Rotatable cable reel
A cable reel of the present disclosure can include two flanges and a central drum being independently rotatable from one another. The drum, which can be configured to receive a cable, can be mounted on an axle. The two flanges can be rotationally mounted on the axle at opposing distal ends of the axle. Bearings in the flanges can allow for a full rotation of the flanges about the axle.
REEL TRANSPORT, STAND AND PAYOFF DEVICE
A reel transport, stand and payoff device is provided, which operates to maneuver and jack up a reel for payoff. The reel device may include two reel mechanisms coupled together with a hydraulic system housing. Each reel mechanism includes a wheel housing and a wheel coupled to a central portion of the wheel housing. Each reel mechanism includes an arm coupled on an end to a central portion of the wheel housing. An actuator is coupled between the wheel housing and the arm to raise or lower the arm. The reel device may include at least one caster to help support and stabilize the reel device. An axle is inserted through a reel and coupled on each end to an arm by a bracket. A method of use of a reel transport, stand and payoff device is also disclosed.
Improvements to a Cable Drum
An extension cable reel comprising a central body with an axle extending both directions from the central body. Freely rotatably mounted on the axle are at least two drums, at least one on each side of the central body. Each drum comprises a length of cable (for electrical or data connection) or hose (for fluid connection), the cable or hose reversibly windable around the drum. Each cable or hose on a first side of the central body is in electrical or fluid communication with at least one cable or hose on the second side of the central body. Each cable on the first side has a plug at its free end and each cable on the second side has at least one socket at its free end. Each hose has at least one fluid connection at its free end.
MOVABLE CABLE SPOOLING APPARATUS
A movable cable spooling apparatus including a drum and a cable. The drum is arranged for winding and unwinding the cable. It may include a frame with wheels for moving the apparatus in which the frame supports the drum. It may include a cable guide forming an exit and entry for the cable to be wound on or unwound from the drum. The frame may include a rigid base plate that supports the drum and the cable guide. The cable may run adjacent to the rigid base plate between the drum and the cable guide.
Electrical cable spool apparatus
An apparatus for assisting with cable installation is disclosed having a first and second pair of legs and an axle. The lower end of the first pair of legs is flat and the lower end of the second pair of legs is configured for releasably coupling to one or more wheels. When assembled, the first pair of legs form a first triangular arch, the second pair of legs form a second triangular arch, and the axle is threaded through the upper end of the pairs of legs such that the axle is parallel to a support surface. When a cable spool is coupled to the axle, the first pair of legs provides a stable, stationary support, the axle provides a level support for easily pulling cable from the spool, and the wheels on the second pair of legs allow the apparatus to be easily moved around a work site.
HOSE REEL ASSEMBLY WITH LOCKING WINDING SPOOL
A hose reel assembly for use in the storage and deployment of pressure washer or air compressor hoses includes a winding spool having a winding shaft about which a length of hose may be coiled or uncoiled. The winding spool is rotatably supported on support frame which internally positions the winding shaft substantially within the pressure or air compressor housing.
Pipeline detection device
A pipeline detection device relates to the technical field of pipeline detection, has a flat state and an upright state, and includes a mounting frame, a host box arranged at a top of the mounting frame and a wire spool arranged inside the mounting frame, wherein a telescopic pull rod is fixedly arranged below the mounting frame along a radial direction of the wire spool, at least one roller is arranged on one side of a bottom of the mounting frame far away from a telescopic end of the pull rod, a fixing portion configured to fix the pull rod is arranged on the mounting frame, and is configured to support the pipeline detection device in the flat state; and the mounting frame is further provided with a supporting portion, and the supporting portion and the roller cooperate to support the pipeline detection device in the upright state.
