HOSE GUIDE FOR HOSE REEL
The present invention relates to a hose guide for a hose reel enclosure. The hose guide comprises a pair of travel bars, including a first travel bar and a second travel bar, and a guide member slidably disposed on each one of the pair of travel bars. The guide member allows for smooth and controlled movement of the hose within the hose reel enclosure, preventing tangling and ensuring efficient retraction and extension of the hose. The design of the hose guide provides improved functionality and ease of use, enhancing the overall performance and durability of the hose reel enclosure.
INLET LOCKING COLLAR ASSEMBLY FOR HOSE REEL ENCLOSURE
An inlet locking collar assembly for a hose reel enclosure is provided. The collar assembly can include a securing member, an inlet member, and a collar. The securing member can include an arm and a clip. The inlet member can include a first end, a second end, and a channel. The first end can be configured to be in fluid communication with a fluid source. The second end can be configured to receive an outlet member. The channel can be configured to receive the arm. The collar can include a first edge, a second edge, a flange, and a recess. The first edge can be configured to receive the outlet member. The second edge can be configured to receive the inlet member. The flange can include a notch configured to receive the clip. The recess configured to receive the arm.
ROTARY UNION FOR HOSE REEL
A rotary union for a hose reel enclosure includes an inlet member in fluid communication with a fluid source. The rotary union further includes an outlet member rotatably disposed in the inlet member. The outlet member includes a first terminal in fluid communication with the inlet member and a second terminal in fluid communication with a hose in the hose reel enclosure. The rotary union also includes an inlet locking collar assembly. This design allows for efficient fluid transfer between the fluid source and the hose reel enclosure, providing a reliable and secure connection.
SYSTEM FOR USING A DIGGER VEHICLE TO REEL WIRE
An apparatus and method for converting the digging mechanism of a digger vehicle into a spooling mechanism is disclosed. An attachment assembly may be attached to a spool and to an auger drive shaft of the digger vehicle to create the spooling mechanism. The spooling mechanism may function by the auger drive shaft providing rotational force that gets translated to the spool through the attachment assembly to rotate and wind or unwind wire.
Cord reel device and electronic device
The cord reel device includes a reel body provided with a rotation shaft, a housing that stores inside the reel body in a rotatable manner, and a cord which is wound around the reel body so as to be extractable and which is extracted to an outside through an opening of the housing. The reel body has disk-shaped members on a plane perpendicular to the rotation shaft, and the cord is stored in a space formed between the disk-shaped members. A guide section inclined relative to the rotation shaft of the reel body is provided around peripheries of the disk-shaped members of the reel body. While the cord is wound around the reel body, the guide section guides the cord to the rotation shaft of the reel body.
Automatically Retractable Automobile Towing Device
The present invention discloses an automatically retractable automobile towing device, which comprises a hollow housing (1), two coil springs (2), a winding shaft (3) and a towing belt (4). The housing (1) has a mounting chamber (10) and two first through holes (13). The winding shaft (3) is rotatably assembled in the mounting chamber (10) and can maintain the towing belt (4). The towing belt (4) is able to extend and retract with rotation of the winding shaft (3). The present invention further discloses a limiting mechanism. In the present invention, the stability of automobile towing is improved, the deviation of the towing belt during the retraction process is avoided so that the towing belt is allowed to stretch or retract smoothly.
Mast systems for autonomous mobile robots
A protractible and retractable mast system for an autonomous mobile robot includes an elongate flexible member including a first lateral end and a second lateral end, and a fastener having a first portion extending along a length of the first lateral end and a second portion extending along a length of the second lateral end. The flexible member is configured to be at least partially coiled within a body of the robot, and a portion of the flexible member is vertically movable away from the body when the flexible member is being uncoiled. The fastener is configured to connect the first lateral end to the second lateral end when the flexible member is being uncoiled, and disconnect the first lateral end from the second lateral end when the flexible member is being coiled.
Reel with Power Advance Repositionable Level Wind
In a reel assembly, a repositionable level wind may be selectively coupled to a drum to enable powered rotation of the level wind from a first position to a second position. In some embodiments, the assembly may include two arced guide rails, a rotating adjustment arm, a roller bracket, a winding assembly and two fork plates, which may be adjustably mounted on the drum. In operation, the fork plates may be moved to an engaged position that couples the adjustment arm and the roller bracket to the reel flanges so that rotation of the reel causes the winding assembly to be rotated along the guide rails. Once a desired position is reached, the adjustment arm and roller bracket may be bolted to the guide rails and the fork plates may be moved to a disengaged position to allow the reel to rotate independently of the winding assembly.
Retractable vacuum hose reel assembly
A vacuum hose reel assembly has a spiral torsion spring. One end portion of the spiral torsion spring is received in a slot defined by a spring holder. As a vacuum hose is unwound from the reel, the spring is wound as the reel turns in a first direction. To wind the vacuum hose back on the reel, the spring unwinds and turns the reel in a second, opposite, direction. In the event that the forces between the end portion of the spring and the spring holder become too high, the end portion of the spring disengages the spring holder such that the end portion of the spring turns about the spring holder, thereby preventing the spring from breaking.
Portable, powered collection system for flexible fluid hoses
The present invention relates generally to medical equipment, more particularly, the use of fluid hoses coupling tanks to cannulas, as part of medical gas therapy, such as oxygen therapy. The invention describes a collection system for managing excess flexible hose that a patient might need to wear for medical reasons such as home oxygen medical therapy. It comprises a collection container, a non-spooling roller system for collecting excess hose into the collection container and extraction from the collection container, and power system to power and control the roller system.
