The invention relates to the field of polymer materials and processing. Provided are a polymer sheet and a manufacturing method and a use thereof. The polymer sheet has a thickness less than its average hole diameter. The polymer sheet is in the form of a cellular board having through holes in the thickness direction, and has a through-hole ratio of 20%-60%, a thickness of 10-500 m, and an average hole diameter of 10-500 m. The manufacturing method comprises a roll material supplying step, a continuous cutting step and a rolling step. The continuous cutting step has a precision error of 0.02 mm. The above method can be used to manufacture a material having a low density, high impact resistance, a high compression rate, and low compression set and capable of serving as a sealing and buffering material for an electronic device.

A medium cutting device cutting a continuous medium carried along a carrying path in a carrying direction includes a sandwiching part that is provided capable of sandwiching a medium; and a cutting blade that includes an edge extending in a width direction (X) of the medium, which is perpendicular to the carrying direction, wherein the medium is cut by the edge while the medium is sandwiched and held by the sandwiching part. Wherein the edge is in a shape depicting an involute curve in which path lengths (PL) of the medium, which are determined from the sandwiching part to the edge in the carrying direction, are substantially constant over the edge in the width direction.

A tape dispenser includes a base and a cutting unit. The base has a receiving portion at one side thereof. Roll-dispensed stock containers are provided. The roll-dispensed stock containers can include a recessed cutting track positioned along a length of a support wall of the container. The support wall can also include one or more apertures positioned adjacent to the recessed cutting track configured to receive a base of a slidable cutter movable along an elongated slot in a lid of the container. The base of the slidable cutter is captured by the recessed cutting track during a cutting operation to secure the lid in a closed position and to apply constant pressure against roll-dispensed stock as it is cut. Roll-dispensed stock containers of the present disclosure can also include a coating on one or more surfaces thereof. The coating can be formed from a material selected to reduce surface friction, increase rigidity, disperse forces associated with a cutter, and/or otherwise enhance characteristics of the container.

A liftable two-stage telescopic cantilever adhesive tape pasting head structure, a roller type automatic adhesive tape feeding structure, an adjustable fixed-length cutting structure and a roller type pasting structure are adopted for the device to achieve the automatic adhesive tape pasting on inner and outer side planes of an item. After the item needing adhesive tape pasting is positioned, the pasting process is completely automatically conducted without manual participation, the labor intensity is reduced, the labor efficiency is improved.
