Drain cleaner
A drain cleaner includes a shroud with a closed end and an open end opposite the closed end, a drum assembly positioned within the shroud and rotatable relative to the shroud, a flexible cable stored within the drum assembly, and a handle assembly coupled to and extending rearwardly from the shroud. The handle assembly includes a motor, a grip, and an actuator to selectively energize the motor. The actuator is enclosed between the grip and the shroud.
PORTABLE PIPE INSPECTION SYSTEMS & METHODS
An intelligent cable storage drum system for use in a pipe inspection system is disclosed. The system may include a cable storage drum, a video push-cable removably disposed on the cable storage drum, the video push-cable having a proximal end and a distal end, a video camera head having a camera output for providing analog or digital images or video output signals, and a transceiver module operatively coupled to the camera output for receiving the analog or digital images or video output signals and sending the received signals to a remote receiver.
TETHER CABLE SPOOLING APPARATUS
A remotely controlled, tethered vehicle system is comprised of a communication network interface, a system command and control module, a power source, a tether cable spooling apparatus and a remotely controlled vehicle that is tethered to the communication, control and power source by a cable that is controlled to be dispensed from or retracted into the spooling apparatus. The spooling apparatus has a spooling mechanism that is controlled to move the cable into and out of the spooling apparatus without using a slip ring device.
Cable retainers for packaging
Cable retainers may include a panel having a pair of loop locks. The loop locks may engage each other to form a loop. The cable retainer may include a first and a second retention loop. Each retention loop may have a finger with a slot formed at a fold line of the finger. Each retention loop may also have a flap with a tab formed at a fold line of the flap. The finger and the flap of the first retention loop may be located directly across the panel from one another. The finger of the second retention loop may be located at a first end of the panel while the flap of the second retention loop may be located at a second end of the panel. The tabs and slots of each retention loop may interlock to form a rectangular cable passage. The cable retainer may be formed entirely of paper and may be formed without adhesive.
FASTENING DEVICE
A fastening device includes a main part and a fastening member. The main part is composed of a base, a spool, a knob and an engaging unit. The fastening member disposed at the main part. The spool is disposed at the base. The knob disposed at the base includes a spiral track. The engaging unit coupled to the spool includes a guiding portion coupled to the spiral track. The guiding portion is limitedly moved along the spiral track by rotating the knob such that the engaging unit has a first position and a second position relative to the knob. The engaging unit prohibits the spool from rotating toward a releasing direction when the engaging unit is at the first position, and the engaging unit allows the spool to be rotated toward the releasing direction when the engaging unit is at the second position.
Automated Coiling System for Post-Tension Tendon
An automated coiling system for post-tension tendons, comprising a frame, a tendon feed device adapted to introduce a tendon of widely varying length into a coiler subassembly, a coiler subassembly adapted to grip and coil the tendon within a fixed volume having a predefined diameter; a plurality of wire tying devices adapted to securely tie a wire around the tendon bundle of widely varying diameter in a plurality of predetermined positions and cut the wire after tying; and a tendon ejector device adapted to urge a tied tendon bundle from the coiler assembly.
Closet auger
A closet auger includes an elongated casing member extending along an axis, a cable drum rotatably coupled to the elongated casing member, a drive coupling connected to the cable drum to rotate the cable drum about the axis, and a flexible cable having a first length stored within the cable drum and a second length extending through the casing member and out from the casing member. The closet auger also includes a feed assembly having a handle movable along the casing member and a plurality of gripping members carried by the handle. Each gripping member has a first end pivotally coupled to the handle and a second end biased radially outward from the handle. The plurality of gripping members is circumferentially spaced about the axis and operable to selectively engage the flexible cable to push the flexible cable into or pull the flexible cable out of the cable drum.
Pipeline inspection device
A hub for use with a pipeline inspection device including a reel and a cable disposed at least partially within the reel, the cable including a camera. The hub includes a body configured to be selectively coupled to the reel, a mating member positioned on the body, where the mating member is configured to removably secure the body to the reel, a wireless communication module positioned within the body, where the wireless communication module is configured to create a wireless connection between the hub and a remote device including a display, a battery receptacle on the body, and a battery removably coupled to the battery receptacle, the battery configured to provide power to the camera.
HOSE REEL
A hose reel includes a frame, a reel rotatably arranged within the frame and a rewind mechanism with a spring. A removable lid is attached to the frame and encloses an inside of the hose reel from all directions to prevent a user of the hose reel from accessing the inside of the hose reel. An axle is rotatable in relation to the reel. A first end of the spring is attached to the reel and a second end of the spring is attached to the axle. The axle has an outer end connected to the lid to prevent mutual rotation between the lid and the outer end in a direction which decreases the spring force of the spring.
