The driving member, the transmission member and the vane assembly are hinged to the first rotation center, the car door locking hook is hinged to the second rotation center, the transmission member is hinged with the vane assembly through a connecting shaft, and the unlocking member is hinged to a third rotation center on the driving member and is provided with a limiting part for limiting the connecting shaft.
