COILED TUBING AND SLICKLINE UNIT
A coiled tubing unit includes a coiled tubing assembly and a slickline assembly sharing an axis of rotation with the coiled tubing assembly. A shaft of the coiled tubing assembly is received by bearings on a slickline drum of the slickline assembly and extends through an interior of the slickline drum. A swivel joint connection is rotatably affixed on an end of the shaft as it exits the interior of the slickline drum, thus allowing for introduction of fluid or cabling into the shaft and into the coiled tubing. The coiled tubing drum and slickline drum can rotate independently and are powered independently of each other. The coiled tubing and slickline assemblies are preferably affixed to a removable module, the removable module being positioned on a skid having a power unit and appropriate controls.
MOBILE DISTRIBUTION STATION HAVING ONBOARD FLUID STORAGE TANK
A distribution station includes a mobile trailer, a pump on the mobile trailer, at least one manifold on the mobile trailer and fluidly connected with the pump, a plurality of reels on the mobile trailer, and at least one fluid storage tank extending under the reels. A plurality of hoses are connected with a different one of the reels. A plurality of valves on the mobile trailer are situated between the at least one manifold and a respective different one of the reels. A plurality of fluid level sensors are associated with a different one of the hoses, and a controller is configured to individually open and close the valves responsive to the fluid level sensors.
One-piece hose guide for hose reel deck box
A hose guide for a hose reel deck box is provided. More specifically, the hose guide is a one piece, or unitary body, component. The unitary body hose guide is structured to snap-fit to one or two travel bars that are part of the unitary body of the hose reel deck box housing assembly. The hose guide preferably includes two semi-enclosed passages that are structured to be slidably coupled to the travel bars.
PORTABLE CLEANING SYSTEM
Described herein is a portable cleaning system comprising a reel around which one or more elongated flexible machine components such as roller chains may be wound to withdraw them from a machine, and means to clean and sanitize the components while they are supported on the reel. The reel may be rotatably supported on a cart. The apparatus further includes an enclosure for the reel, and means for introducing a fluid such as steam into the enclosure to clean and sanitize the components.
Hose-reeling apparatus
A hose-reeling apparatus includes a base unit, a support unit, a joint unit and a reel unit. The base unit includes two casters provided thereon. The support unit includes a hollow post supported on the base unit and a sleeve provided on the hollow post. The joint unit includes a lower joint connected to the hollow post, a tubular plug inserted in an upper end of the hollow post, and an upper joint comprising a lower portion inserted in the tubular plug and an upper portion inserted in the shell. The reel unit includes a shell, a hollow reel, a crank, an outlet joint, a track, a driving rod, a sliding element, a transmission unit, a lower tube, and an upper tube.
COOLING SYSTEM FOR AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE AND A METHOD OF USE
A system of pay-in and pay-out function of a cooling system for an electric vehicle and a method of use is presented in this disclosure. The system may include a cooling cable, a cooling connector, wherein the cooling connector may include an actuator, a cable reel, and an idler drum. The cable reel may include a helical pattern where the cooling cable resides during the stowed configuration. The idler drum may be parallel to the cable reel.
ADJUSTABLE SHOWER HEAD ASSEMBLY
A height adjustable shower head assembly comprising a receptacle adapted for mounting to a ceiling, a reel member provided in the housing, a flexible hose having first end and second ends, the flexible hose is stored on the reel and is adapted to be vertically deployed from the reel and retracted onto the reel, the first end of the flexible hose is connected to a water supply, the second end of the flexible hose is connected to a shower head, whereby the distance of the shower head from the ceiling may be adjusted by selectively deploying or retracting the flexible hose.
A swivel joint connection is rotatably affixed on an end of the main shaft as it exits the interior of the slickline drum, thus allowing for introduction of fluid or cabling into the main shaft and into the coiled tubing. The coiled tubing drum and slickline drum can rotate independently and are powered independently of each other. The coiled tubing and slickline assemblies are preferably affixed to a removable module, the removable module being positioned on a skid having a power unit and appropriate controls.
MOBILE AUXILIARY DISTRIBUTION STATION
An auxiliary distribution station is configured to be used in cooperation with a primary distribution station. The auxiliary distribution system includes a mobile vehicle, an auxiliary hose reel and auxiliary hose, a lift, a tank, a pump, an auxiliary meter, and a tank hose. The auxiliary hose is configured to be fluidly connected with a hose of the primary distribution station. The lift is configured to move and deploy the auxiliary hose reel from the mobile vehicle. The pump is operable to pump fluid from the tank, through the meter, and through the tank hose.
System and method for a powered vertical axis hose reel
In accordance with the present invention, a system and method for a powered vertical axis hose reel is shown. In accordance with one aspect of the present invention, a powered hose reel is disclosed having a spool around which a hose may be coiled, in which the spool is on a vertical axis relative to the ground. In various embodiments, the powered hose reel includes a programmable controller for implementing a rewind protocol adapted to encourage the hose to fill from the bottom of the spool cup to the top.
