Automated deposition of highly viscous fluids into thin-walled cylinders
Disclosed are systems and methods for automatic infusion of concentrate and distillate material into cigarettes or other containers. In one embodiment, a thermally-controlled infusion system is provided. The system can maintain a selected temperature of the concentrate material throughout the infusion process, using a two-stage approach. In a first stage, the concentrate material is pressure-fed to a dosing chamber. In the second stage, the concentrate material is pumped into an insertion cannula and into a cigarette or container. A revolver houses the cigarettes or containers and vertically transitions them to an insertion position, where the insertion cannula can infuse the cigarettes or containers.
ORAL PRODUCT
An oral product and relatedprocess for producing the oral product, as well as to pouched products and packages including comprising said oral product. The oral product oral product includes comprises at least one flavor glycoside and at least one filler or bulking agent, the flavor glycoside having a flavoring agent bound to a sugar via a glycosidic bond.
AEROSOL GENERATION
The present disclosure relates to an article for use within a non-combustible aerosol provision system and a non-combustible aerosol provision system. The article includes a filter and an aerosol-generating portion comprising an aerosol-generating material and an encapsulated first aerosol-modifying agent. Upon heating, the encapsulated first aerosol-modifying agent is released once a threshold release temperature has been reached. The filter includes a component holding a second aerosol-modifying agent, wherein the second aerosol-modifying agent is selectively releasable from the component.
Aerosol-Generating Substrate Comprising Granulated Flavoured Particles
An aerosol-generating article includes a foamed tobacco-containing aerosol-generating substrate and a plurality of non-tobacco granulated flavour particles incorporated into the aerosol-generating substrate which is provided in the form of a semi-solid matrix. The granulated flavour particles can be distributed evenly in the semi-solid matrix or the granulated flavour particles can be provided in an increasing gradient density towards the longitudinal central axis of the aerosol-generating article.
POLYMER ENCASED SMOKELESS TOBACCO PRODUCTS
Methods for encasing bodies including smokeless tobacco or a tobacco substitute with a polymeric casing can include coating a compressed body with microfibers, applying tubular casings to compressed bodies, printing netting and webs on compressed bodies, injection molding around compressed bodies, applying a webbing to compressed bodies, placing compressed bodies into a skin forming bath, and including thermoplastic polymers in a compressed body.

IMMOBILIZED DILUENTS FOR SMOKING ARTICLES
Immobilized diluents in a smoking article are provided, wherein diluents can be immobilized through absorption and/or adsorption of the diluents into immobilizing materials, such as sorbents like silica gels. By immobilizing diluents, the diluents can be available for vaporization, while still being protected from migration and/or loss of the diluents in a smoking article.

Beaded tobacco material and related method of manufacture
The disclosure provides a product including a plurality of beads configured for oral use, the plurality of beads containing bleached plant material, a filler, a binder, water, and at least one flavoring agent, active ingredient, or a combination thereof. Further provided are pouched products including the plurality of beads, and a process for preparing the beads.
Oral product with sustained flavor release
The disclosure provides for solid products configured for oral use, the products including a carrier material; a releasable material; and wherein the releasable material is combined with the carrier material such that the releasable material is configured for sustained release from the solid product when the solid product is positioned in an oral cavity for a consumer. In another aspect, the disclosure provides for a method of preparing a solid product for oral use, the method comprising providing a releasable material in sprayable form; providing a pouch formed of a fibrous material; and spraying a flavor component onto a least a portion of the pouch one or both of before and after filling the pouch with the oral composition.
