Universal winder
A winder may include a body, a spindle, and a manually actuated winding mechanism. The spindle may be coupled to the body and constructed and arranged to be rotatable with respect to the body and to be removably coupled to at least one spool. The manually actuated winding mechanism may be coupled to the spindle and constructed and arranged to rotate the spindle and the at least one spool.
DEVICE FOR WINDING ELONGATE FLEXIBLE OBJECTS
A device for winding elongate flexible objects is disclosed herein. The device includes a rigid member extending along a central axis between first and second ends. The device also includes first and second forks each having a base mountable to the rigid member and a plurality of tines supported on the base. The first fork and the second fork are further defined as both being removably engaged with the rigid member. The plurality of tines of the first fork include at least one tine mounted for pivoting movement about a pivot axis extending transverse to the central axis and this tine is larger than the other tines of the first fork.
Kite Line Reeling Device
This invention concerns a line reeling device for reeling front and back lines of a kite. The device includes a reeling mechanism comprising a first reel and a second reel which are located in an enclosure and on which the front and back lines are, in use, wound respectively. The reels are arranged so that their rotation in one direction retracts the lines and their rotation in the other direction deploys the lines. The reeling mechanism further includes reel connecting means which is operable to cause the reels to rotate in harmony in one configuration and rotate independently in another configuration. The reeling mechanism also has a braking mechanism for controlling rotation of the reels and a control mechanism which is in connection with the braking mechanism. The control mechanism is operable between a first, locked position wherein rotation of the reels is obstructed and a second, released position wherein rotation of the reels is allowed.
SEMI-SCORED DOUBLE-SIDED TAPE PRODUCT AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME
To provide a method of producing a semi-scored double-sided tape product at lower costs and with a lower defect rate. A bonded composite tape 100 is fed from a first feeder reel 310 to a first tape-up reel 320. The bonded composite tape 100 includes a tape for production use and a double-adhesive laminate of a double-sided tape type. A die cut roll 340 is used for cutting only the double-adhesive laminate of the bonded composite tape 100 into a plurality of rectangular pieces as adhesive tape segments each having an appropriate length. On the other hand, a release tape 200 is fed from a second feeder reel 410 to a second take-up reel 420. The release tape 200 comes into contact with a part of the bonded composite tape 100 that is located downstream the die cut roll 340. The adhesive tape segments are then adhered to the release tape 200.
CONSTRUCTION LINE REEL WITH ERGONOMIC HANDLE
A winding and storage device for construction line having an elongated body member with opposing line retainment extensions with an integrated aperture handle grip there within. A rotatable handle positioned on a shaft extending transversely through said elongated body member positioned midway its longitudinal length allowing one hand line dispensing and ease of retrieval with reduced deployment and retrieval time.
Earphone system with retractable cables
The earphone system with retractable cables includes a Y-shaped housing including a first earphone, a first cable winding take-up reel, a first cable connected to the first earphone and the first take-up reel, a second earphone, a second cable winding take-up reel, a second cable connected to the second earphone and the second cable winding take-up reel, a plug-in connector, a third cable winding take-up reel, and a third cable connected to the plug-in connector and the third cable winding take-up reel. The three take-up reels are disposed non-coaxially in the housing, for independently spooling the respective first cable, second cable, and third cable. The housing can include a Bluetooth module and a microphone. The third cable can be electrically connected to the earbuds and the microphone to carry audio signals to and from the earphone system when the plug-in connector is plugged into a mobile device.
Reel Apparatus for Winding, Storing, and Dispensing a Length of a Tie-Down Strap, or the Like
A reel apparatus configured to wind, store, and dispense a flexible tensile member can include a rotor in a housing. The rotor can include receptacles that can be respectively positioned to receive a portion of a length of the flexible tensile member while the length simultaneously extends through opposite openings in the housing. A crank connected to the rotor can include a handle configured to be releasably locked to the housing in different positions. The flexible tensile member can be a strap of a ratchet strap system.
Lever-operated adjustment devices, fit systems, and line tensioning systems
An adjustment device includes a housing supporting a rotatable spool that is operably coupled to a tension line. The spool is configured to rotate about a first axis in a first direction to wind the tension line around the spool and is configured to rotate about the first axis in a second direction opposite the first rotational direction to unwind the at least one tension line from the spool. The device includes a lever pivotally coupled to the housing and configured to rotate about a second axis. The lever is selectively coupled to the spool to drive rotation of the spool in the first direction. The device also includes a release mechanism that is configured to selectively release the spool such that the spool is free to rotate in either the first or second direction in response to manual forces applied to the release mechanism.
Fish tape assembly
A fish tape drum includes a frame and a drum portion rotatable relative to the frame. The drum portion has an outer wall and an inner wall. The first tape drum also includes a length of fish tape arranged between the inner wall and the outer wall. The fish tape drum further includes a constricting assembly configured to bias the length of fish tape toward the inner wall.
DRAIN AUGER
A drain auger includes a drum, a motor, and a cable. The drum forms an accommodation space. The motor drives the drum to rotate. The cable is at least partially stored in the accommodation space. The total length of the extended cable has a cable length L, the drum has an inner bottom surface forming the accommodation space, the diameter of the inner bottom surface is the first diameter D, and, when the cable length L and the first diameter D are both measured in centimeters, the ratio L/D.sup.2 of the cable length L to the square of the first diameter D is greater than or equal to 3.5.
