TEMPORARY PAPER MONEY STORAGE DEVICE
The banknote temporary storage device includes: a pair of coiling tapes, a large coiling block, an upper and lower coiling block assemblies, and a banknote inlet/outlet. Each of the pair of coiling tapes has one end fixed on the large coiling block and another end, and the another ends of the pair of coiling tapes are respectively fixed to the upper coiling block assembly and the lower coiling block assembly. The banknote inlet/outlet includes an upper clamping roller and a lower clamping roller. The large coiling block is provided with a lower passage guide plate having one end rotatably arranged on the lower rotating shaft and a relatively free end, a tail portion of the free end is an arc-shaped portion concentric with the large coiling block, and an angle by which the arc-shaped portion surrounds the large coiling block ranges from 40 degrees to 50 degrees.
TEMPORARY PAPER MONEY STORAGE DEVICE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
A banknote temporary storage device includes: a timing unit, configured to obtain a time period between a time when the front end of a banknote enters into a first sensor and a time when the back end of the banknote leaves the first sensor; a calculating unit, configured to calculate a width of the banknote based on the time period, calculate a bump radius based on the width, and determine a condition of generating a bump on the storage coiling block; a detecting unit, configured to detect whether the condition of generating a bump on the storage coiling block is met, based on a real-time radius; and an interval control unit, configured to change an interval between banknotes on the storage coiling block in a pre-set control manner to eliminate a bump, in a case that the condition is met.
PAPER SHEET STORAGE MECHANISM AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR
A control method of a paper sheet storage mechanism that can wind or feed out tape while preventing the tape from becoming loose while maintaining a certain level of tension of the tape. A drum control unit controls a drum driving source in such a manner that a tape speed detected by a tape speed detection unit is constant. When a drum winds a paper sheet, a reel driving source rotatably drives a pair of reels in the direction of feeding out a pair of pieces of tape. A reel control unit controls the reel driving source in such a manner that reeling speeds detected by reeling speed detection units are lower than a tape speed. Further, rotation shafts of the reels are provided with a torque limiter that causes the rotation shafts to idle when a torque greater than a prescribed value is applied to the rotation shafts.
Paper sheet storage device and paper sheet processing device
A sheet storage device includes a first reel that is disposed along a first axis and around which a first tape is wound; a second reel that is disposed along a second axis and around which a second tape is wound; a drum that is disposed along a third axis so as to wound a sheet, that is sandwiched between the first tape and the second tape at least partially overlapping each other, on an outer peripheral surface of the drum together with the first tape and the second tape; a first tape path between the first reel and the drum; a second tape path between the second reel and the drum; and a changing mechanism disposed in at least one of the first tape path or the second path, the changing mechanism changing a position of a corresponding tape to a direction parallel to the third axis.
PAPER SHEET STORING/FEEDING DEVICE
A paper sheet storing/feeding device (e.g., escrow unit 40) includes a rotary member (e.g., drum 42) to an outer peripheral surface of which one end of a belt-shaped winding member (e.g., tapes 90, 92, 94) that winds a plurality of paper sheets one by one is connected, and a guiding unit (80, 85) that guides a paper sheet to prevent the paper sheet from sandwiching the winding member from both sides when the paper sheet is fed from the rotary member by unwinding the winding member from the rotary member.
Medium processing device and medium transaction device
A medium processing device includes: a drum that has a circular cylinder shape and that rotates about a rotation shaft; a tape that, together with a medium, is wrapped onto a drum circumferential face, this being a circumferential face of the drum; a reel onto which the tape is pre-wound, and from which the tape is pulled out accompanying rotation of the drum; and a rotation restriction mechanism. The rotation restriction mechanism includes a restriction section that is obstructed from moving by the tape wrapped onto the drum circumferential face, and that moves when the drum rotates in an unwind direction to unwind the tape such that the tape comes away from the drum circumferential face to expose a wrapping location of the tape onto the drum circumferential face, and a stopper section that abuts the restriction section so as to restrict rotation of the drum in the unwind direction.
BANKNOTE STORAGE UNIT
A banknote storage unit comprising: a first tape reel banknote storage device; a second tape reel banknote storage device; and a drive transmission means pivotable between engagement with said first tape reel banknote storage device and engagement with said second tape reel banknote storage device.
BANKNOTE STORING DEVICE AND BANKNOTE HANDLING MACHINE
A banknote storing device (for example, a storing and feeding unit (20)), includes a plurality of banknote storing mechanism (24, 26) arranged inside a casing (20a) side by side along a depth direction of the casing (20a). When viewed in a predetermined direction that is a direction orthogonal to the depth direction of the casing (20a) and also orthogonal to an axis direction of rotating members (for example, drums (24a, 26a)), at least one of the rotating members is arranged at a position at which the rotating member does not overlap with any of winding member accommodating units (for example, reels (25a, 25b, 27a, 27b)).
Medium processing device
A medium processing device includes a drum; plural inner tapes; plural outer tapes; differing regions formed on a starting end portion that is an end at a drum side of at least one of the plural inner tapes or the plural outer tapes, and on a terminal end portion that is an inner reel side or an outer reel side of all of the inner tapes or all of the outer tapes; plural detecting unites that detect the physical property at a tape position of one of the inner tape or the outer tape that has a differing region formed on the starting end portion or the terminal end portion, the tape position being located between the drum and the inner and the outer reels; and a control unit that controls a rotation of the drum based upon the detection results of the plural detecting units.
PAPER SHEET STORAGE DEVICE
A sheet storing device includes: a rotary drum; a tape that winds a sheet on the rotary drum; a guide that guides the tape and the sheet to be wound on the rotary drum; and a frame that accommodates the rotary drum and the guide. The frame includes a first frame and a second frame. The first frame and the second frame are connected movably relative to each other to change the frame between an open state and a closed state. The second frame supports the guide to cause at least a part of the guide to move relative to the second frame in a direction away from the second frame in the open state.
