below), using assembly stations to feed completed components into the system at appropriate stations. Additionally, restocking of raw components can be accomplished by robotic means of transferring the raw material from staging areas into infeeding or splicing stations, without the need for human operators.
