Body mount and retractor for support of hands free portable power, video enhancement, and data transfer between wireless devices
This invention is embodied in a body mount and retractable lanyard that enables its user to pull and retract a device perpendicularly from the face of a spool connected to a user. In this way, the body mount enable its user to access hands-free portable power, video and data transfer for public safety personnel and others operating in extreme and challenging environmental conditions.
Chalk Reel
A chalk reel is provided that includes a handgrip on housing supporting a chalk line extending from a nozzle of the housing that extends from the chalk reel to mark a straight line. The chalk reel may further include a rotatable handle that rotates to extend or retract (pay out) the chalk line. A hook is secured to the end of the chalk line to facilitate extension of the chalk line and prevent retraction of the chalk line end into the housing nozzle. The chalk reel may further include a transmission system with gearing and a selector to lock the gearing at locations around the handle rotation. The chalk reel may also include a large removable cap to facilitate refilling the chalk or other marking material.
Retractable leash with integrated locking system
A retractable leash with integrated locking system includes a main body having a plurality of sides that define an interior space. An elongated leash cord extends through an aperture in the main body and is connected to a retractable mechanism that is positioned within the main body. A locking handle assembly is connected to the main body and transitions between an open position and a closed position. The handle assembly includes a fixed section and a movable section that is hingedly secured to the main body. An electronic lock is positioned within the handle assembly and is selectively activated by a biometric sensor. A location module is positioned within the main body, and a light and charging port are positioned along the main body.
Automated string winding handheld tool
The present invention relates to a handheld (i.e. single-handedly held) tool for automatically winding string, line, cordage, yarn, thread, and twine onto a spool. The tool includes a handheld and portable threaded mechanism upon which a spool is mounted. Spools of various lengths can be mounted onto the threaded mechanism using a height-adjustable cap. An internal motor is configured to rotate the threaded mechanism and mounted spool for automatically winding string, et. al. A handle of the tool houses rechargeable batteries that are coupled with the internal motor and a push button disposed on the handle activates the motor for rotating the threaded mechanism. The tool includes a USB charging port for receiving a USB cable for recharging the rechargeable batteries.

Kite line reeling device
This invention concerns a line reeling device for reeling front and back lines of a kite. The device includes a reeling mechanism comprising a first reel and a second reel which are located in an enclosure and on which the front and back lines are, in use, wound respectively. The reels are arranged so that their rotation in one direction retracts the lines and their rotation in the other direction deploys the lines. The reeling mechanism further includes reel connecting means which is operable to cause the reels to rotate in harmony in one configuration and rotate independently in another configuration. The reeling mechanism also has a braking mechanism for controlling rotation of the reels and a control mechanism which is in connection with the braking mechanism. The control mechanism is operable between a first, locked position wherein rotation of the reels is obstructed and a second, released position wherein rotation of the reels is allowed.
Handheld Portable Power Hose Roller
A portable hose winding machine includes a power head including a motor in a motor housing, with the motor having an output shaft and a bar coupled to the motor housing. The bar further includes an aperture or other fixtures such as a fairlead through which a hose is guided while being spooled up on a driven shaft.
Spooling is driven by a rod axially parallel to and radially spaced apart from a driven spool shaft, and a protective plate shields the user's hands from errant spinning hose end fixtures.
WINDING DEVICE FOR AN ANIMAL LEASH
The invention relates to a winding device for an animal leash (1), in particular for a dog leash, comprising a housing (1) which houses the leash (3) and has a pull-out limiting device and a retaining ring (4) having an engagement opening (5), said retaining ring (4) having a pivot arm (4a) which is connected to the retaining ring (4) by means a pivot joint (6), closes the engagement opening (5) of the retaining ring (4) in its non-pivoted position and releases the engagement opening (5) of the retaining ring (4) in its pivoted position. In order to be able to use such a winding device in a simple manner to secure a dog in a motor vehicle in compliance with safety regulations, according to the invention, a lock tongue (11) is arranged at the pivot arm (4a) at its end facing away from the pivot joint (6) or at the retaining ring (4) at its end facing the pivot arm (4a), which tongue (11) can be inserted into a motor vehicle belt buckle when the retaining ring (4) is open.
