The present application relates to a roll replacing device and an adhesive tape sticking equipment. The roll replacing roll device replacing includes an unwinding member, a roll replacing member, a cutting member, and an end pressing member, which can realize automatic roll replacing of a work strip and a spare strip and reduce staffing, thereby reducing labor cost.

In one aspect, the present disclosure is directed to a dispenser assembly for dispensing supplies of sheet material. The dispensing assembly can include a carrier supporting the supplies of sheet material and being moveable along a track between various dispensing positions. The dispenser assembly also can include a carrier pivoting assembly with a lever that engages one of the supplies of sheet material and rotates during dispensing thereof, as well as one or more biased pins connected to the lever and configured to engage locking features provided along the track to support the carrier in one of the dispensing positions. The biased pins further can be configured to retract with rotation of the lever such that they disengage the locking features so the carrier to moves along the track to different dispensing position. An applicator head for applying an adhesive tape on a surface or substrate, wherein the adhesive tape comprises a material and at least one removable liner, the applicator head comprising: an application tip; a cutting mechanism positioned adjacent an outer most point of the application tip; a positioning device is configured such that the cutting mechanism severs the material while maintaining the at least one removable liner intact.

A rewinding system includes a rewinding apparatus for winding a manufactured thin-film tape on a re-winding roll; a loading apparatus for loading the re-winding roll on which the thin-film tape is rewound; and a cutting apparatus for cutting the thin-film tape. The rewinding apparatus includes first and second mounting members in which re-winding rolls are inserted; and a connecting member connected to an end of each of the first and second mounting members to move the first and second mounting members. The first mounting member rotates around a shaft thereof, the second mounting member rotates around a shaft thereof, and the connecting member rotates the first and second mounting members to change positions of the first and second mounting members, and moves at least one of the first and second mounting members to the place where the loading apparatus is arranged.

A tape applicator head is described. The tape applicator head includes an applicator roller for applying a strip of tape to a workpiece positioned on a flatbed of an apparatus such as a flatbed digital cutter. A support of the tape applicator head supports a tape roll. A plurality of guides are each configured for guiding a different tape width. The tape applicator head includes a guide mount configured for removably mounting a selected one of the plurality of guides. The mounted guide is positioned to guide tape from the tape roll to the applicator roller.

A roll replacing device includes an unwinding member, a roll replacing member and a cutting member. The roll replacing member includes a first roll replacing mechanism and a second roll replacing mechanism arranged opposite to each other. The cutting member can cut off a first strip or a second strip pressed between the first roll replacing mechanism and the second roll replacing mechanism.

A system comprising: a source of a tape comprising a material associated with an adhesive and at least one removable liner; an applicator head; a cutting mechanism; at least one drive feeding mechanism configured to index the tape from the source to the applicator head at a controlled rate; wherein the applicator head is controllable to apply the material on a surface or a substrate; and wherein the applicator head comprises a cutting mechanism configured to sever the material while leaving the at least one removable liner intact.

A feeding system configured to transport a material to a tape applicator, the feeding system comprising: a flexible conduit coupled between a spool unloading device and a tape applicator, wherein the flexible conduit receives the material from a source; and a fluid amplifier coupled to the flexible conduit to facilitate movement of the material therein by creating a vacuum effect.

The present invention is in the field of A roll-to-roll apparatus for processing metal tapes with a ceramic coating. In particular, the present invention relates to a roll-to-roll apparatus for pro-cessing metal tapes with a ceramic coating comprising at least two rolls with fixed axis position, and at least one roll with variable axis position to adjust the tape position and/or tension, wherein the position and the diameter of the rolls are adjusted to touch the metal tape only from one side and to limit the stress on the metal tape at any point such that the metal tape is not stretched by more than 0.15%.

The dispenser may include a housing that includes an inner cavity for select reception and retention of a tape ribbon. A cap may be movable between a closed position to enclose the inner cavity and the tape ribbon therein and an open position providing access to the tape ribbon in the inner cavity of the housing. Furthermore, the dispenser may also include a dispense channel having a size and shape for selectively dispensing the tape ribbon out from within the inner cavity when the cap is in the closed position. Moreover, a safety wall may extend outwardly from the dispense channel and form an enclosure shielding opposite sides of a free end of the tape ribbon extending through the dispense channel, while permitting front on hand access of the free end for continued select dispensing.
