CIPP Liner Reel System
20180266615 · 2018-09-20 · ·

A CIPP liner reel system for managing the utilization and deployment of CIPP liners. The CIPP liner reel system generally includes a frame connected to a reel and drive unit. The drive unit is connected to the reel to control the rotation of its core. This core contains an opening that provides access to a connector unit within the core. This connector unit can be used to connect the reel to the end of a CIPP liner using a strap. Rotation of the core causes CIPP liner to wind on to or unwind from the reel. The reel may also contain a left guide member and a right guide member to assist in controlling the process of winding and unwinding the CIPP liner. The frame may also include a tractor connector that enables the CIPP liner reel system to be coupled to and transported by a tractor without affecting its operation.

CABLE SUPPORT SYSTEM HAVING MULTI-POSITION PARTITION

A system for improved cable management is disclosed in several example embodiments. The disclosed embodiments describe example structures for supporting cables, for example telecommunications and fiber optic cables, within a cable storage cabinet. The disclosed embodiments also describe a door for a cable storage cabinet. The example door includes a hinge control and handle system which allows the door to be opened along either side to therefore allow the door to be opened either way from a single handle. The disclosed embodiments also describes an indicator system which informs a user when the door for the cable storage cabinet is in either a closed position or an open position. Each of these embodiments improves the utility and safety of cable management, particularly within cable storage cabinets.

Materials Delivery System and Method
20240369084 · 2024-11-07 ·

A system of where internal friction otherwise known to be back pressure or resistance is eliminated and iterations of power transfers allows for a greater use of the effort put into the use of the device embodied within the 2 powered system, as presented here as to teach others how we, as in the use of shared and sustained power, may be able to reduce the consumption of power and where certain artifacts are taken to power stages within a hose. To aid in lessening the power needed when a material is compressed into a hose forcing a pump implemented in the duty range to produce such pressure is unduly burdened. To achieve equilibrium within the material delivery system by inducing movement and in doing so making the jerking action of energy transfer across unequal pressures to be relieved. The coordination of these simple components to the delivery that may be generated from this specification are to be considered the use of any of the parts as they are each unique to a developed system to deliver pressured materials through a hose. Operators of said equipment generated through this method may indulge in ease of operation within a lowered power range. This is a SAFETY METHOD.

Composite reeling device

A composite reeling device for winding up and letting out cables, steel ropes and cords includes a shaft, a sleeve, two outer wheel frames and a plurality of inner wheel frames. Two fixing end plates are disposed at two opposing ends of the shaft, respectively. The sleeve is fitted around the shaft. Fixing flanges are disposed at two opposing ends of the sleeve, respectively. The fixing flanges correspond in position to the fixing end plates, respectively. The outer wheel frames are disposed at the two ends of the sleeve, respectively, and removably coupled to the fixing flanges and the fixing end plates, respectively. The inner wheel frames each have a belt, a supporting ring and spokes. The spokes each have two ends connected to corresponding ones of the belts and the supporting rings. The belts are fitted around the sleeve.

FLANGE STAND AND ADAPTER FOR FLANGES

A flange for use on a reel, a flange adapter, and a flange stand are provided. The flange may include an outer circumference, a hub assembly, and an arbor hole adapter that is adapted to engage an arbor hole to secure the flange to the reel. The arbor hole adapter may include an expandable portion that is movable between an extended position and a retracted position. First and second expansion plates may be coupled to the arbor hole adapter and connected by shoulder bolts that guide movement of the plates between an abutting configuration and a spaced-apart configuration, allowing movement of the expandable portion relative to the reel for modified engagement. The flange stand may include a base, a support portion, and a coupler for engaging a central extension of the flange to allow the flange to be supported in an upright position.

Apparatus and method for spooling wire

A reel apparatus comprising a pipe; an outer flange assembly comprising two outer support walls connected to the pipe and wherein each outer support wall comprises an inner wall and an outer wall; an inner flange assembly comprising two inner support walls, wherein the inner flange assembly is rotated relative to the outer flange assembly and the pipe and wherein each inner support wall comprises an inner wall and an outer wall; and a motor assembly connected to the inner flange assembly and outer flange assembly, wherein the motor assembly is physically connect to the outer flange assembly and wherein the motor assembly is rotationally connected to the inner flange assembly.

Independently rotatable flanges and attachable arbor hole adapters

A pair of flanges attachable to the arbor hole of a reel is disclosed. The flanges provide a mechanism to allow the reel to be easily loaded, and lifted into place. Once loaded into place, the flanges may include a locking mechanism that locks the reel in place, centered on the flanges.
