AEROSOL GENERATION
A consumable for use with a non-combustible aerosol provision system, the consumable including a plurality of discrete portions of aerosol-generating material, wherein each of the discrete portions comprises less than about 15 mg water. The aerosol-generating material including an amorphous solid including a percentage of each of a gelling agent, an aerosol-former material, and a flavorant or active substance. The percentages are calculated on a dry weight basis.
POPULATION OF PARTICLES FOR USE IN A NON-COMBUSTIBLE AEROSOL PROVISION SYSTEM
The invention relates to a population of particles for use in a non-combustible aerosol provision system, wherein each particle comprises (i) a binder, (ii) an absorbent, wherein the absorbent comprises silica or a silicate, and (iii) an aerosol-generating material, wherein the population of particles has a bulk density of between about 0.5 and about 1.1 g.Math.cm.sup.−3 or wherein the median particle size, D50, is between about 1 mm and about 2 mm. The invention also relates to a cartridge for use in a non-combustible aerosol provision system, to a non-combustible aerosol provision system and to a method of manufacturing the particles.

SYSTEM AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING AEROSOL-GENERATING COMPONENTS
A system for preparing an aerosol-generating component customized by a user including an apparatus for using one or more feedstock materials in an additive manufacturing process, wherein the one or more feedstock material is selected and formed into an aerosolizable substrate by the additive manufacturing process in accordance with instructions provided by the user. There is also provided a process for producing a customized aerosol-generating component, the process including forming one or more feedstock materials into the aerosol-generating component by an additive manufacturing process in accordance with instructions provided by the user.
FORMING A FRACTIONATED CANNABIS CONCENTRATE
A fractionated cannabis concentrate, consumable product containing the fractionated cannabis concentrate, and a method for producing the fractionated cannabis concentrate. The method may include pressing dried cannabis through a first filter having a first pore size of between about 90 and 100 micrometers under a first set of temperature and pressure conditions, collecting a cannabis concentrate released from the dried cannabis and passed through the first filter as a result of the pressing, and fractionating the cannabis concentrate by pressing the cannabis concentrate through a second filter having a second pore size from about 15 to 40 micrometers under a second set of temperature and pressure conditions until a liquid emerges through the second filter leaving a fractionated cannabis concentrate on the second filter. The fractionated cannabis concentrate may be suspended in an edible carrier oil and decarboxylated prior to use in an edible product, tincture or inhalation system.

EXTRUDED STRUCTURES
The present disclosure provides component-containing extruded structures, which include various components entrapped within a base material matrix, and to products containing such component-containing extruded structures. The disclosure also includes a method for entrapping the components, including mixing the component or components with a base material in water, extruding the mixture, and removing at least a portion of the water therefrom. The resulting component-containing extruded structure can then be incorporated within various products, e.g., consumable products such as aerosol-generating devices and components, oral and smokeless products, and conventional smoking articles.
