Sheet feeding apparatus and image forming apparatus
A sheet feeding apparatus includes a stacking portion, a feed member provided above the stacking portion and configured to feed an uppermost sheet among the sheets stacked on the stacking portion, and a trailing-end regulating member movable in the sheet feeding direction and configured to regulate a position of a trailing end of the sheets stacked on the stacking portion in the sheet feeding direction. The trailing-end regulating member includes a support portion configured to support a lower surface of the sheets stacked on the stacking portion. The support portion has a projecting shape in which a center portion of the support portion in a sheet width direction projects upward as compared with end portions of the support portion in the sheet width direction.
Cash recycling system and banknote separating device thereof
A cash recycling system and a banknote separating device thereof are provided. The banknote separating device includes a supporting side plate, and an impeller wheel assembly, a banknote separating assembly, a first banknote pressing assembly and a second banknote pressing assembly mounted to the supporting side plate. The first banknote pressing assembly includes a first banknote pressing plate and a synchronous belt pulley mechanism configured to drive the first banknote pressing plate, and the synchronous belt pulley mechanism includes two synchronous pulleys and a synchronous belt sleeved on the synchronous pulleys. With the banknote separating device, the structure is simplified, the banknote clamping risk is reduced, and the reliability is improved.
SHEET FEED APPARATUS AND SHEET FEED METHOD
Provided is a sheet feed apparatus including: a loading unit loaded with a sheet stack including sheets; a feed unit that comes into contact with a surface of the uppermost sheet of the sheet stack and feeds the sheet in a feed direction; and a separation mechanism that jets out air to sheets to separate the sheets in a height direction, the separation mechanism has a first jetting unit that jets out air to a first region including a downstream end of the uppermost sheet and a second jetting unit that jets out air to a second region of the sheet stack below the first region, the first jetting unit jets out air such that a first jetting direction to the first region varies, and the second jetting unit jets out air in a second jetting direction directed to the second region and set independently of the first jetting direction.
MEDIUM CONVEYANCE APPARATUS AND RECORDING APPARATUS
A medium conveyance apparatus includes an apparatus body and a reverse path unit. The reverse path unit includes a reverse roller configured to reverse a medium, and the reverse path unit is configured to be attachable/detachable to/from the apparatus body. The reverse path unit includes a support tray, an operation unit, and an opening portion. The support tray is configured to switch between a drawn state where the support tray is drawn out from the reverse path unit and a stored state where the support tray is stored in the reverse path unit. The support tray is configured to support a medium to be fed in the drawn state. The operation unit is operated to attach/detach the reverse path unit to/from the apparatus body. The opening portion is provided in the support tray and configured to enable operation of the operation unit.
PAPER SHEET SEPARATION TRANSPORT DEVICE AND PAPER SHEET HANDLING DEVICE
A paper sheet separation transport device and a paper sheet handling device. Disclosed is a set-out part, a separating part, a first motor M1 that drives these parts, a drawing transport part, and a storage transport route that is driven by a second motor M2. The drawing transport part includes at least two idle rollers that are supported about an axis at portions of a feed roller, and endless drawing belts that each form a curved drawing transport route with the idle rollers and that travel in a drawing direction to turn a first paper sheet in a direction intersecting with a direction of set-out by the set-out part in cooperation with the idle rollers and transport the paper sheet, and the drawing belts are driven by the second motor.
LINE FOR PRODUCING TUBES MADE OF WEB-LIKE MATERIAL
The line for producing tubes made of web-like material, includes a core winder, an unwinder including a rotary device on which there are arranged a first spindle and a second spindle; and a robot adapted to load reels of web-like material onto the unwinder and remove exhausted reels from the unwinder.
RECORDING-MATERIAL-TRANSPORTING DEVICE
A recording-material-transporting device includes a stacking part on which a recording material is stacked and that has a stacking angle varying depending on a stacking amount of recording materials stacked on the stacking part, a feed roller that feeds a recording material stacked on the stacking part, and a contact part with which a leading edge of a recording material fed by the feed roller is in contact, in which a setting position of the feed roller varies depending on the stacking angle of the stacking part based on the stacking amount of recording materials stacked on the stacking part.
SYSTEMS FOR BATTERY MANUFACTURE
A system for manufacturing battery cells and methods for utilizing the system are presented. The system includes a feed rotator that contacts an uppermost electrode sheet in a stack of electrode sheets, a fixed stop positioned adjacent to the feed rotator, and a bi-directional drive coupled to the feed rotator and operable to rotate the feed rotator in a first direction to force the uppermost electrode sheet against the fixed stop and immediately thereafter rotate the feed rotator in a second direction opposite to the first direction to feed the uppermost electrode sheet away from the stack.
Sheet feeding device and image forming apparatus
A sheet feeding device includes a lift plate, a feeding portion, a lifting member lifting the lift plate, a motor coupled to a pivot shaft serving as the pivot fulcrum of the lifting member, a control portion, and an encoder outputting a pulse signal according to the rotation of the pivot shaft. The encoder includes a rotary member and an optical sensor. The control portion recognizes the remaining quantity of sheets on the lift plate based on the count value of the pulse signal. When the motor stops being driven, the control portion thereafter does not count the pulse signal until a predetermined period elapses.
